Hello everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, currently hosting a webinar on Zoom, and I’m looking to increase the attendee limit. I’m using Zoom Webinars for this event, but I’m unsure how to adjust the attendee capacity. Has anyone here successfully increased the attendee limit for a webinar?Any tips or advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!Looking forward to your insights!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani
Hello, I have a question. I currently have a plan with you that allows for 500 attendees in a webinar. If I create a registration link with that plan and then upgrade my plan to 1,000 attendees, will the registration link I created allow 1,000 attendees or only 500?
Hi, Is it possible for webinar attendees to remain anonymous? or will all participants be able to see the IDs of those present? Thank you.
If I purchase a Zoom Webinar subscription and want to add my list (collected via HubSpot forms) to the Zoom Webinar registration, how do I do that?
Hi Hubspot Zoomers! I am using Zoom Events with Hubspot and about to launch my first live webinar. I have used the attached user guide to integrate the two (in case you do it differently so your advice might not match how I use the system!) and I now use Hubspot forms to get everyone registered into my Zoom webinar. My question is what will happen next?! I switched off the Registration Required because I have already registered them on my form, yet when I follow the link on the automatic email it still asks for their First Name, Last Name and email address. So how does it tally up who has registered and who has attended if someone uses a different email address (we block gmail on our forms, but Zoom doesn't). Will they still have to download the Zoom app or can they just watch it in their browser? Again - if on app, what happens if their Zoom login is different to the one they have used to register? I'M NERVOUS! Can you tell?
Our company currently has a single Webinar license and the user assigned that license currently owns 2 upcoming webinars. The user with the license and webinar ownership is leaving the company. How can I transfer both the webinar ownerships and the license to another user? Can the departing user transfer ownership of the webinars to a non-webinar user, then I, as Owner, can transfer the webinar license to that new user? Is there a way to transfer the webinar ownership and the license, without losing the webinars and without having to purchase a second webinar license?
Zoom support is really poor. When we upgraded to a session licence, I wanted to cancel our webinar subscription because the webinar licence is already included. But the cancellation policy is absolutely user-unfriendly. You can subscribe to any upgrade online, but to cancel you have to contact support, who then doesn't respond. This sucks. Thumbs down.
I would like to ask you why as a host I can not write question into Q&A? For example: we have webinar and the Guest answers only the questions in Q&A, but some attendes join webinar thrue the browser and they can not write answer into Q&A. As a host I would like to help them and copy the question to Q&A but I can not. I hope you solve this problem, you are perfect team:-)
Bonjour, lors d'un webinaire avec 2 intervenants dont un qui fait un partage d'écran, comment faire pour alterner la vue du spectateur entre le document partagé et l'intervenant qui parle ?
Does anyone have experience running Zoom Room software on M4 Mac mini? Did you go with the base model (16GB RAM, 256GB storage) or the M4 Pro version (24GB RAM, 512GB storage)? We're looking to replace a Logitech RoomMate (no support for multi-camera mode) that will be used primarily for Zoom Webinars (500-600 attendees). We'd be utilizing two Logitech Rally cameras and connect up to 2 displays or more (presentation slides, confidence monitor).
We had a webinar today. The panelist was running late so I emailed the participants to let them know. When the panelist got into the practice session and we starting getting ready (I had not started the webinar yet) we heard a voice say "Is the webinar starting at 12:30?" I let them know if was supposed to start at 12:00. Was this a participant who was somehow able to speak to us in the practice session? Or someone with Zoom? It was so strange. I didn't think there was a way to communicate with participants before you officially start the webinar or vice versa.
With a Webinar 500 licence , is it 500 maximum per webinar or per year ? thanks
I tried to purchase a 1-month add-on webinar as I have done in the past, but this time I received the following error message: This email domain has already been managed by another account. (300). The account has 2 users: myself (owner of zoom account) and another colleague (Admin of zoom account). I do not have any other zoom account with the same email address. However, my colleague does have another zoom account with the same email address. (I am not sure if that has anything to do with this error). Any suggestions how to resolve this issue so I can purchase an add-on webinar plan as before?Thank you!
I tried to add my assistant's email as alternative host to a webinar I've scheduled. Zoom says that email can't be added for some reason. I am on the Pro plan and paid extra to do a webinar. Is there some way to add her? If not, how do I enable her to get on for a practice session. Is there a special link for that? This would be a few minutes before our webinar.
Selamat malam ,saya mau bertanya Bagaimana cara mengganti layar latarbelakang di zoom aplikasi seluler?.....
I have two questions about session editors.1. The following article describes the session editor role.Single session can have a session editor, but I cannot set a session editor for a multi-session eventZoom Events roles and permissions 2.In the following article, the session editor can edit most of the session settings, though,However, in a single session, my examination of session editing privileges shows that the session editor has only very limited privileges, such as adding shared content.Editing session or speaker bios Is this a bug? Have they changed the specs? Can someone please answer me?
I have a panelist presenting ongoing Webinars with us. When we reviewed her slides -- which included embedded videos -- with just the two of us in a Meeting, the audio/video synced up no problem. When we presented the actual Webinar on the day of, the audio played smoothly but the video was choppy and lagging. These were embedded video files, not embedded YouTube links. We are running a Webinar (I am Host, she is Panelist with co-host permission) and she is using a Mac (unsure which iOS). She's doing Advanced --> Share Portion of Screen (so she can still see her PPT Presenter View), and checking both Optimize Sound and Optimize for Video Sharing. We are recording the Webinar for asynchronous viewing. We have made sure both her Zoom and her PPT are fully updated. She is spot lit and keeps her camera on; my camera is off. Please help!

This is the second time I have presented a webinar, shared a video and the sound is not audible. During the webinar, when I attempt to "share a screen", the "share sound" dropdown is visable but I am unable to click on it. I had co-hosts in the meeting as well and they too are unable to click on the "share sound" options.
Is there a way to limit the number of messages users can send in a Webinar chat? We unfortunately get lots of chat spamming during our webinars, so it would be great to be able to limit the amount of messages each attendee can send by time frame - e.g., attendees can only send one chat message every 30 seconds. And is it possible to limit the character length of each message? Any tips/suggestions would be welcome!
I hope I posted this in the right space. The last couple of days, I've had trouble downloading my recordings. The "save as" window doesn't appear so I can't rename the file(s) and assign them to a drive I want them to be saved in. They automatically default to saving in the Downloads file and get saved as TMP files. I then can't open them. What the heck?Any ideas how I can fix this or how I can download these recordings? I've got clients waiting to get access to them. They're pretty long recordings (60 minutes and up) but nothing longer than I normally record. Thanks for whatever help you can give me.I have a Windows PC with a SSD as well as a regular drive. I'm running Windows 10 and using Chrome.
As part of our evaluation of possibly switching to zoom from gotowebinar, we recently held a 4+ hour long webinar on zoom. The webinar went well and we want to use the recording for simulive events. The problem is that the video needed minor editing. After downloading the file and making the minor edits, we attempted to upload the new file back to zoom. Can't be done because the file is (of course) larger than the 50MB limit. If there's no method to do what we're trying here, to use edited videos of our events, that alone is likely enough for us to drop zoom.
I see the ability to download reports post-webinar for each of the different categories of data (attendees, chat, etc). I need all of this and will end up putting them into a spreadsheet on separate tabs- is there one master report you can download for an event vs needing to download each of these as separate files?
Our nonprofit is hosting a webinar on Monday and multiple people on our team cannot figure out how to assign someone to type manual captions. We are a nonprofit for individuals with disabilities so this is vital. We've followed the steps under "How to start manual captioning" but Host controls in step 3 is not there. The "In Meeting (Advanced)" settings have both manual and automated captioning enabled.. we also tried turning automated captioning off, but Host controls AND Enable manual captioner are nowhere to be found during webinars OR meetings.
Hi there! When I reschedule a Zoom webinar for a different time and date, will the link to access the Zoom webinar change as well? If yes, is there an option to prevent this from happening? Thanks
