Webinar Registration Settings

I am hoping that someone can help me.
I need to change the registration questions for webinars - I have chosen the additional questions I want and then saved all. I then tested it but the new questions were not there. When I went back to the admin section the new questions I had ticked were no longer ticked. It's as if I cant get them to save.
Has anyone else experienced this and if so did you manage to fix?
