Is there a way to automatically send people who signed up to attend the webinar an email with the recording link in it? I receive a link, but I want that link to be sent to everyone who signed up (whether they attended or not).  This doesn't seem to be an option in the follow-up email functionality, which is shocking.  We have Zoom integrated with Hubspot and that native connector doesn't pull the recording link over either. Am I missing something?

HelloI created a Webinar and designated multiple alternative hosts.For example:John DoeJane DowDutch SchaefferDouglas QuaidBen Richards  If John Doe, one of the alternative hosts, starts the Webinar, what happens when Jane, Dutch, Douglas, and Ben join the Webinar? Are they put in the Attendee group, do they join as a Panelist, or do they join as a co-host? Thanks

I am producing a Paid Webinar, so each individual gets a unique login.An attendee just emailed me saying that they entered the wrong email address and do not have the Webinar Link.Is there a way to change their email address in Zoom? I looked in the Webinar under Manage Attendees and Edit and can access her record, but can not update her email address.Thanks for any help you can provide!

We are holding a webinar with a group discussion amongst our panelists. One panelist belongs to a company that prohibits the use of Zoom on computers, so he will only be able to dial in on phone. I would like to display a profile picture for him in the gallery view with the other panelists. But since he cannot login, he cannot create a profile picture for his account. I tried a test where I created a named user in my account and gave it a profile picture. I then invited that user to a webinar and dialed in with that ID. Zoom did not display the profile picture in the meeting view. Can you think of a way to show a picture for a phone-only panelist?

Hi! I've been doing Meetings and Webinars with registration for over a year at this point, and a user just pointed this out to me. When registering through a mobile browser, you are taken to a confirmation page. This page contains the event title, date/time, Webinar ID, event description, and link to cancel. As far as I know, this is not customizable. While it's a mild inconvenience to copy and paste the webinar ID, you are unable to enter to a webinar with a passcode. Additionally, we also use a third-party registration site, so we disable Zoom's confirmation emails (we do enable Zoom registration to collect email addresses). So is there any way to fix this? If anyone registers through a mobile browser as I have it set up, they will be unable to join the webinar. Thanks!

We're doing some online training via webinar.  Afterwards, looking at the Attendee reports, there are several attendees whose "Approval Status" says Denied, even though they were in attendance for the full session.  Can a denied registrant still attend a webinnar?  To what does this field refer?  Were they in the "foyer" waiting for admittance for the full 2 hours?

Hello,  we are often experiencing the problem that some of our paying webinar registants don't receive their personalized invitation mails because of Zoom servers being blacklisted on Spamcop, etc.   Unfortunately, there is no way to identify bounced or blocked mails so that we can invite the problematic registrants separately.  This is a big issue for us and it would be nice to have some way to get a status report of the sent mails like in some newsletter services.  How are dealing others with this issue? Thank you!

Hi, can the host add or import questions to Q&A before and during the webinar on behalf of the attendees? If so, how to do it and if we can indicate the attendee/registrant who raised the question? Thanks

For the weekly Zoom webinar that we have, some attendees using iPads see no video of the webinar but have the audio. They enter the webinar by using the attendee link that we send them. Once they enter, they see a black screen, the Zoom menu, and hear the audio. The problem didn't occur earlier in the year but has appeared in the last two months. Any ideas of the cause and how to resolve?

I am hosting the webinar and when I pin two panelists to be viewed on the attendee view there is still only one view and there is nothing happened. When I pin 3 panelists same, only one is on the screen when I check what attendees view. I tried to set up view follow host view I tried gallery view but it's the same. Does someone know why this happened and how to fix it to have more people at the same time on the spot?  Thanks.

when I run a Keynote slide sequence on Webinar, sharing screen, in the last three weeks my name has started to appear in a separate panel to the right of the slide. This was not happening before, but in addition to this all kinds of size issues and such are also happening … it seems a little randomly.Also, has anyone EVER been able to get Zoom to help with anything?

I could do it before under reports but now zoom do not find the webinair I had. Do you know why?

Hi , I am having a training program for 600 people, the zoom meeting can hold only 500 participants. If I create this training as a webinar option, does the webinar also have an option for breakout rooms, participants, to see each other, unmute talk etc

Hello Zoom Community,I've been testing a webinar that is synched between Marketo/SFDC.In QA'ing I, as Host, got a registration error when I updated my lead record's campaign membership satus to "Registered" on the SFDC side of the campaign. This resulted in a registration error in Marketo and SFDC.The same thing happened to the Alternative Host.I am assuming that Zoom does not "like" when the Host (and associated email address) tries to register as an attendee to the webinar that they created, but wanted to confirm this. Can anyone from Zoom or any users confirm this is the case? It would make sense that you can't be both a Host and a registered attendee to your own webinar, but again, wanting to validate this is to be expected, and not some error that I am running into.Thank you!

Hey Folks! I'm planning a paid webinar, but many of the attendees probably won't have access to a credit card or Paypal. For example a company sending 5 employees may want to just write one cheque and send the details for people attending. If someone pays outside zoom (cash, cheque, direct bank transfer etc) is there a way for the host  to register them directly on the back end? Thanks for any help!

Hello:I was wondering if you know how to host a meeting with a translator for the hearing impaired to a virtual zoom meeting. It will be live. What things to consider to allow things to flow smoothly?I also need to do another simultaneous translation with a Spanish speaker.  How to even start?   

Hi everyone, I am planning to host an event, for around 20-100 people,  and would like them to join just as a participant, such that no one sees the number of participants, and can only chat publicly in the chat section. Do I have to use Zoom webinar for this purpose, or can I do this using Zoom Meeting? Or is there any other mode I am not aware of? Thank you for your help,Maria

I always attach a survey to my live webinars and have had some attendees say that the survey did not display when the webinar ended.  Last night, 80 of my 100 attendees completed the survey immediately following the webinar.  I have heard from at least 5 people who said it did not display. Any ideas what could cause it not to work?  Pop-up blocker settings?  Firewall settings?   Thanks.

Hello everyone, For the webinar reminder emails that are sent to attendees, we would like to have the email address be personalized. Currently, when reminders are sent to attendees, they come from Zoom at no-reply@zoom.us.  We want them to come from our general email address info@ibpa-online.org. Under "Email Settings," we already changed the "Email Contact" to our general email address, but Zoom only uses that in the initial "thank you for registering" email, not the reminder emails. Does anyone know how to change the email that the reminder emails come from? Thank you! Christopher

I am planning to host a webinar where it will be important for attendees to see their own name. (Attendees will be renamed by staff according to which group they belong in.) Is there any way to accomplish this in Zoom Webinar? We just ran a test and our attendees could not see their name or the names of other attendees.

I'm wondering if it's possible to host a Zoom webinar or meeting and then have the group watch another Zoom webinar together while they are on Zoom?    I would like to invite people to join me on Zoom and watch another Zoom webinar together. How do I do that?
