Zoom Workspace keeps updating all the time

MacOS Sonama 14.5

Zoom Workspace Version: 6.0.11 (35001)

1. Constantly requesting updates
2. Continuously popping up even after quitting the app
3. Continuously loading and opening the app after force quitting

4. Continuously loading and opening the app after uninstalling
4. Persistently appearing in front of other apps

Driving me crazy and please advise me to deal with it.
