Using Zoom Workplace on my tablet the video camera is zoomed out such that it shows the whole office. I cannot find a way to make the camera zoom in. I tried pinching the screen and that does not work and I cannot find any settings to change the camera. I tried to use the virtual background and when it tries to load it comes up with an error. Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.  Les

Hello,  I'm a spanish guy who talks in the mac zoom APP in spanish, english and catalan. From my mac its a disaster, I can't talk to my catalan colleagues without having to rewrite all the words I type. I have tried already to deactivate the autocorrect from the operating system (MAC) but it's still correcting the words (the zoom APP). When I have to talk to my catalan colleagues, I have to take my iphone to have proper conversations without having to rewrite every word. I have googled and searched in this forum for a solution. Can you help?I don't need any autocorrect but I can't turn it off from zoom, it's the only app on my Mac that acts like that. 

We use Zoom Chat as our company’s primary internal communication tool. I’d love the ability to reply to messages directly from a notification in iOS. When a notification comes in, I have to open the Zoom app to view the entire message and reply to it. It’s even cut off by a wide margin in the notification itself. By comparison, if a Slack notification comes in, I can view the entire message and reply directly without having to open the app.

In the zoom chat it is quite annoying that the user selecting popup rises when typing '@' expecially when typing emails. Can the zoom chat do like Disourse here does, do the user selecting popup only if there's a space before '@'? So when typing emails or quoting '@' no use selecting popup appears. The popup should appear only when the user type `<space>@`.Thanks!

Hi I have been using paid version of Zoom which is now Zoom workplace. More than a year back I have configured to logout automatically after few hours. This has been working fine but now I want to change that setting but not able to find it. I don't want to logout automatically. Where can I find this related setting? ThanksRam

Hi. I was using Zoom Workplace on my laptop for quite a long time now, but suddenly, Zoom Workplace glitches. It automatically signs me out everytime I relaunch it, cannot download files & pictures from the chatbox, emojis downloading stucks at 0%, automatically switches to light theme every time I enter Settings (in a Zoom app meeting). And the worst thing is: When I try to DM a contact in the Team Chat tab, it just requires me to add that contact even though I did the same on my desktop computer. And when I click "Add contact" and confirm (there's a confirmation before I add a contact), it just displays another window with a barrier logo, an Ok button, and NO TEXT, WARNINGS, OR ERROR MESSAGES. I wish I could share my screenshots of what happened as I do not have permissions, but the glitches are very weird. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Zoom Workplace, and searching for other solutions from people

Hitting select all on the keyboard doesn't select the entire conversation, and selecting the text manually only selects a small amount, not the whole text. Am I missing something?

I have done over 200 Zoom workplace podcasts using a Zoom Live Trak L8 audio console with no problems.    Within the past two weeks, Zoom Workplace is reluctant to recognize my L8 drivers.   It defaults to internal mic and headphones.I now have to open and close Zoom workplace four or five times before it will grab the L8 drivers. I have talked to Zoom electronics and they insist that the L8 is compatible with Zoom workplace.   Zoom workplace support says the L8 is not a compatible device. How is it then that I have used them for over two years with no trouble and suddenly there is a complication.  If I have Adobe Audition open and then open Zoom workplace,  Audition drops the L8 drivers and switches to internal mic and earphones.I have the L8 set a default in Apple system settings, but as soon as I open Zoom workplace it defaults to internal mic. I have downloaded new driv

Hi, I'm missing the option for reacting with an emoji to messages in zoom chat threads. I'm using an android phone, and until a few weeks ago I could hold down on a thread chat message and the option to react with an emoji would appear. To be clear, I'm able to react to normal messages sent in the chat, but if it's a message someone has written in response to an existing message, I can't react. I've tried re-downloading the app to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have been using zoom for years.  Now my attendees cannot join my meeting.  I send them the meeting invitation with all the necessary information, but when they try to enter, they receive a message which says I am already in a meeting.  This is not true.  I am waiting for them to enter the "waiting room" but they cannot.  What is wrong?How can I fix this?

Sometimes I can click on a reaction-emoji an infinite amount of times. It will never be taken into account. Console error:Uncaught TypeError: l[n].username is undefined 

Hi,I had a really frustrating experience today. I was scheduled for an interview with the Head of HR Americas at Zoom, only to find that the meeting invite didn’t even include a link to join the call. For a company like Zoom, this was disappointing and made for a poor user experience. 

Hi,Is it possible to forward messages written in a group chat or channel to the member's registered email addresses? At times, users do not see the messages in the chats and it would be a very good feature to send a reminder to users via email to check the chat/channel for any unnoticed activity... Thanks

Hello Community, When I sign into my Zoom Account I am directed to a QR code to register for an authentication app of your choice.I don't have an authentication app on my iMac, so I then click 'go back' and then click 'skip', which allows me into my account. According to my Zoom Account Profile under 'Sign In' the 'Two Factor Authentication" is set to 'On'. My question to the Zoom Community is why when my Two Factor Authentication is set to On, do I not receive an SMS to my mobile phone with a code and why can I open my account without the necessity a Two Factor Authentication code. Regards,TonyVision!    

Zoom has permissions to allow read & write of google contacts but cannot edit them???  How can zoom create a google contact but not have the capability to edit said contacts via the apps? Makes no sense to have users flip back and forth for contact management. 

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen.  Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’" We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off. 

Hello,Is it possible to receive a report from our Zoom Workplace Pro account that shows us the full name of the participant that clicked on the recording link we sent them.  We had a webinar on April 30th, and some participants could not make it.  Our sales team would like to know who actually clicked on the recording link that we sent them from our e-mail account.Is this even possible?I know we can see who was present and pull a CSV report, but we are looking for more of a report that shows who clicked on the recording link.Thank you,Katherine Jung

Quando um convidado tenta entrar em minha sala no laptop novo, sempre vem a informação de que há outra reunião em andamento, mesmo que eu não esteja logado no laptop antigo. When I set a contact to notify me when avalible, I get no notifications that my contact is avalible. Maybe it's that I'm not signed in so I get no notifications? Is there a place where zoom gives you your notifications? How will zoom notify me when someone is avalible? Do I have to be signed in? Can anyone answer these questions? I will really appreciate if you can answer my question.Thanks

Is there any workaround to get the notifications of team or direct DMs in both the devices that I'm logged in to (in my case, laptop and mobile)? Currently I'm getting only the most recent logged-in device. But if there's any workaround to have it on multiple devices, then I can always stay connected with the messages that I get.

I can't team chat for some reason after updating and when I go to the account settings and click on team chat, its just a white screen. What do I do!?
