Hi there, I'm hosting a webinar with a co-host interviewing 2 guests (Panelists). I'll be setting everything up, meet/greet etc before we start webinar, then I want to be 'unseen'. Is there a way I can hide my profile so the attendees only see my Co-Host and the 2 Panelists? thanks
I keep getting notices that I have registered (I didn't)for:Thank you for registering for For Us, For Family: How Safety Can Drive Cultural Transformation. You can find information about this webinar below. I ignored the first 5 or 6 that came a couple minutes apart, but when they kept coming I tried clicking on the cancel my registration button and received message: Meeting 86204489195 is not found or has expired. (3,001) Anybody else in the zoom community getting these ?
HELP-Urgent! We held a by-registration webinar today and have another session tomorrow. We advertised ONE link for both days, but somehow the recurring meeting setting did not work. We desperately need the people who registered for Day #1 to be able to use the same link that was in their original registration confirmation email for tomorrow's webinar session. Can I change the settings in the original webinar so this can happen? Praying someone can help me as there are 500 people!
Hi- Is it currently possible to create and issue coupon codes for prospective event registrants to use to obtain discounted registration? Thx!
want to set up my webinar settings in such a way that only people will listen to me also they will not see the other participants name or video
Yesterday Feb 2, 21 was hosting a webinar and had a few technical issues I haven't seen before. When I started the webinar I could see there were participants but there were no names showing up. The webinar also glitched out on numerous occasions and when I tried to stop the recording it wasn't possible to do so. Most of the log ins didn't seem to be supported and many attendees had to re-register to gain access. Lastly one of the participants got an "off air" message when she logged in which I haven't seen before.
Hi, I started using Zoom Events (webinars) just a while ago and I was trying to set a fee for a particular webinar. Our Organization has 2 different fees, people from developing countries and students pay less than working people and from developed countries. I don't see an option to add a discount! With our previous webinar system this option was possible, why not in Zoom? Thank you in advance for your help!Katie
Our post-webinar follow up emails went out as planned 1 day after the webinar. None of them contained the included custom text. I have a support ticket in for that issue. When I send myself a preview, the text appears fine. I really, really need to re-send those follow up emails since they contain post-webinar info our members need. It's still under 7 days since the webinar. Is there a way to re-generate those emails? The Support team didn't really have an answer for this and our Help Desk is getting requests from participants for the content that was in that email.
I think I made a huge mistake.I imported CSV file with emails and names, but did not check the box that said Send Invitation after Importing. What can I do now?Because when I sent a test invitation to my self it says that I already registered. How can I fix this, because I need to send invitation like yesterday. Please HELP me! Thank you
First go at Webinar, and 2 of 3 panelists no problem. Third had video but no audio and neither he nor I could unmute him. When clicked "Ask to unmute" nothing happened. Problem panelist was in Dubai fwiw, but don't see how he could have had video without audio if the ISP was an issue. My guess is he had a setting wrong on his hardware, but he swears he'd been doing multiple Zooms from that location without problems (although I'm assuming they were Meetings, not Webinars). Thoughts anyone? JP
Hi, i created a webinar and now I want the attendees to just be able to join without me having to let them in. In addition, how can they use their camera's. I want to see them. I cant find any of these options in the settings of the webinar. can someone help?
Hello, Our webinar license is 1,000. We have almost 900 registered and expect to top 1,000. We know not everyone will show up, but I'd like to convince my boss that upgrading temporarily is a good idea in case people share the link or join from more then one device, etc. Does anyone have best practices I can share to help my case? So many thingks can go wrong that I have no control over. This we have control over and its easy to mitigate in advance. Thanks!

Hi all,Really excited about Zoom Events. I have a couple questions I was hoping you could help me with:If I want to host Meetings and Webinars in Zoom Events, it is necessary that I have a Zoom Meetings license as well as a Webinar license, correct? Zoom Events does not replace that, it kind of provides the platform to host Meetings and Webinars, correct? In terms of recording capacity, does Zoom Events provide additional Cloud Recording Capacity or will I have to make sure I have enough recording capacity available to create a Recording Library by for instance, purchasing additional cloud storage? Thank you for the help!
As a host, I am setting up the webinar for a co-host and a panelist. How do I not show on screen? I want to be on for administrative purposes, to support the cohost and panelist but don't want my name or camera showing. How do i do this?
If we want to put up a holding slide to start the webinar, what is the best way to do this?Right now a panelist shares their screen with an opening slide but there is always a speakers box next to the slide?I only want the attendees to see the slide and not an additional speaker box.Even when all the panelist's shut off their cameras, I still see their photo next to the slide when they are speaking. Is there a 'full screen' mode for just the slides even when someone is speaking?
Good morning,I have a plan for Webinars with 1,000 viewers. I wanted to ask if once we reach 1,000 registrants the registration process ends automatically, or if the 1,000 viewers limit only refers to those who actually attend the webinar. In other words: with our plan, can 2,000 people sign up for the webinar (even if only the first 1,000 accessing people can actually attend)? If the answer is yes, is there a way to redirect surplus subscribers to another platform where they can stream privately? Thanks a lot!
I am setting up Webinar and adding Panelists but not ready to send invites until the tweaks are done. When the time comes when do the invites go out if I deselect the option to send immediately?
I am creating a zoom conference and when I select paid ticket option this notification comes up saying 'You selected 02/10/2022 as the event date To receive a payout to the Hub’s PayPal Business account, this event must start before 02/08/2022. To receive a payout to the Hub’s Stripe account, this event must start up to 89 days from the event publication date. By clicking "Continue", you acknowledge that you will receive a payout via Stripe only.' I don't understand why this is happening and can't find any info. Please help!
I can't seem to figure out how to add my logo as a watermark in the bottom corner of the display and so that it appears on the recording. Any guidence would be appreciated. Thank you, italiangen 2021
I've created a series of 3 events (webinars platform), where people can sign-up to 1, 2 or all 3 events. When they get their confirmation email and click the 'add to calendar' function, it seems to be opening a new calendar, not adding the dates to an existing calendar. This only seems to be happening in Outlook (not integrate). Have also tried in Hotmail and Gmail emails and they seem to be working fine, as do single instance events - its just when you sign-up for a series there is an issue in outlook. Has anyone else experienced this and how did you fix it? Many thanks!
I have been conducting paid webinar classes since 2021, and took a break at the end of the summer. Now that I'm going to start up again, I've noticed the option under registration no longer exists. The only option I have is a check box to confirm if registration is required or not. I've checked my account settings and my Paypal account is still connected. Does anyone know how I can fix this? Thanks.
Hi, I wanted to customize the email settings for a webinar from last Sunday Jan 23 to include the event recording etc and additional information and I didn't have some of the information before the event ended. Today Jan 28, I updated the custom email setting and then set it to go out 6 days after the event, so in theory tomorrow Jan 29. Does anyone know if it will go out since I hadn't set that up before the event started? It's a pretty big list so I wanted it to go out via Zoom. Thanks! Liz
Hosted a webinar last night... There was more in the chat (I saw it with my own two eyes) then we got in the chat file after the webinar was over. How do we get the rest of what was contained in the chat and/or Q&A? Also, how do I get a list of who attended? We did not require registration for the webinar. I only want a list of the names used when they signed on.
