Hi,I used to see contact list on iPad Zoom Controller and I could simply scroll through and invite people to join a meeting. However since couple of weeks, it does not show contacts list anymore until I search for the contact. This is very unconvinient, since I have to type contact name everytime I want to invite one to the meeting. Any ideas?Thanks,Damjan

We have 3 Zoom Rooms setup in our facilities, all on Windows computers (2 are Windows 10, and one is Windows 11), and all 3 use an iPad for the Zoom Rooms Controller app. Upon installing Zoom Rooms on the Windows 10 computers, we chose settings to ensure that Zoom Rooms would never turn off, i.e., giving permission to the Zoom Rooms app to restart the computer, allowing the account hosting Zoom Rooms to auto-login, and all other settings presented during installation that help Zoom Rooms be always-on. We have not yet configured these settings on the Windows 11 computer. Albeit these settings worked for a while, over the past few weeks I've found the Zoom Rooms application is off every time I visit one of our facilities with a Zoom Room installed on a Windows 10 computer. This is a big problem because we do not want to leave a mouse and keyboard out since it's possible for users to log out of the account hosting the Zoom Rooms

We have a setup whereby two organisations are co-sharing an office. Within the office space there are two meeting rooms. We would like to setup the rooms as Zoom Rooms for hosting meetings but would like to allow both organisations to schedule these. The organisations are capable of setting up calendar sharing between them so they can both share room calendars but if one organisation "owns" the zoom room license, can the other one book meetings in that room?

Can I arrange a one time use for a two hour meeting and not have to pay over $100.00? 

When I am going to schedule a zoom call, with the new version I can only use the outlook, google and exchange calendar.   I can't use ical and also I am using a IMAP account, which is not included in the option. In the previous version, it took me directly to my apple calendar.  Now is not possible.

Hi,  I have a Zoom Room.  Every time i start a new meeting, it opens up with a random meeting number.  I want to have the same number and passcode every time.  Where can i set this ? 

Is there a way to create a daily zoom room for my team to join on google calendar that doesn't require me to be in it? 

Hi All,My organization has 12 Zoom Room licenses. We are bringing another Zoom Room online. I deleted an old room that we no longer use in hopes to assign that license to the new one. However, after deleting the old room it still shows there are 12 Zoom Room licenses in use. Does anyone know how to free up room licenses? Thanks

We will have 50 people in a meeting and will ask them to break out to answer 1 of 3 potential questions; it's the attendee's choice as to which question/room they want.  Can we limit each room to 5 participants and have Zoom open a new room for additional participants that want to address that particular question?  Is there a feasible workaround to do this manually without taking too much time?

I never used Zoom beforeI want to set up a meeting with overseas relatives using my laptop with a speaker instead of headphones.There will be three of us sitting side by side acting as one participant (not separate participants) so we will have to shift the laptop some distance away so all three of us will be visible on overseas party's screen.Will laptop mic be able to pick up our voices from some distance away?We will be unable to reach the laptop to mute our mic when overseas party is talking. Can we just leave our mic un-muted all the time? Won't our mic pick up other party's voice on our speaker and transmit it back to him, and then back to us even louder, and then back to him even louder still, in other words setting up a vicious circle? 

Hello, We are launching zoom workspaces and also have the DTEN virtual kiosk setup.  What we are seeing is when a user books a station the kiosk wont reflect this for up to 10 minutes.  Is there any way to increase the refresh rate of the kiosk with workspaces enabled?  Has anyone else seen this issue?  Not so great when multiple people are trying to book a spot at the front desk.  Thank you

Hello,I rent Neat bars from Zoom with 2 zoom room licenses.Haas licenses have been cut off to me and nothing works anymore.I opened 2 tickets on the support but no one at Zoom is interested.Has anyone had this problem before?Thank you Do you know how to terminate an equipment rental? because the sales people in France no longer respond

I need to delete 2 Calendar Resources from the Calendar Integration but the portal doesn't allow me. When I hover my mouse over the checkbox, it gives me a prohibition sign and I am not able to remove them. I am not sure if I should be removing them from another option instead of Calendar Integration.Here is a print screen. Thank you. 

The X50 has had issues recently with connecting to our video conference provider, whether it be Zoom or Teams. We've had this device up and running since mid-May and these issues just started happening. This isn't happening with any of our other X50s at our other locations though. Has anyone else experienced this?

I keep having issues with clients joining the meeting I've scheduled for them. I send them the invite link via email, but when they go to join the meeting it will say "host is in another meeting" and they can't join. Any insight as to why this is happening? 

I have a Room that is showing up under my Users (e.g. Admin -> User Management -> Users).This is showing as a Licensed User. I would like to (1) remove this room from our Zoom account and (2) free up this License. There is no option to disable or delete this from the location I described above or Room Management -> Zoom Rooms -> Rooms Can someone please point me in the right direction to delete this room and then free up that License? Thanks!

When a meeting is scheduled from a Scheduling Display, the Zoom Room automatically adds the Room Meeting ID to that scheduled meetingSome of our users are confused by that, as the Room Meeting ID is then available to join by "one-touch", and that's not what our users want to see. They just want to be able to block out the time in the room WITHOUT applying a Zoom Meeting to that time period.We would like to have it be an option for a user to either start their own Zoom Meeting or manually start the Zoom Room Meeting ID for that meeting scheduled at the Scheduling Display. Automatically adding the Zoom Room Meeting ID  is not making it easier.Thanks.

I have an issue where under the device management, the device itself is showing "NOT connected to ZDM" . I do see the device under devices however on the DTEN screen it will flicker off and say  "not connected to PC". Do I have to reenroll the device? 

Hi, I am using Manycam virtual microphone mapped to my built-in microphone. While trying to use proximity detection/ultrasound functionality to connect to Zoom Rooms it just does not work. If I use built-in mic in zoom directly, it works. Any idea?  

I have setup many rooms with O365 Calendar intergration, but the Last Sync'd time doesnt seem to update (See attached) Is this normal, or is there a setting I need to change On the attached, is a manual sync, but I would have thought it does it automatically

How would I be able to turn a Zoom Room into a personal room for a user? I would like the user to sign into the Neat pad and be able to see their calendar integrated on the neat pad if possible.
