I need to access a report for a webinar I hosted in November 2020 and see I cannot access reports that are more than 12 months old. Is there another way to get this report? Thank you

Hi There! I was going to buy the webinar feature, but I accidentally clicked on the "Big Meeting" feature and bought it. Is there any way to upgrade the "Large Meeting" to "Webinar"? Thanks a lot!

I scheduled a test webinar for the first time.   Myself and 1 other person registered for the event. I was never able to see the registrants listed.  Any suggestions?

Would like to add a requirement onto registration page that people must use work email addresses to sign up to webinar. Is this possible? Couldn't see anything anywhere to do this or find anything online with an answer to this question for Zoom webinar.

In a Webinar -can one computer (host) record the discussion/presentation and assign a Co-host to record the interpretation on another computer?

On zoom, the webinar tracking links section says it has 170 registrations but when I export the csv file it only has 142 registered.  Does this happen for anyone else?Can anyone help me better understand why this happens?If I can resolve it, how?

Hi all - I am a newbie to Zoom Webinars.  I participated in one last week.  I have asked for the recording and the data as it was for an AGM and voting was involved.  Can someone advise if a host or user can edit the raw data before sending it to the attendees?  How can I ascertain if it is original data or manipulated?  How long does it take to have the video recording available for attendees?  It has been a week and they are saying it isn't available yet.  Any advice would be appreciated.  MichelleM

We have organized a webinar on zoom and I have a question regarding the settings. I have already generated a link on the zoom and I would like to add the option to mark the privacy policy when individuals are registering for this webinar. Do you know if this is possible?  

can someone help me? I can't find one of the email templates I want to edit. For webinars. I can find all of the other ones in  Admin/Account Management/Webinar Settings. But the email template for the message that goes to a webinar registrant who cancels is not in the list will all the other email templates. Can you help me find it? Thanks.    

Today during a Zoom Webinar, certain members of our panelists were sent to a preset, private Zoom Meeting.  A few moments after they left the Webinar, they came back indicating they were not able to join the Zoom Meeting due to a notice, "Cannot start Meeting, waiting for host to start". We've done this multiple times and weren't sure why they were suddenly unable to join.  As I was the one who created the Zoom Meeting, I was asked to join and act as host so that the others could join and I would leave once it was started.  When I clicked on the private Zoom Meeting link, I received a message indicating that I could not be in two meetings at one time and I would need to "Leave Meeting", which was fine - I would return to the Zoom Webinar after starting the Zoom Meeting.  However, when I attempted to log on as host of the Zoom Meeting, I too, received the, "cannot start meeting, waiting for host" message.  It was then that I realized I had been completely logged

I watched a Zoom webinar called 'Use Q & A, Raise Hand, and Chat in Zoom Webinars'. I do not see the Q & A function on my taskbar and I have not found a way to add it. (Very new to Zoom)  Can someone assist me in that? I would rather that as an option since I will be monitoring a large audience. Thank you. 

Hi all,I am running a webinar tonight. Attendees are required to register to attend.My question is where does authentication fit in? Does this it make it more complicated? is it necessary and what are the pros and cons of requiring authentication?I am concerned that some attendees may not have a zoom account and therefore may not be able to attend.Help very much appreciated!

I just want to ask if there is a feature in a zoom that enables to ask a question to the attendees to gather data of them before entering the meeting

Hi there, I'm hosting a webinar with a co-host interviewing 2 guests (Panelists). I'll be setting everything up, meet/greet etc before we start webinar, then I want to be 'unseen'. Is there a way I can hide my profile so the attendees only see my Co-Host and the 2 Panelists? thanks 

I keep getting notices that I have registered (I didn't)for:Thank you for registering for For Us, For Family: How Safety Can Drive Cultural Transformation. You can find information about this webinar below. I ignored the first 5 or 6 that came a couple minutes apart, but when they kept coming I tried clicking on the cancel my registration button and received message: Meeting 86204489195 is not found or has expired. (3,001) Anybody else in the zoom community getting these ? 

HELP-Urgent! We held a by-registration webinar today and have another session tomorrow. We advertised ONE link for both days, but somehow the recurring meeting setting did not work. We desperately need the people who registered for Day #1 to be able to use the same link that was in their original registration confirmation email for tomorrow's webinar session. Can I change the settings in the original webinar so this can happen? Praying someone can help me as there are 500 people!

Yesterday Feb 2, 21 was hosting a webinar and had a few technical issues I haven't seen before. When I started the webinar I could see there were participants but there were no names showing up. The webinar also glitched out on numerous occasions and when I tried to stop the recording it wasn't possible to do so. Most of the log ins didn't seem to be supported and many attendees had to re-register to gain access. Lastly one of the participants got an "off air" message when she logged in which  I haven't seen before. 

Hi, I started using Zoom Events (webinars) just a while ago and I was trying to set a fee for a particular webinar. Our Organization has 2 different fees, people from developing countries and students pay less than working people and from developed countries. I don't see an option to add a discount! With our previous webinar system this option was possible, why not in Zoom? Thank you in advance for your help!Katie

Our post-webinar follow up emails went out as planned 1 day after the webinar. None of them contained the included custom text. I have a support ticket in for that issue. When I send myself a preview, the text appears fine. I really, really need to re-send those follow up emails since they contain post-webinar info our members need. It's still under 7 days since the webinar. Is there a way to re-generate those emails? The Support team didn't really have an answer for this and our Help Desk is getting requests from participants for the content that was in that email.
