An attendee has asked whether other attendees will be able to see they are on a webinar, I can’t seem to find  out if this is the case or not

I have clients in other countries (Phillipines, Canada, Australia) and they seem to be having issues this week with them being unable to get on. I went into my settings and the countries are not blocked but, they are getting an error message. Can you help me. Hello, I have a MacBook Pro I a planning to use Zoom to record a webinar with live participants that they can purchase afterwards so I want to make sure I have a good quality recording. I have a Rebel Cannon external camera Will I need any special app to make sure that the quality is good?  Also, my classes are up to 3 hours long, so I'm not sure how to make sure that I will have enough space for that downloaded recording. Do I need to purchase the $40 a month extra storage Zoom cloud option for this (which is a lot for me)?  Or is there a workaround? I need to just have a copy of the class, save it my external hard drive after and then I can delete it from the Zoom cloud. I have 25 G left on my laptop. 

I have my interpreter. Need to "invite" her - how do I do this? She shows up in panelist list, but there are no buttons to send her a link. What link should I send?

Hello everyone!I'm hosting a webinar next week.I'll invite 2 entrepreneurs to pitch their startup to my investor base. My issue: I need these entrepreneurs to be unable to view attendee list (meaning: my investors) while being fully able to pitch (video+voice+share screen). I haven't found a way to make a panelist unable to view attendee list. I also haven't seen a way to make an attendee able to share video/screen, only voice.What should I do? Thanks

Hello, A client wants to run a webinar for approx 500+ guests that will essentially be pre-recorded with professional camera setup as a live webinar (the week or so before the live webinar). The webinar will be edited with video content and slides and then played back as live (presumably using a capture card and playback device with ethernet connection).  Has anyone done this successfully before, and had smooth playback with the illusion of it being 'live'.  

I am trying to set up to collect email and mailing addresses for my webinar.  I thought the system automatically collected mailing addresses.  How can I do this? It is urgent to get done in the next day or so.  My webinar is next week and I have to mail out kits to the attendees for this as well.  HELP please!

When I screen share during a webinar, my presentation looks perfectly fine. But in the recorded version the gallery view (of the participants) covers part of the presentation (see the pic). How do I fix this? Thanks!!!P.S. I record on my computer and as a speaker I need to see the participants while I screen share.

We don't want the panelists to see how many participants (audience) members there are for the webinar. Is this possible? thanks!

Hello.I am considering sending a link to participants in a follow-up email after the zoom webinar.The survey is not a third party survey such as Google Forms, but a survey created by zoom.In that case, is it possible to set the number of responses to one per person?I want to prevent people who have already responded from responding again.I would like to know if anyone has experience with this.

Hi,I am hosting a zoom event with my company and we would like to put a survey at the beginning and we show the results as anonymous,  but we as the hosts would like to see who answered what in order to divide the people who answered into separate rooms, is that possible?Thank you 

Hi all We are using zoom as a networking conference type events where people have various discussions in different rooms.  We are using zoom meetings and break out rooms at the moment - we are allowing participants to choose their room but we are not sure how to manage numbers in each room - for instance we may have 40 in one room which is a bit difficult to manage.  Can you set maximum capacity limit in the breakout rooms so people are no longer able to get in if it is full - as then they will be forced to go in another room that we will have set up.  Also what is the difference between break out rooms in meetings and zoom rooms?   And is there a zoom events?   Bit confused haha!   

Is there a way, within scheduling a webinar, to not allow any more attendees to join once a certain attendee limit has been reached?  Example:  a webinar is scheduled and invites are sent to 150 people.  The host/panelist does not want anyone else to join once 50 attendees are in the webinar.  Anyone else who tries to join after the first 50 will not be allowed in the webinar.  Is there any feature like this?

Is there any integration that can import webinar data into salesforce

Greetings all ... some information please ... our New York office has Cisco and Polycom video conferencing units, the organization is moving to MS Teams Rooms (MTR) ... so my question is, what are the limitations of a MTR when Guest Joining a Zoom Event ? Thanks in advance

I'm trying to update the confirmation email that goes out to Zoom webinar registrants upon signing up, but I'm only able to update the subject line. Does anybody know how to/where to edit the actual copy within the registration email itself?

Please bring back the option to have webinar participants log in with their name AND email address, with no registration on Zoom required. Having them sign in only with a name does not work for our post-webinar participant communication needs, and imposing an additional hurdle of having people register with Zoom is not acceptable for us either.The name + email sign-ins have worked fine for us via 100s of webinars over the past two years. This change is a major issue that needs to be reversed ASAP.

In three experiments with webinar, attendees have been admitted without going into a waiting room. This would be disruptive. What are we not doing?
