Hi All,On Polycom phone with App version 5.13.0 (2370) and Firmware version 7.3.2.0312 we are encountering the following issue:Randomly, some users get the error "Call failed" when they try to make a call, and when we call them, their phone is not ringing.The Zoom app works on their computer though.We are using SSO and polycom devices.It works when we do the following:- Restart the device (More... > Settings > General > Reboot)- Sign in as guest on the device- Remove user from Phone System Management and re-add userIs there a fix?Thank you.

When a warm transfer happens from an internal user, is it possible for them to stay on the line and listen in?  The caller ID still shows the internal person's number (which I see is the default setting, so not asking about that), so it makes me curious. 

I'd like to be able to open an app or url based on the incoming call queue. i.e. Call queue 1 gets URL1, call queue 2 gets URL2 etc... Is there a way to achieve this?

I ported a number from Comcast to Zoom and received an email that it was successful.  Now the number has been unassigned and nowhere to be found in the account.  I am unable to assign it or any number to the account user.  Need help!

Is there any way to hide users in the 'Company Contacts'  list? When a Zoom Phone user selects 'Contacts > All Contacts' there is a system generated list called 'Company Contacts' which shows every ZOOM account associated with my organization. Is there a way to hide some of those accounts? I have turned off the Zoom IM (cat) functionality for my company but thought I would try creating a private IM group on the off chance it would somehow work. It had no effect on the Company Contacts list. Is there a way of hiding some contacts from the Company Contacts list?

Is there an easy way to set Auto Receptionist to default to the Closed Hours during Holiday Hours.  The way it seems to work is a call flow will have to be set for each  Auto Receptionist for every holiday.  In my case this will require duplicating an IVR for every holiday for each  Auto Receptionist which isn't efficient or ideal.

Hi. I am a Zoom Phone admin for a business and a few users (6) on our system cannot make outgoing calls. They receive a Call Failed pop up with no error code. When you try and call them it goes right to voicemail. This has been going on since last Friday and users have had to resort to work calls being forwarded to their personal cell phones. Not good! 

Numbers registered to an approved SMS Campaign must be used every 60 days or they will be removed from the campaign in order to avoid the customer being fined $250.Phone numbers not registered to an approved SMS Campaign cannot send SMS to 10 digit numbers.Therefore, most 'normal zoom phone users' will not be able to reply, "STOP" to any messages sent from another 10 digit number.10DLC-Non-Usage-changes 

I believe I have blocked a number by mistake.  I have not found any way to view the blocked number list.Following help I found has not allowed me to be successful.  See attached.  It shows no numbers at all.  I have blocked many many numbers.  How do I view and then unblock a number?

It's been happening to me for some time that the zoom app on my android phone automatically answers incoming zoom calls. Is there any setting to change to avoid this problem?

I seem to no longer to be able to import external contacts into Zoom Phone.I've done this before, many times, but now it seems to have stopped working.It always fails at 10% completion, no matter how many data lines are in the file I'm trying to import (even with only one data line).The error message is not very informative: "An unexpected error occurred during parsing CSV file, please contact support." (see attached screen clip)I've tried downloading the example CSV template file again to look for any differences (there were none).I've then populated the CSV template file with just one line of data, and tried importing that.It still fails in exactly the same way as when I'm trying to import my full contact list.I hope someone can help please.

Unable to view the call logs for my Team of 10. Under the phone management system, there is call tab which I can click but when click on that its shows no data.   

Hello all! I am looking to add paging to the Zoom Phone System. I have polycom VVX410's deployed and running on the zoom platform. If possible, I would like to use each endpoint as the speaker for the paging, versus installing speakers. I have read through the Zoom group paging, Algo 8301, as well as the CyberData SIP Server documentation, and none seem to be clear if it is at all possible, either as a standalone solution (using only zoom and the polycoms), or if I need the use a SIP server to assign an extension and have it pushed out to the polycoms. If anyone has had success setting up group paging or PTT, please give a shout! Cheers!

All inbound calls go directly to voicemail and the voicemail message keeps repeating.   I cant receive inbound calls and clients cant leave a message. Very frustrating.  

One of our offices is small and we have calls come in and route to one of two users based on whether they are on a call. They have asked if we can add an external number as a third option in that sequence. I have looked and cannot figure out how to do this. Has anyone done this?

I'm currently on a trial with Zoom (wanting to switch from RingCentral). Is it possible to enable multiple line appearances for my personal line? For me, it's much easier to manage multiple calls on separate line keys. Also is this possible on shared line groups?

New setup and I'm adding my Zoom phone number to my personal info.  Popup to verify number comes up and I click continue. Where will I see the verification number?I was able to set up my cell phone with a SMS verification number but how do you get SMS on a laptop?Thx, Ed

It would be nice if the Zoom App was able to see "parked calls" and also give the user ability to pick up the parked call. Whether you are working at home or in the office.For example, if someone received a call in the office and parked it on Park 1 spot on the Yealink phone and messaged someone else working from home that Santa's parked on one to speak to you. Then the person working from home can see the Parked 1 call on the Zoom app and pick up the call.This would be in lieu of having to dial the 801 extension.Hopefully this can get implemented!Please like and share!

Hello, I received an email from Zoom speaking about Brand and Campaigns for Canadian SMS.   I have been using Zoom as a secondary business number on my cell phone. I want new customers to be able to text me.  Will I still be able to do this with my business and customers?  Point 3 saying a max of 49 numbers are allowed per campaign is the confusing part to me.  Does that mean I can only text out or have numbers text into my Zoom business number if I have previously added them to a campaign list?  I hope it means, that I add my Zoom Business numbers to the list, so if I had a few business numbers, I could add them all to the list, and then text like normal in and out, to new customers.   Can someone clarify?   

I have been able to successfully register and activate Zoom on the Poly CCX 700, with full functionality.  The issue is, if the phone reboots from power-loss or update, the device will not reload/relog-in the user automatically. I have to "re-pair" the user. Anyone know of a way to "save-state" or user into the loading config? Thanks in Advanced,JW

Hello,When someone registers the UX is poor. It shows what looks like the registration page again with a small "Webinar Registration Approved" at the top in the same place as the previous title, then it shows the whole description again, and then the user has to scroll down to see the time and the webinar URL.Is there any way of changing this so it is much more obvious that registration was successful and the FIRST thing the user sees is the URL and time, and how to add that to their calendar? Even just not showing the description would help, but this page needs to be redesigned. It's UX from the early days of the web

Hello - For some reason many of my regular Zoom phone calls cut out at random times, however, all of my Zoom video calls are perfect.  Some of my Zoom video calls last for several hour and there is never an interruption. Does anyone else ever experience this issue with audio only calls? Thank you

I'm trying to update the message that is provided after selecting an IVR option. I created a new asset and assigned it to the AR associated with the IVR option. When I call the line and navigate to the prompt, it plays the correct asset, but then also plays the original asset that was previously assigned on the second playthrough (or perhaps a continuation of the first playthrough).  The original/previous asset was assigned by a different admin user - is this why I may not see it associated with this AR? Is it a bug that the AR is cycling through multiple assets?

I have several Yealink t33g phones that have the same problem: They're on my network on the right VLAN (get the appropriate IP address and can hit the internet) but are not talking to Zoom to get any information) I already confirmed that the phones are assigned to a user/common area extension but nothing is working.
