I'm trying to schedule a webinar but still waiting on my IT department to provision the license. It looks like I can schedule the meeting and then convert it later to a webinar. Has anyone had experience doing this conversion from meeting to webinar, with license provided post meeting schedule?Thanks, Julie

Hi! We have a Zoom webinar account with several recurring meetings in the next 8 weeks. We are planning to downgrade our account from webinar, to just Zoom business since we only have about 100 people connecting to the sessions. My question is, if we downgrade from webinar to business, do we still keep the link as a recurring meeting or is it lost?   

Hello, For various reasons, I am not the host of my webinar; still, I would like to receive notifications that someone has registered to my zoom webinar (registration form is set up, manual approval selected) I had these exact settings last year for the same event but I cannot find any more how these were translated in the Zoom webinar set-up. Thanks for your help. 

hi, anyone knows how i can disable the webinar id so that my participants will not have to enter the webinar id in order to enter from the link?

We are hosting a webinar this week - the registration form is a jotform, and it is integrated with Zoom to share registrant attendees.  80% of registrants are showing on the attendee list for the zoom webinar and on jotform, but 20% are only showing as registering in jotform.  I'm having trouble finding a way to manually enter those attendees who didn't migrate over so that they too will receive the link to join, etc.

Hi, i have a pro plan that allows 100 participants for a meeting. Is it possible, if that meeting exceeds 100 participants, to switch to a webinar plan DURING the meeting ?  Thank you !  

Hello! Does anyone know if there is an option to set up the webinar in such way that the participants do see the list of attendees? I know one can switch on the setting for the attendees to see the count, but could not find the option to see the participant list (only possible for the panelists...)   Thanks for any advice! Hi allI have hosted webinars using the zoom platform for a couple of years with no issues.This week I hosted the first session of 2024 - I am on the Pro profile.When I attempted to import attendee emails and names into zoom, I received an error message saying format_invalid, described as rows. I am using the template that zoom supply for importing attendees.I have tried creating and saving the csv file in both numbers (Mac) and Excel with the same result.I am using a Macbook Air. Not sure of zoom version but believe it is up to date.If it makes a difference, I now live in France having recently moved from the UK.I have sent 2 tickets into zoom support without an answer. The last one was TS0536661.I tried sending myself a test confirmation email, and then used that content to send out an email to all the attendees.Some attendees were able to access the live webinar as a result, and many were not - they were asked by zoom to regi

I am trying to broadcast a webinar or meeting to a facebook group Live session - so we can have both screen share and my picture..  They have disabled third party app integrations but still take RTMP connection which I set up.  I tried through the livestreaming app and also set up the RTMP on a scheduled webinar.   I am getting this error both ways, any advice?  I have already restarted and reset the connections several times - error failed to connect to zoom services.  Please refresh the app. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these again may solve the problem. If the error persists, contact support.

Has anyone else noticed that the change in the registration process from the old Zoom webinars to Zoom events has significantly reduced conversions and show-up rates? For example, on the old platform, we used to average 40% or so turn up rate for free webinars. Now it's down to 10%.I also wonder about the extra step in the registration process for new registrations -- requiring that a link be sent to their email and THEN completion of the registration process. The old way was much better. Anyone else?jmancini

I recently switched to Zoom webinars and its been notified to me that my attendees weren't able to get through the registration and enter into the zoom webinar room.they got some extra things to be entered like Zoom's Education data collection practice and they couldn't get through that form.  1) I am not sure why that popup even appeared when I haven't set anything like that  2) Why even after filling in it didn't got through 3) How can I ensure this isn't displayed to my attendees again  

I have not chosen to "block or allow" any specific countries or regions. Webinar participants that are trying to register from outside the United States (where I am located) are being told they are not allowed to register. I can't find any information other than the block/allow on the help system. I want anyone from anywhere to be able to register so selecting countries doesn't make sense. What do I need to do?

I have a unique situation. We are a funeral home and sometimes record the services for families who can not join in person. We have one recording, where there is no sound, and we dont know what happend that day. We have no issues any other time. Is there a way to get the sound back from the video or audio file. We feel so bad and want to do right by the family. 

We hosted a webinar yesterday, and the VTT file is available in our recording files; however, the VTT file starts at minute 36 of the video. The webinar was not paused or stopped at all during the recording. How can I access my full VTT recording file? 

I have a hybrid event coming up next week. I'm bringing my Macbook Pro.  I can't find instructions on how to:Present a PowerPoint slide show on the in-room screen while also...Presenting the PowerPoint slide show in the Zoom webinarControl the Q&As and other webinar configurations without that showing on the in-room projected imageMaybe I should have the slides projected from a different computer and just run the same deck from my laptop with a webcam pointed at the speakers? Any advice would be helpful. Hello, We changed a meeting to a webinar and did not want people to have to re-register themselves. So we imported names and emails to the webinar and zoom was to send the email with the updated webinar link to each registrant. However, we are receiving so many emails from people stating that they did not receive the webinar link. Can anyone please advise if there is a solution for this or something we can tell people to check? Apparently nothing shows up in spam/junk folders for them either.Thanks

I try to add my webinar to my calendar and I get this "System error 403" message.  I have the calendar integration for mail set to read and write so I don;t know wy this is happening, can anyone help?

Hello Everyone, I need to speak to someone who can verify that I was on a zoom call back on April 6th. The zoom chat box is telling me that I don't have the right account to speak to someone about my issue. I upgraded my account and I still do not have access to technical support. Hello, I've added all my speakers on my webinar registration page, but not in the order that I wanted to show, is it possible to change the order without deleting the speakers that I want to move? 

Today during a webinar zoom crashed twice while sharing my screen and showing some videos. This has never happened before o nthe same machine since I upgraded. Any idea on how to prevent this from happening?Thank you.

I am organising a ZOOM Webinar next week and I need to add a custom language for the interpretation, which is missing from the default listed languages.I went to "Account Management" > "Account Settings" > "In Meeting (Advanced)" and turned on "Language Interpretation". I then added a custom language, but when I went back to the Webinar, the custom language does not appear. I tried preparing a ZOOM meeting just to check if the change was reflected there, but the custom language is still not appearing.Can someone please help me with information on how to do this?
