How can I invite an attendee, and bypass their payment/registration step?Can I provide them with a link that will admit them without registration?

There are over 3,500 municipalities across Canada and that does not include the many Counties and Municipal Service Boards (ie Social Service Boards, Police Service Boards,...) that require the ability to go 'in-camera' to deal with confidential matters. (For Ontario: labour relations, legal advice, security of property, information supplied in confidence...) We use Webinars successfully to have Council Members and staff join as Panelists and the general public attend as Attendees. Zoom Webinar fails when it comes to allowing Panelists to leave the Public portion of the meeting to have a private meeting while the Attendees (residents) wait for them to come back from their private meeting.  Currently, Councillors need to leave the Zoom Webinars and join the Zoom Meetings for a private meeting then come back to the Zoom Webinars.  I'm not looking to pay a premium for added features in Zoon Webinar but we would pay extr

Is it possible to do a rehearsal of a Zoom Event with your panelists/hosts?  I can't see how to do that. ALSO I need to make at least one breakout room for this event - does that mean it has to be a meeting, or can it still be a webinar?  I want a small handful of the panelists to be able to go to a breakout for a competition deliberation while the rest of the event is still running.   Thank you!

Hello I am creating an event on Zoom Events for the first time. In  the Event Options page, under 'Joining the event', I should be able to  see the following 3 advanced options (listed below), however the only advanced option that I can see is 'Enable Q&A'. I had a look at the settings but there was no option to enable all of the advanced setting options. Can someone tell me how I can see all the advanced options? Two questions ... 1. I am setting up a Zoom Events conference and I am asked to enter details for Speakers and for Panellists. I am wondering what the difference is between the two (e.g. are their tickets different? Do they have different permissions/access? Are they both free tickets?) 2. I will be participating in the webinar sessions as a host/moderator, but I don't want to feature myself in the agenda etc. Do I need to add myself as a Speaker/Panellist, or will I automatically be the host as I am the one setting up the event? Thanks

Ran a webinar today but I have never experienced the range of technical issues on Zoom that I have today.Some people could hear me, others couldn't; some could see slides from share screen, others couldn't; for some it froze on one slide and wouldn't move along, but for others it was fine.People went out and came back in - usually to no avail; I stopped sharing and then restarted which fixed it for a bit then I had to stop and restart again and it was fine for the rest of the webinar.All in all, frankly a nightmare.Any thoughts?Thanks

We currently have a zoom webinar setup but we have decided to do breakout rooms and I am aware you can convert your webinar into a meeting. My question is when I go to do it it gives me a pop up that I will lose my registration details. Is it best to wait to change it before the event closes since I will need to pull the registration details of our participants?

Hello - We are hosting a series of Webinars, charging $5 per class paid through Paypal. We want to allow our volunteers to attend the classes for free.  Is there a way to add them to the registration without them paying?  We have set up unique links so that paying attendees can't share the link with their friends.

Can I create a webinar template from a previous webinar?  If so, how?

Hi, I'm integrating Zoom with Salesforce using the Zoom for Salesforce app. Once create the app, we will connect with Zoom using API and Secret key. In our zoom app, there are 50k users and more webinars. I want to sync with salesforce for single individual user webinars or only one webinar. Is there any possibility to filter it before sync? Thanks

Is it possible to create and share a trailer before a live stream that is streaming to a facebook group?

We have Zoom webinars synced with our HubSpot account. We have used it numerous times to allow us to track attendees in HubSpot and to send attendance and no-show emails to our registrants. This past week, Zoom didn't send the attendance report like it normally does. This has worked seamlessly even after the reporting change of March 1st. We had two webinars after this change that worked properly. Our attendance reports show the email addresses so it should connect like it has in the past. Any ideas as to why the integration didn't work after the webinar? Thanks, Allison

Hello, We recently hosted a webinar and had about 40 attendees from the 70 who registered for the event. We used a separate registration process, so I don't have any systematic way of distinguishing who among the registrants logged in. Now that the event is over, I'd like to see if there is a record of the names of those people who did log in as attendees. Any help with this is appreciated. Thanks, Duncan

Is there a way to run a report to see how many people viewed a cloud recording they were provided with from a recorded webinar?

We've run into an issue where long URLs for webinars in the registration email don't wrap and break the layout of the email. I've tried adding the following style to the link but it doesn't seem to work: style="word-wrap: break-word;" I've attached screenshots of the behavior. Thanks!

I made a mistake because of time change! I have a few hundred people registered for a webinar that MY TEAM will start at 11am but I scheduled it to start in Zoom at 10am. We use hubspot for the registration/confirmation email flow, not zoom, and all registrants know it is scheduled for 11am. My question is, do I need to change the start time in Zoom, or can I leave it at 10am and wait to actually start the webinar and allow registrants to join at 11am? (I already adjusted the webinar duration to 2 hours, so it is technically scheduled for 10-noon.)

I've just created a followup email for a recent webinar with links to the recording and presentation files (had to create it after the event). I've set it to go out 5 days after the event. which is today. Will it still go out, and how do I know it's been sent?

Hi, I have set up an event for a webinar across 2 days. I had planned to deliver this webinar live, but due to scheduling conflicts, i am going to pre-record the webinar and share it with attendees. I have set up a registration page and reminder emails for this, but how do I change the settings so that people will be watching a pre-recorded webinar at the time of the webinar? Also, how do i go about recording this webinar? Would it be a case of starting a practice session and recording it? Any help or support would be much appreciated.

Hi. I want to play an intro and exit song in the background of my webinar. I tried following the tips outlined in this video:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WKtSh7UreLw&t=397s My issue is that when I press 'Share Screen,' the window with advanced settings does not pop up. Instead, the share screen button prompts "Desktop" or "Applications." There is no option to make audio updates. Can someone help me? Am I using an older version of Zoom? I am using a Chromebook - is that the issue? Thanks.

Hello-I have a scheduled webinar that exceeded our expectations for registered attendance.  My license allowed for 100 participants, so I added a 1-month license to increase my webinar capacity to 500.   Will this new license automatically apply to my existing webinar?  Will more than 100 people be able to participate?  I want to confirm this ASAP.   Thanks in advance-
