Anyone knows how to centralize setup default theme color of Zoom workplace client after user login?As an IT admin, I would like to setup default theme color to Agave of Zoom workplace client for all my users from backend after my users login.Anyone can let me know how to make it happen? eg. GPO settings? Configuration files? Registry keys?

Does anyone know why we're getting these seemingly random email notifications that our request was accepted? Hello Everyone, I'm support a client and they have 1500+ Zoom Rooms across multiple locations, I'm trying to prepare report to check what are the Zoom Rooms are configured and not configured. I knew that we can manually check the device assignment status but it involves lot of manual work and time. Thank you in advance!

We have four Digital Signage Only rooms. The "Camera Control" button is missing after updating to 5.18.8 (3871), 64bit. We have the same camera connected to regular Zoom Rooms with the same software version so the issues is only on the Digital Signale Only rooms. Did Zoom

Each time my computer "wakes up" I get a request from Zoom to enter a 6 digit alpha code asking me to do something. (add a device?) It actually asks me twice! How do I get this to stop from appearing when my computer "wakes up"?

I'm looking to adjust our existing hierarchy of Zoom Rooms from Campus > Floor > Room to Campus > Building > Floor > Room. I'm curious if there are any downstream impacts to existing rooms and services at the time of updating the hierarchy.  Thanks in advance!

A question has come up if there is a way to dial into a Teams meeting from a Zoom panel (android).  They see the Join button, and that works fine, but the client is asking if there was a way to dial into a meeting.  Or is the Join button the only option?

Has anyone tried to use zoomroom and mirror mulitple screens to view Gallery View

I followed this KB guide exactly, copying and pasting the Powershell commands (and replacing names where instructed). When I try to connect the O365 dedicated service account it throws the following error:"The request failed. The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user." My predecessor set up a connected service account before, so there is already one set up for our current Zoom Room, but it doesn't look like the guide was followed. I'm guessing least permissions were not set up. I'm tempted to remove the existing account to see if that helps, but if it doesn't work, then I'll have broken my existing Zoom Room. Any help from Zoom or anyone else would be great. I don't know much about managing Exchange Online with powershell. My support is through Lumen, and their support channel has not been very helpful so

Hi team! When I go in and try to select a different time range on the Workspace area of the Dashboard, nothin appears to happen and I am stuck with the same seven days view.  Ano work around for this? I am very much confused.

The join button appears with the meeting host and the time displayed on the controller.  The issue is when I click Join, the controller shows the loading screen for MS Teams, and then immediately exits without any error code being displayed. We have 2 new Zoom rooms which our vendor is assisting to install. When controlling the house PC to show local content (not in a zoom meeting), the mouse response is about a half second delay and causing issues for our employees trying to present to users in the room. I have opened a support ticket with Zoom and I'm hoping to get a response soon. Any help is appreciated.

After configuring Entra and Zoom for SSO, I attempt to sign-in with SSO from a Zoom Mobile app on iOS.  After M365 auth, there is no redirect back to the app with a valid session.  I see an option for Relay State (URL) in Entra's SAML configuration page, but I am not sure if that is what I need and, if so, what is the URL?

We have a small room solution with Rally Bar Huddle and Tap IP running on the same LAN (wired). Our Rally Bar Huddle is successfully connected to Zoom Rooms and can start a call. However, our Tap IP doesn't want to connect to Zoom Rooms - afaik in this case it should connect to the controller, meaning the Rally Bar Huddle. The local IP is correct, i.e. Rally Bar Huddle is at 192.168.8.35 and that's where the Tap IP is trying to connect, but the message we always get is "Cannot connect to Zoom Rooms".We might be doing something wrong but I really cannot figure out what, so any help will be appreciated.

When I go to start new meeting it takes me to Workplace and no one can join my meeting.  I am assigned a random number that I would need to send to anyone I would want in the meeting. How come it wont just open up under my account number?

We use our Zoom Room Meeting ID for almost all of our meetings, which only allows attendees to join once the meeting is started from the Zoom Room. We would like to be able to easily switch to Zoom Meetings when it is not possible to access the Zoom Room space, but we don't want to have to change the meeting information for other attendees. Is there a way to utilize our Zoom Room Meeting ID as a Personal Meeting ID for instances where we can not use the Zoom Room system?

We have an ongoing issue where Zoom meetings on an MTR lose video shortly into the call.  All audio and video being sent from the room works, but video into the room from the Zoom call will glitch and eventually go to a black screen.  We haven't tested yet on the latest 5.0.111.0 MTR update, but wondering if anyone else has seen this or know of a solution. The issue is rectified by leaving the meting and rejoining.

After I did a ZOOM update to Version: 6.0.2 (33403), the language interpretation setting went missing after I do a Screen Sharing. The GLOBE icon below remains OK if I don't start my Screen Sharing. But once the Screen sharing starts, the side MENU "INTERPRETATION" setting cannot be found.The screen capture of the problem can be seen here .

All of my other calendar resources are good except one room, the sync status states, "This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service". There hasn't been any change at all. Any suggestion. Thank you

Hey,  I am having an issue where Proximity sharing prompts users for sharing codes rather then allowing them to direct share from the Zoom app like in the past. It has been very frustrating for our users. Did a Zoom app update break this feature? I am seeing this behaviour with: Poly x30 , Poly X50 with TC8 and TC10 controllers.  The devices are all on the same network as our users. Nothing has been changed in terms of configuration on our network. Any ideas?

We use NDI to stream via OBS Studio. In Room settings "Separate audio" is selected, because we need isolated audio for each source. When participant shares their screen ("Share sound" is selected), I hear sounds on the device where Zoom Rooms and OBS are running, but there is no sound in OBS from NDI source. We use: Widows 11, latest versions of Rooms, OBS and obs-ndi plugin. I don't know if this is related to software version because we didn't need to use screen share audio before. Is there any solution or at least advice on how we can get sound from screen share NDI source?

We use Dell OptiPlex 7090s to run our Zoom Room software in our conference rooms. The devices are managed by our firm and one of the policies require that the password be changed every 120 days. We've been trying to find a way to automate this process. What we've found is that we can send a powershell command to all of our identified Zoom Rooms to force the password of the machine to update to our new standard.  When we push the command, the password successfully changes. However, when we restart the PC the Zoom Room gets unassigned and we have to re-pair the pc to its Zoom Room. Has anyone come across this before or know why this is happening?
