I am looking for some APIs that can help me do this using python. Can you please suggest me a right approach to be able to get that data into my dw.

Hello, I want to share a PowerPoint presentation during a webinar event I'm hosting. On my screen, while I'm talking people through the presentation, I want to see the camera gallery at the top of my screen (showing myself and my co-host) and the PowerPoint presentation below it (WITHOUT the camera gallery obstructing my PowerPoint presentation).  Is this possible? I have attached a rough illustration of what I (as the person sharing my screen/PowerPoint presentation) want to see on my screen. Thanks, Phil

Hi all, Is it possible to set a limit on the number of participants in a webinar?For example: 100 people can register to the session, but only the first 20 who connect can actually join the session.If it's not possible in Zoom Webinar I ask if I can achieve this results with another Zoom product.Thanks,Sonia

We have a podcast with 4 people in different locations that we have been recording on zoom but when we tried our fist "live to Youtube" the video and audio do not sinc. Any ideas how we can remedy this? Thanks in advance! 

I know the normal way to invite a Zoom Room to a webinar is to have the host use the Zoom Room's special email address. I would like to know if a host who is in our Zoom account can use the Invite Meeting Room option to invite the room to the webinar, and then the host can promote it to be a panelist.  Is this possible? 

Hi,We have recently upped our attendance for webinars from 1000 to 3000, and now the 3000 capacity apears as another hub. I can see the option to transfer an event to another hub (to 3000)- however what I need to confirm is that the registrants will transfer and still be able to access with the same invitation? We have over 1500 registered already.Thank youM

We had a Zoom Event originally scheduled for today, that we changed two days ago. We have just been advised that many of those who are registered to the event, tried to join it today, and it would seem that they were not sent a notification of the date change from Zoom, nor a new meeting request. We had over 400 people registered so this is not ideal. Any ideas why?

When spotlighting two webinar panelists the iOS app crops the view into two square views, this works well for portrait mode but the content doesn't resize when rotating into horizontal mode, you're left with two square boxes in the middle of the screen with dead space all around.  

We use English > Spanish interpretation during our weekly webinars. Occasionally, we have English speaking hearing impaired listeners that would like to use the webinar so they can hear the audio better, but in the original audio which is English. Unfortunately, the feature "listen to original audio (language interpretation off)" doesn't mute the Spanish interpreter. I know that you can mute original audio and only listen in Spanish, but is there a way to mute the translator and only hear the original audio?  Thank you. 

I sent a panelist access (as a panelist) to a practice webinar so he could start the practice session on his own. He is getting message that the webinar hasn't been started yet. I need him to be able to go in and out of the webinar to practice on his own. Is this not an option? 

Hi all, Hopefully, someone can help. I am logged in to Zoom Webinar on a Windows computer as the Co-Host. When I share my screen and use PowerPoint, the shared screen disappears, and all I see is the gallery view. It has happened randomly, but it also happens when I click into the attendee pane while I am sharing slides.  I have a very hard time getting back to seeing my slides. The attendees and panelists see my slides even though I can't. I try resharing, and sometimes it works to get back to being able to see the slides. Help.

Can multiple users on Workplace Pro access the same webinar to edit and view attendees?

I recorded a webinar, downloaded it, and then tried sharing it in a new webinar. I go to "Share Screen" >> "Advanced" >> "Video" and then select the previously downloaded video. The box "Optimize for video clip" is checked. When I select the video to share, I get the error "<<FileName>> exceeds the maximum allowed resolution of 1920x1080 px. Please try a different file". What do I do?

Currently, after someone registers for a webinar, they have to check their email for a confirmation to "add to calendar". It would be better if it was on the page right after they submit their info... instead of having to go to their email. Am I missing something? If not, how do I submit a feature request? Thanks!

We have one user (K) with the "Webinar" license in our organization. They were recently on leave, during which time we moved the "Webinar" license to a different staffer (S), who set up a couple of recurring webinars. The usual webinar host returned, and we returned the license to them.  Because we hadn't set them up as a co-host while our interim host was holding the license, the usual host could not start the webinar. And because they no longer held the webinar license, the interim host could not start the webinar. This part all makes sense.   The part that we're stuck on is this:Many had RSVPd for a Webinar on Monday that had been set up by the interim host -- we weren't able to start it because of the issue described above. We'd like to contact those people to apologize, but we don't can't access the RSVP list anywhere. With the Webinar license restored to the interim host, we can see upcoming webinars, but we cannot see previous webinars -- the "Previ

How can the webinar registration confirmation email contain a calendar invite so that it automatically goes into the registrants calendar without clicking having to click the link.  When I get meetings or Teams invites it shows up in calendars but the webinar confirm email after registering does not trigger this.  How can I fix?  Thanks!!!!!

Hi! In my webinar we have usually some presentation and after I prepare for participants questions in Poll or quiz. The participants answered the questions and we can see the right answer. But my question is: How I can choose for example 1 or 3 participants with right answer to give or send them present.  Because now I see only how many participants answered correctly. I don't see the name.  How can I choose the only one - the winner.  It is possible in zoom webinar?  Thanks. 

Hi all, I'm brainstorming ways I can implement alertness check during events that have continuing education credits associated with them. I know Zoom did away with their attention tracking but due to the accreditation body's rules we still need a way to verify attendees were actively paying attention to the webinar throughout.  I think an obvious alternative is sending out poll questions, but our lead presenter doesn't like this idea. Does anyone have other ways they track attendee participation? 

Hey all, we often produce elearning courses that generate CEU's. We've been asked to see if we can do this in Zoom, but I can't find any simple solutions for verifying attendance attention and CEU generation.Most of our elearning is hosted on Teachable which does this automatically, but I was curious how people do this in Zoom. Thanks for any advice you can give!

When I am sharing my screen during a webinar I am unable to see the webinar controls at the bottom ie:  chat, questions, attendees, etc.   I need to be able to see questions coming in to answer them.   Thanks for your help

Hello, I host regular online webinars with a series of speakers and panellists. I can't work out how to ensure that some of our webinar settings feed through to the recording of the event. For example, during our live webinars, we have the speaker image of equal size next to their presentation to provide a better audience experience but when we watch the recording the speaker image is not adjacent and of equal size to the presentation, instead, it is very small and in the right-hand corner of the recording. Is there a way to ensure that the recording reflects the live event? Many thanks,Catherine
