Missing Zoom Webinar Cloud Recording

This was the link and passcode to a past webinar we had recorded to the cloud that is now seemingly gone forever. We had completed a merger and needed to buy a new Zoom account. Is there any way to recover this?

    I highly recommend you contact Zoom Support Staff directly with a support ticket here:

    https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new 

    Or if you are a Business, Enterprise, or other large account, have your Account Admin contact your assigned customer manager by phone.  You will want this taken care of quickly.

     

    We volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts.
