Rooms & Workspaces

Hello,Does anybody know if there is a way/plan where I can host 2 meetings at the same time creating 2 different sessions or is it better if I get a second zoom account? Thanks

My zoom can't change the background, when I kick in the green background, I lose my whole body, if I don't kick in, I have the blue background, it can't be replaced. Is there anything related to the zoom version that is not compatible with the device or is there a way. I don't have to zoom in, I have to change the background to synchronize with the whole class

Breakout Rooms are "Participant may choose"Participants move to one of breakoutsHost moves back to main room or participant comes back to main roomThe participants stays listed in the breakout room (not joined)  and greyed out.  They do not show back up in main room participants See the "small laptop" marked in red on attached pictureIf the participant choses "leave meeting" they disappear, of course.  If all meetings are closed then they come back,  Thank you

Hi! I am expecting about 220 participants for an upcoming event and I intend to have 3 breakout rooms for a concurrent session. Will it work?

Hello all,I would ask if is possible setup the video layout as Gallery View into the admin console so that all host will have this option already enabled when joins a meeting.Otherwise, if this option will be set via API integration. Thanks in advance.

We currently have a Zoom Room set up for our school board meetings. We have a second location that is used for school board committee meetings. We would like to use the same Zoom Room credentials for this second location. We are using a Promethean board with a PC attached. Can someone explain how to add this second location to the Zoom Room?

Hi!We are using Zoom Rooms with O365 resource calendar integration. When we create our appointments by ourselves all works fine but when we forward external (teams) invitations to the room resource, the meeting event appears but does not have the link to open the teams meeting from the list of events.  Here is the question:Which are the technical requirements for a meeting link to appear correctly? - Teams-link in location? Any special characters or keywords?- Teams-link in description? Any special characters or keywords?- Teams-link in attribute onlineMeetingUrl?- Must the attribute isOnlineMeeting be true or not? Please help with a detailed definition of how do you interprete the meeting links from the events...

Hello communityArticles like https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203689369-Configure-Auto-Login-for-Zoom-Rooms describe how to start with Zoom Rooms on a Windows Platform but I have yet to find info about how to make it more secure. For comparison MS Teams Rooms use a multitude of Windows features like Assigned Access, no shell for the user, etc.Is there anything similar available for ZOOM Rooms? The obvious plan is to make the Zoom Room PC as less PC-like as possible and towards an embedded appliance. How about the preconfigured systems like the ones from Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc.  Do they use any special tricks to tackle this?thanks in advanceHST

Hi,  I created a zoom that guests would need to register for. I have had several emails come through showing that folks have registered, but when I go to the meeting to approve, they are not showing for me to approve. Any suggestions?

Can you limit the amount of participants for a break out room when they are not preassigned and they select the room themselves.

Hi, everyone Zoom has a digital signage service.  See belowZoom Rooms Digital Signage | ZoomThis is a very advanced service that combines meeting participation and signage. This is a very advanced service that combines the functions of meeting participation and signage, and we have started to actively promote it in our company. We requested personal signage as a new signage for the telework era through Zoom's Japanese subsidiary. In other words, the idea was to display the company's bulletin on a PC while working at home.Zoom's digital signage runs on a Windows PC, but as soon as you move the mouse, the display stops. We need to display the signage in a small window so that the display does not stop when the mouse is used, which seemed to be possible with a few changes. However, unfortunately, Zoom headquarters did not accept our request. I would like to have your thumbs up or suggestions to agree with my idea.

Lately whenever I've been assigned to a breakout after about 10 minutes I get kicked off of Zoom entirely. I have upgraded to the most recent version. I don't know what else to do.

I would like to begin testing the NDI output options in Zoom.  The Zoom Room is up to day with 5.8.0 but the change view button on the interface does not have a Add Output option as discussed in the getting started with NDI guide.  Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have updated Rooms to 5.8.0 and enabled NDI in the Room configuration and confirmed that it is set for the particular room we're using for testing.   According to the NDI setup guide we should see a Live On NDI tab on the Change View button on the controller for the room, but we don't.  Any help would be appreciated!

Hello Is there a way to access and amend the options for break-out rooms once you have opened them?  For example, I allocated these this morning and sent everyone off, then realised a setting from the day before had been applied to "automatically close" within 20 mins.  I couldn't see a way to override this so simply had to wait for them to shut and then reallocate and remove this option. Also it would be good to be able to apply some settings to some rooms but not to all, perhaps that is a separate question...   ThanksSue

Please help. I lost my Zoom recordings after replacing the host email and returning it. I deleted all the recordings from me and the host, please help, all the recordings are lost

Since updating the Polycom Group Series 500 to the current firmware release of their code (Release - 6.2.2.7-660023), the GP500 is no longer 'Registering' to Zoom.  Is anyone else seeing this?

We use Mobile Iron to place into and out of Kiosk (Device Management) When we update the iOS on the iPads they always come to a screen where you have to (Physically) press the 'Home' Button on the front of the iPad, and then 'Continue' like 3 times before it will proceed to Kiosk-mode and run the ZoomRoom Controller Application. Is there a way to bypass those three screens on updating the iOS so we do not have to physically touch each iPad in our organization? (like 67 of them)

Allow participants to join before host.I have this option selected. We have a pro plan.If I do not log in first, anyone trying the url are asked to sign in.I appreciate any help.
