We have a presenter who was trying to share embedded videos in a powerpoint file as well as standalone. He is on a Windows 10 machine. He can hear the audio from his computer, but it is not being shared out.It works fine when we use a meeting rather than a webinar.I tried to duplicate the problem on silicon macs and I was able to hear the audio from each computer. However, when I tried to share my video with the windows presenter, he could not hear the audio. We tried both from within a powerpoint file as well as using the Video file option in the advanced tab on the shared screen.Interesting side note, when I tried the video file option in the advanced tab on the sharing screen between the two silicon macs, the audio was not heard. Only if I share through the narmal screen share, did the audio work.We have looked at the settings and have found nothing else to change. The share audio option is always grayed out on the silicon macs. Does anyone have any answers or things to look at
Is there a way to send the after webinar email sooner than 1 day after the webinar ends? We would like the Email with the survey to go out an hour after the webinar ends and I only see the options for 1 day- 7 days. We dont want the browser only as we fear people will click away from it before reading that there is a survey there.
I am having a problem with scenes missing when I go into my Webinar and load production studio. Specifically it is all the scenes that us an image only. I use the Media templates and load my image. I save it and see it in PS. When I start my Webinar and then load PS, all scenes are there but the ones with the image (Media Template). Any clue what is going on?
Summary:So essentially, our Eloqua by Zoom app has been wiped - across our instances and currently I am receiving error messages when I go into the cloud action configuration of;"Internal server error"PRESS X , then new message;"The configuration instance is not found"Also the Webinar ID and previous field mappings are blank. This is the same in each of the Eloqua instances that we have active campaigns. I have re-installed the application through Zoom several times. What I mean by this is that I go through Zoom's app store, and then into Eloqua and each time it says it has successfully installed. Has anyone encountered this before?
Hi! I'm looking for some help troubleshooting, or redirecting on who to reach out to for this. We held an event through Zoom Events/Events Hub a few days ago. I'm trying to download all the polling results/data that we sent out during each webinar session. When I go to "event analytics" and then "Surveys/polls" it gives the option to "Download Table Data" on the polls tab. However, when I download the table data, it's only downloading half of all the polls we sent out. I can see all the polls we made, and can see how many responses we got, so they were definitely logged, but there's no data from them being downloaded. Is there any way to make sure the data from every single poll is downloaded, or even a way to download poll results individually?
We are utilizing VMIX 28 "Zoom Plugin" in combination with Zoom for switching/graphics in virtual and hybrid corporate events. VMIX works great with regular Zoom. When we try working with the VMIX plugin with "Zoom Events" not so much. Will not pull the participants video streams into VMIX. FAIL. I cannot find any documentation regarding the VMIX Zoom feature and working with Zoom Events. (Not in either the VMIX or Zoom knowledge base) Can anyone confirm that the VMIX plugin does not work with Zoom Events? Any knowledge of a work around or any documentation to be found? Any additional insights would also be appreciated.Thank youC.O. Little
I'm at a loss. I have an on-demand webinar that requires registration to view, but DOES NOT require a webinar passcode. Here are my settings: However, users who are registering for the webinar are being asked for a passcode after completing their registration. This is the screen that pops up after registration (note, registrants are also not receiving a passcode via email post registration either): We want users to view the webinar after registering. Can anyone help?
Hellol! What happens if I am on a laptop/PC logged into my Zoom (business level) account, and I log in with the same account on another laptop/PC? Per Zoom, "You can be signed in to Zoom on one computer, one tablet, and one phone at a time. If you sign into an additional device while logged into another device of the same type, you will be logged out automatically on the first device." In reality…what happens if "you are logged out automatically?" Assume we have used Zoom registration. If I am the host of a meeting in Meetings and I log in on a laptop in with the same account, does the meeting END, or do I as host just get kicked out and meeting continues with the co-hosts? The same with Webinar - what happens? If I am hosting a Webinar, will the Webinar abruptly since I will be "logged out automatically" - or will the Webinar continue even though I am disconnected? Thank you in advance for your knowledge! @Ray_Harwood and other knowle
Hi everyone, my session controls are supposed to look like image 1 but they look like image 2 for duplicating a event. How do I fix this?
We would like to organize a meeting for more than 300 people, with personalized links for each participant to join. To do this, we need the Zoom webinar 500 plan + Zoom Workplace pro license, at minimum?
Could you please tell if the information provided in the post https://community.zoom.com/t5/Zoom-Events-and-Webinars/Is-there-a-way-to-access-personal-webinar-lin... is still valid? If we would like to use personal links to join each attendee, so all attendees need Zoom accounts (although free accounts should be sufficient for this purpose)?
Hello, Some users in our org. experience the UAC prompts while joining to zoom webinar, and we undertand this could be related to group level policy in windows for zoom, so we looking for the Document for listed differrences between EnforceSignInToJoin and EnforceAppSignInToJoin.if anyone have any idea on it, you may please share with.
The feature is turned on and I cannot get a confirmation email to my work email or my personal when I register for webinars I've just scheduled. Even when in the scheduling screen and I click to "send me a preview email" those do not come either. I've checked Junk, Clutter, Spam. Nothing is coming. This is a major feature of promoting a webinar for registration.
We have extensively investigated the Zoom for Webinar out of the box Application for Salesforce. We use Salesforce Campaigns with Campaign Members to invite large swaths of our constituency to our events. Our Webinars average 600 invitees. We found the Zoom Webinar for Salesforce App to contain the functionality we seek to be able to have a webinar platform that integrates with the way we use campaigns. However, there are so many limitations. Zoom Add to Webinar button for Contacts and Leads. Zoom has an add to webinar buttonKnown limitationscan only add up to 10 members from a listview at a timecannot add members from Campaign Member related list on Campaigns directly nor can it add members from a report. The button can be used to add campaign members using Contact and or Lead Listview or from the Contact or Lead record directly. However, the button limits the number of invitees added through this feature at one time to 10. This means if we have
Hi there, I run Webinars as a part of my job, and have done for the last year or so. I've never had an issue where I've lost internet or power during a Webinar, until today when I was part way through another meeting (on another platform) and our internet went down. My question is, if I lose internet while hosting a Webinar, what happens to that Webinar? Does it end for everyone, or will the "hosting" go to one of the people on the panel? Do I need to make someone a co-host when they join the Webinar, so that if this happens it automatically swaps the hosting abilities over to them, and the Webinar continues? I also record the Webinars (to the cloud, not my computer) as a part of my role in hosting them, will the recording continue automatically? I've tried Googling this and couldn't get a great answer, so thought it would be easier to ask on here! Thanks
Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column. What is wrong?
We recently held a webinar event in which I wanted to share the On Demand link afterwards so people could watch it. Tested it on my end and it all worked every time. Let me know if you had the same experience or not. 1. People that registered before event and used the Join Now link from their invite email were asked for a passcode. Through testing I found that the meeting passcode and the recording password were not the same. So I tried to make them the same, but the Share passcode had restrictions on it so that it could never be the same as the meeting passcode. So I had to send out the Share passcode to everyone. Some still couldn't get it to work until they logged into their Zoom account, some got it to work without logging into their Zoom account and some never got asked for a passcode at all. Used the original registration link from the webinar invite. 2. People that Registered after the event experienced some being a
There is not a lot of documentation about the actual behavior of the 3 settings under Zoom webinar settings in the native salesforce app:Create Campaign for each Webinar: this is fine I guess, but how are fields mapped?Add registrants as Campaign Members: what is the field mapping? It is smart enough to reference a Lead or Contact as the campaign member?Create new Lead : if the registrant is an existing contact in the org? what if there is a duplicate?I need to understand the behavior more before I can fully test the integration and decide if its usable for our use case what if I only want webinar features? the full installation takes up 6 custom fields on the Activity object which is a lot for most orgs since 100 is the limit
I want to hold a webinar where I can turn chat on and off for panelists like you can for attendees but I'm not seeing that as an option. Is that correct?
I am trying to run a webinar where you only see the PowerPoint screen not the host or the panelist. I can change it for me but I don't know how to make it so that the attendees don't have a choice but to only see the PowerPoint.
Hi - I have multiple companies I manage, each are connected to Zoom. Currently those companies are all connected via Hubspot to the same Zoom account, where we run our webinars across all of our companies for. I noticed recently that Zoom is syncing and creating contacts whenever a contact signs up for a registration across all of my connected Hubspot Instances. I'd like this to not be the case. What is the best way to set up and connect a single zoom account to multiple external tools (Hubspot instances) to prevent this?
Greetings. We have recorded about 3 webinars per week for the last several months. I'd like to get a list of these recordings with the Name and Date of the Webinar along with the URL/Link to the recording with the Password. If this is possible, how do I produce/download it? Thank you !! Ted
Recently, we hosted a webinar and encountered an issue with multiple attendees having the same name. Any idea on how to resolve this and if it is possible for us to find out the actual attendee's email?
If I will schedule a Webinar for 1000 participants, then when the webinar date is near and we need to make it from 1000 to 3000, is that a new subscription? will i be charged twice, for 1000 and another for 3000?
