We have a registration form for all of our webinars. When I generate reports, I see the phone numbers of people who are connected by phone. Are those people also signed on through a device to see the visuals, or are they just listening? Did they register? Are they connected to their registration form? It's problematic because we issues certificates and we need to know who those people are.

In a Zoom Webinar, we want to copy each question text to another document to reorder for moderation purposes. While we can copy by right-click + choosing "copy" to copy text, we cannot use keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl + c in Windows). Is there a setting I'm missing? Thank you.

We've hosted a couple of events integrating with eventbrite and the number of registrations and each person's details has flowed between eventbrite and zoom seamlessly. However, for the event we're currently taking bookings for,  zoom is only registering 42 attendees whereas eventbrite has registered 107. Even accounting for a few double bookings, this doesn't make sense. I'm worried that people won't be able to access our event which is in 2 days time!It appears that zoom and eventbrite stopped speaking to each other on the 15th May 2024.Can you offer any support? Thanks

Cannot connect to zoom meeting using vMix version 27 as guest. Time out after 30 second.There are no error prompt, no notification from zoom that guest is joining.It works before the update, and currently it is not working.  

I created an event through Calendly with my Zoom connected. After the webinar was over, I saw the webinar and recording in Zoom. However, when I review the "participants" report, I am the only person listed and no other attendees are showing up. Is there any way to ensure this doesn't occur next time? I want to be able to see anyone who joined at any point in time for the webinar. 

How do I make a custom webinar confirmation email to registrants for an individual evergreen webinar?  I want to include links to forms off my website to help people who watch the webinar.

For those of us working in the field of Finance, it would be great if the input dialog for Disclaimer text supported HTML / basic text styling capabilities. The SEC and FINRA 💓 bold and italicized text to emphasize just how important it is that would-be investors read every shred of prospectus material and all risk warnings before making an investment.After all, we seem to have the ability to "emphasize" text right here in this ZOOM support community. Hi everyone,I am using Zoom Workplace Business with the Video Webinar option enabled. I am experiencing an issue with activating the Backstage feature while creating my webinars.In my account settings, I can find and enable the Backstage option without any problem. However, when I create a new webinar or edit an existing one, I cannot find the option to enable Backstage within the webinar-specific settings.Here are the steps I have followed:I have updated the Zoom app to the latest version available.I have verified that the Backstage option is enabled in my account's general settings.I have tried creating a new webinar and editing existing webinars, but I cannot find the Backstage option in the webinar settings.Has anyone else encountered this issue or knows how to resolve it? We host a different webinar each month. Right now, our attendees have to register for each event separately, which is time consuming. We want to be able to have one registration form that lists all of our webinars - attendees can click on the webinars they are interested in - and only be registered for those. We have several different technologies that allow for integrations (e.g., Zapier) - but we can't seem to figure this one out. Note: It cannot be a repeating webinar because we don't want to use the same link for each one. It is a distinct event. Any options? 

I am unable to locate the template for follow-up emails to absentees within the email settings. I am using Zoom Events license, Event is Virtual with multiple webinar sessions. Any help would be appreciated.

Dear Zoom Support Team, My client, a paid Zoom user, is facing an issue with the Zoom for Google Workspace add-on. Recurring meeting links scheduled through Google Calendar expire after 30+ days. Despite proper Google Calendar settings and a paid Zoom account, using the most updated Zoom version on Mac, this problem persists, disrupting our workflow. We urgently need a resolution to this matter to maintain an efficient scheduling process. I am running a webinar series, each webinar with a different SME representing different team within our company. I am usually not on these webinars and hence the SMEs run it independently. I assign them as a co-host and they are able to launch the webinar. We all have paid accounts to Zoom and full capability to run host webinars. To ensure consistency in webinar registration and delivery, I schedule each webinar using a template and then add the respective speaker as a co-host. This works well, except, the co-host does not have full and complete privileges as I do for the webinar. I would like SME to be able to see list of registrants, ability to promote an attendees, review webinar attendee report, manage recording etc. How can i accomplish this?

I’m currently planning for a virtual event. In the production studio, whenever I try to edit or save changes, there’s a pop up that says: you can’t access the Production Studio. What is the reason for this?

I recorded a Zoom webinar in the cloud that I want to now share on-demand.  At the top of the Zoom on demand registration page it says, "This webinar has ended. " That'll just cause confusion to those I share it with. How do I remove that line?

We have found that the Registration Required checkbox in the events hub for Simulive events does not behave the same as the normal webinar/meeting application.The zoom API endpoint for get webinar always returns approval_type as 2 (No registration required) for events hub webinars, even though Registration Required is checked on the events hub. This is the API I'm referring to;GET /webinars/{webinarId}
