Hosted a webinar last night... There was more in the chat (I saw it with my own two eyes) then we got in the chat file after the webinar was over. How do we get the rest of what was contained in the chat and/or Q&A? Also, how do I get a list of who attended? We did not require registration for the webinar. I only want a list of the names used when they signed on.

I have a Zoom Meetings Pro Subscription. How do I add Webinars to it?

Hi, I wanted to customize the email settings for a webinar from last Sunday Jan 23 to include the event recording etc and additional information and I didn't have some of the information before the event ended. Today Jan 28, I updated the custom email setting  and then set it to go out 6 days after the event, so in theory tomorrow Jan 29. Does anyone know if it will go out since I hadn't set that up before the event started? It's a pretty big list so I wanted it to go out via Zoom.  Thanks! Liz

There is a problem that the option to select recipient targets automatically changes back to "Everyone" after the debater sends a chat to "host and Panelist" on the webinar. Does anyone know the solution?

Can i put my company branding onto the Zoom survey at the end of a webinar?

The organization I am with will be hosting a all day Zoom conference in the coming months. We need to gather information from registrants (we need to know what type of continuing education credits they need) AND offer different payment tiers. We had originally decided to go with ZoomEvents so that we could set different ticket prices and utilize other perks, but then learned that you cannot ask any registration questions using ZoomEvents. I am now try to create the event in Zoom Webinar, but I cannot figure out if I can set multiple registration prices . Is this a possibility at all or am I back at square 1?

In Webinar Practice Session, a Panelist signed out of their panelist account and signed into a personal account. When they tried to rejoin, they didn't get the normal attendee greeting that the Webinar would begin shortly. They got: "Unable to join as panelistIf you were invited as a panelist to this webinar, please sign in to your account or join from the link in your email invitation."And then no option to join the meeting as an attendee. There is no authentication required for this webinar, so we are worried some attendees won't be able to get in. Please advise. Is there an algorithm that notices their personal email is close to their panelist account or something?

I'm trying to play an intro sting  full screen for a webinar and then appear as a moderator but my host thumbnail's permanently on display in the top right hand corner. Can it be switched off during the videoplayback? 

I am looking for visual examples of what creating customized email templates can look like before we upgrade to Pro.  Does anyone have any examples they are wiling to share? When I call support they say, they can't help.  I want to make sure we have all the features we need before upgrading. Thanks!

Hello! I have some questions regarding the Rate limits for webinar creation. I have an enterprise account and can I only have 100 requests per day for create or update webinars?If yes, is there a way that I can have more than 100 request per day?

I conducted a practice webinar session that I did not want to be recorded so I stopped the recording. I then went directly from the practice and started the webinar.  Would the "official" webinar have automatically been recorded or would I have had to start the recording again at the beginning?

We have a Webinar that already happened.  We can share the link to have people view it, but we want to collect the emails of the people who are viewing it.  How can we require email address sign in, or collect the emails of people who would like to view the recording?

When I choose to hide a non-participant on a webinar, their box is still visible. Any ideas on a setting I am missing?

Hi there, I changed the email adress  in my Zoom profile from A to B. After this was confirmed, i tried to invite A as a panelist to my webinar but this doesn't seem to work. If i click the save button, nothing happens.  Can someone help me out? Do I have to sign out from all devices first to have the B email adress correct registered?  Thanks in advance! Ilse    

While hosting a webinar when the panelist shares their screen and selects optimize video and share sound it then shows two gray boxes over what is being shared.  How do we fix this?

Hello, I would like to ask support people in ZOOM company  if they can insert in reminder email some textbox, where I can explain in Slovak language what people should do. I am sending reminder but people (in Slovakia) don't understand english text. I have a big problem with it.  For example in webinarjam you can put your text in reminder.  Could you do some changes for countries in eastern Europe? Thank in advance for answer. ***********

Hi, wednesday, we will have a first 500 full capacity webinar and I am worried about the bugs and lags that could happen.  There will be 5 pannelists.  One at the time. What are the things I should check or do to make sure we have a great moment all together? Thank you! 

Hi, I'm not able to find the registration report for a webinar that occurred yesterday. I made sure to check the date range and also looked for it via the Webinar ID but still nothing.  The reason why I need the registration report is because it looks like the attendance reports now don't show the registrants who did not attend.  There is a possibility that this information was lost because I had to remove the registration requirement of this webinar in order to allow the panellists to join (panellists having issues receiving invitations from Zoom too). Sorry, it's a mess but if anyone is able to provide some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. Sharon  

We would like to add another webinar licence to our account. Will this licence holder be able to schedule his own webinars in time slots that are already booked by the main account holder?

Hi, I just ran a 2-hour event on the new Zoom Events platform, one main panel followed by two simultaneous breakouts, all in webinar format. I tested everything couple of times with assigning alternative hosts to the breakouts so I can jump back and forth from one breakout session to the other and keep the breakouts running. However, during the event, when the time came to launch the breakouts simultaneously, both alt hosts started their session on time, however attendees were able to join only one of them. The other session started, speakers began talking but attendees were not able to see the join the breakout session through the "Join" button in the Lobby.  There was nothing I could do to restart the session or anything else.  Here are couple of hypotheses of why that happened: 1. Hello, We usually pre-record our webinars, stream the content to the audience so that it looks live and then have a written Q&A going on throughout the presentation. Presenters videos are off and there is no live audio Q&A after. In the past we've done this on a platform that works so seemlessly that the webinar looks like its live. This is our first time trying it on zoom. Has anyone tried this approach to webinars on zoom before? If so do you have any best practices to share? 

Any tips on how to manage the registration list? I have to run a report each time. If there is a duplicate, I am not able to remove the person. Thank you for your time.

Does anyone know if Zoom can tell you how much of a recorded webinar someone watched? eg participant A registered then watched 30 min of the 45 minute webinar and Participant B registered then watched the entire 45 minute webinar.
