Webinars

I scheduled a Webinar, but neglected to include the Q&A option.  When I try to edit the settings, that option doesn't show up, even though the other options under the "Webinar Options" section (Practice Session, enable recording, etc.) do and can be modified.  Is there any way to add Q&A short of deleting the meeting and starting over?   

I need to organize a webinar for 3,000 clients for January 11th, 2022.  To ensure we set this up correctly we bought the monthly license on December 14th, 2021 (even thought there were no other webinar and the license was essentially unused for the month.  Today (January 10th, 2022) I went to check that everything was set up for tomorrow and was shocked to find my monthly 3,000 webinar license was cancelled without my authority and the records removed.  In a panic I spoke to Jean (sales) Zeus (technical support), called and send multiple emails.  Ultimately I was forced to purchase another license. This is not the first issue I have encountered with ZOOM.   In 2020 I had to cancel another webinar for 900 CPA which caused us embarrassment when ZOOM did not activate a license.  Webex and Teams are looking real good, right now.  I am also considering dumping my stock and taking the loss.  I am so frustrated and feel comple

Hi, Grateful if you can help.  I have scheduled for a webinar and created multiple links for registration, including on for LinkedIn.  On LinkedIn I am seeing people attending the webinar but the Report is only showing one.  All linked are working.  Any idea what happened and how to fix this, please?  Tnx 

We have used Webinars/practice sessions for a while and first had this issue Jan 4.  The practice session worked as expected. When "Start Webinar" was clicked waiting attendees got a loading graphic (based on reports) and were not admitted.  There were over 150 attendees waiting to get in and the Participants counters never rose above 0. We were finally able to launch the webinar by ending the event for all, restarting it, connecting presenters, then going live.  Any idea what happened or potential solutions shy of ending the event entirely? 

I know how to toggle from attendees/panelists viewing the headcount during a webinar to just PANELISTS, but is there a way to turn off the headcount entirely so that no one can see it or just the host can see how many people are on? Thanks.

is there a tool in zoom or outside of Zoom (will work with Zoom) that can be used and shared to upload questions so the audience can upvote which ones they feel are the best.

I am the account host for a recurring zoom meeting, although another person is the real hostess while I attend.  This meeting is recurring and attendees can join at any time - though they expect to meet others at a designated time monthly.   This seems to work by itself - no conflicts as below - even if I am late to sign in.   Then I occasionally have a class (zoom webinar) to take, which is hosted by completely different host.   That class starts before "my" meeting, and it seems to prevent my regular recurring meeting from happening during that time, even if I didn't sign in.  What's the key to keep both active?   What doesn't work:  When I join a class webinar, it seems to block out the meeting, and I get a lot of emails from zoom about people joining the webinar (without their email addresses), and their multiple attempts so presumably they are attempting and failing.  And it doesn't provi

I was added as an alternative host to a webinar. I was tasked with updating the branding/landing page for registration. Though I've received an email about being added as an alternative host I do not see the webinar when I log into my account and therefore, cannot make any edits to the branding/landing page.  Can someone please HELP! We have opened registration for a webinar that will take place in 2 weeks from now.  The webinar information shows: Total Registrants: 139 and these are all visible under Manage Attendees.But when exporting csv under Reports / Webinar / Registration Report, only 100 attendees are in the csv file.This looks like a bug to me. Is there a way to export all attendees in the csv file? 

Hi we are struggling to find out how to upload registrants to zoom events, where people have registered on another system. It is easy on zoom webinars but seems impossible on zoom events. Does anybody know how to do it?

I have a question about capturing the participation time of ZOOM webinar attendees. We will be directing ZOOM webinar attendees to an external survey form where they will be given a confirmation test on the webinar content. Do I really need to run 5 separate reports to get all of my webinar session data? Is there a way to generate one report that pulls in all session data for: - registration answers - attendee info - Q&A details - Poll data - Survey answers?I was just forced to switch from GTW, which provided all webinar session data consolidated into one report.

Hi!I will not be needing to use webinars for several months so I'm thinking of cancelling my subscription (for a while at least). Could you tell me if I will loose all the info on the platform from my previous webinars (registered participants, their answer to surveys/questionnaires...)? I guess if that is the case, I just have to make sure I download everything first.I'm keeping my Meeting subscription, by the way. Hey All, I'm going to be an admin/facilitator as a Co-Host for many Webinars and am interested in showing lower thirds and various pop-ups pertaining to the subject matter. I would plan on accomplishing this via O.B.S.,  but am unsure whether I could do this in real-time as a Co-Host rather than the Main Host. Can a Co-host overlay video and switch screen views etc... (I'd be using the Elgato Stream Deck to accomplish this)- or do those functions need to be executed by the Main Host? 

Hello, I'm holding a book launch and hoping to have 300 plus people there. There'll be one host, 5 people doing very short readings and an interview with me as the author by my editor. I thought I should do this by webinar (which haven't used before) but I'd like to see familiar faces and gauge people's reactions. Am I right in thinking it won't be possible to see attendees on the webinar? Would a meeting, using the mute function therefore be better?  Thanks very much!

Is anyone else experiencing this? I hosted a Zoom Event webinar, with tickets paid via a Paypal integration. For some reason, no iPhone users were able to complete their billing address form on their phones - the state dropdown menu wouldn't work, clicking on their state didn't fill out the field or do anything at all. It's difficult to get tech support to help, because no one received an error message or anything like that. It worked for Apple tablets, Macs, and PCs/androids, but not iPhones. Additionally, on the iPhone it wouldn't work in Chrome OR Safari. It's possible the problem lies with PayPal, but they had no answer for me either.
