I have an organized seminar of which both the link and the access code will be forwarded to several people.I understand that when they click on the link they must include their name only, but I need to make it mandatory for them to complete First Name, Last Name, Email and CountryCan this be done?
We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
Greetings. The option to enable users to upload an image or video to a Webinar waiting room was off in our environment. I enabled it at the account level and locked it on. Still when someone schedules a webinar, the option to upload an image/video is not yet showing. Do I just need to wait a little bit? Normally most zoom settings are pretty instant when you enable them, but maybe this is different?
We reserved and conducted a webinar for an important company event. Approximately 260 people were expected to attend the event. We enabled the registration function and set it up so that when attendees entered their Zoom IDs, registration would be automatically approved. However, when about 100 people entered their IDs, they received a message saying 'Invalid ID' and were unable to complete the registration. This caused disruptions to the seminar, and I'm curious as to why this issue occurred and what settings needed to be adjusted.
I recently hosted a webinar and recorded it. It was set to save locally but now I can't find it anywhere. I know for sure it processed and I set it to download but the file is missing from my computer. Any ideas on how to recover it via zoom or perhaps some ideas on what the file name would have been so I can find it?
We are trying to solve for a use case where our webinar panelists will be in an active webinar, but then need to go back into a private session, closed from the attendees for a period of time. They then need to be able to go back into the webinar and be visible to the attendees again for the remainder of the webinar. Short of using multiple webinars, is there an easy solution for this? Thanks very much for any feedback.
HI, I forgot to click "include email address in attendee report" - I believe this must be a new function. All users who attended the webinar were required to authenticate with a Zoom account, so the email data must exist in the back end. How can I access this please? Chatbot was not helpful and I can't find an actual Zoom representative to provide me with this data. Thanks! Li
I regularly schedule "series" of webinars. Each webinar is run by a different host, and I want to be able to set this up in advance. Is there a way to do this?
My camera setting (primarily when i "zoom in" my Logitech MeetUp camera) appears to reset every time I turn my camera back on during my webinar. Is there a way to get Zoom to save my preferred camera setting? I am constanting having to zoom my camera back on each time i toggle the Video back on.
Since few months i don't see the email address on webinar participants reports.Indeed when I watch the report with participants, the email column is empty and this information is very important for me to identify the participants at my webinars.Few months ago, yet, emails were visible and i don't understand why this is no longer the case.Have you an idea to solve this problem ? Thank you very much for your answer !Thomas
We have a monthly webinar, and the recording is saved to my computer. In the past, when watching the recordings, I was able to see all the speakers/panelists and the screen share presentation. Recently, something changed, and we can no longer see any of the speakers in the recordings. SOS!
Hi, I've set up a webinar in Zoom Events and configured the email notification to be sent when someone pre-registers (see screenshot):The links in the Add Event to Your Calendar section don't work – for some reason they link to the Zoom home page. Anyone else having this issue, or know of a fix? Thanks
Hello Zoom community,my question is whether the footer of the registration emails can be changed? In confirmation emails and webinar invitations, I always see the social media icons from zoom in the footer of the emails. Clicking on it always takes a person to zoom's social media accounts - I would like to change this so that our own accounts are stored here, but I can't find the option for this in the settings, even as an admincan anyone tell me if there is an option to change this? thanks in advance!
We host webinars frequently, I wanted to know if there is a way to insert the unique link in an add to calendar button, confirmation email or even SMS message through integrations with Hubspot or Zapier. We need to send out reminders, but the only link we can share is the generic one, which leads to the registration form from Zoom.
My webinar was recorded locally and the file is double_click_to_convert.zoom and it will not open. The error says that the Application "Transcode" cannot open. The Chatbot says it should be an MP4. Which I have seen in the past on other recodings. Any ideas??
we will host a webinar next Monday, and all the speakers will speak in English. The attendees are Turkish. so I need translated captions in Turkish to be presented to all attendees. what shall i do? i already subscribed to this
Hace dos semanas no me permite trasmitir en grupos de facebook ahora solo aparece la opción de línea de tiempo o página revisé las configuraciones y todo está habilitado Antes podía sin problema. alguien me puede ayudar?
I have a recurring event in my coaching program. I would like to add an "add to calendar" button inside my course so that they can subscribe to the recurring event and have it populate in their calendar. I'm not seeing how to do this and maybe I'm missing something obvious, but could anyone help?
Hi there, We're running our first webinar series on zoom and realised that it's really hard to find the "add to calendar" CTA on the email confirming registration. We want to make sure this is the main action when people register 2 weeks prior to the webinar. Instead there's a big 'join the webinar' button/CTA that makes little sense as the webinar isn't live at this point. Any ideas about how to make 'add to calendar' the main CTA on these emails? Thanks in advance
We hosted a webinar in April, and after reviewing the recording, decided we wanted to make the recording available as well. After reading zoom support articles, it seemed that the best way would be to make the pre-existing webinar (now in the past) on demand, which seems to promise that anyone who registers for the now passed webinar would receive the recording link. I made the previous webinar on-demand, and set up registration for the recording. However, a test reveals that nothing happened upon registration for the webinar. In other words, no recording link was automatically sent to the registrant? Is it not possible to make a webinar on-demand after the fact? If that is not the problem, does anyone have an idea why this isn't working?
Hi I'm using zapier with Zoom for webinars. I am able to send registrants to my CRM easily with the integration. The problem is that I want to send the people who attend on-demand to my CRM and I can't find any way to do this. Any ideas? Are there any workarounds in the settings where my on-demand viewer registration (those joining after the live broadcast) can get sent to Zapier. I also tried this with meetings but it seems that the registrants from the meetings are stored separately so they can't automatically pass. I upgraded to webinars from meetings for the on-demand function but if I can't capture the registrants easily it isn't going to work.
We are hosting an event with Zoom Sessions and would like our attendees to register beforehand so we can have an idea of how many people plan to join. However, we want them to be able to join directly without needing to sign into Zoom or use an OTP. I understand I can pre-register attendees and that will remove the authentication/sign in requirement, but it doesn't seem to solve the issue of knowing how many people on our list actually plan to attend. Is there a way to do this?
Hello, I was informed by a Zoom employee that the Zoom webinars license could be transferred, but I am a bit concerned about how it will affect future events. Like many customers, we create webinars planned months in advance, but if we have another webinar that another user wishes to do that is earlier, is it possible to transfer the license to that user without affecting open registration for the other user's webinars? After the webinar is complete with the 2nd user, I plan on transferring the license back to the original user so they may host their upcoming webinars.
Syria is missing in the list of countries on the standard webinar registration page
