Hi! We have been having an ongoing issue where one of our elevators at our college that is connected to Zoom VOIP, periodically calls the security number it is connected to. Nobody is making the call in the elevator. Of course, when the security team answers the call, the phone hangs up. I've looked at configurations for the elevators, and I really don't know what would be misconfigured from what I saw.  Has anybody else had this issue? If so, if it got resolved, what is the resolution? Our other elevators seem to be working correctly.  Thanks,Greensboro College

Hello, I am honestly having the worst experience with this zoom phone thing. Calls do not show up in the history and neither do voicemails. I thought maybe I should remove the extension (thinking that might be the problem) and I do not see a way to do that either. This is very frustrating. Can anyone help? I am on the verge of just cancelling this thing. 

Hi guys. I've just wanted to ask if there was a way to have / create a link that allows the users who click that link to automatically call the number that is linked in that link? Basically it's like zoom bridge links that instantly lets you join the zoom bridge but this time, it instantly calls the number associated in it. This will basically save time in manually inputting the numbers via zoom. 

Hi I have a Zoom subscription from Japan. With it I have a 050 number for WW calls, I have many countries included/allowed under this number according to my profile details. Currently, I am in Europe and want to call France but when I enter the French number and country code, Zoom puts a +81 (Japan country code) in front of it all and cannot dial) How do I avoid this? For example, the French number is +33 1 86 12 34 56 but Zoom dials +81 0033 1 86 12 34 56 Device is iPhone 8 plus

We have an issue that's popped up for multiple users in the last few weeks. The Zoom Windows App will not show the complete list of Voicemails for the user. Users will see a notification of a new voicemail but not be able to review it. If the user checks the Phone App or the Web App he is able to see and manage the voicemails successfully. We made sure the user's line was checked to view in Zoom Voicemail. Still not showing the complete list of voicemails. We're running Zoom version 5.10.4 (5035) in a Windows 10 environment. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you much!

Does Zoom have a disaster recovery plan if they go down? With our previous carrier, if their servers or system went down all of our incoming calls were routed to one mobile phone.  Is this possible with zoom as well and how do I go about setting this up?

I'm looking for a role that will enable members to view SMS content of messages in their targets.For example, I assigned users to Compliance Admin, which says it includes the ability to "view the content of message" as well as SMS logs. But they are only able to see the logs, not the message content. They can view only the message content of their own personal messages. The only role I found able to view content is super admin and above.Is there a way to grant a user access to SMS message content of a target and not just the logs?

I've manually added contacts to my Zoom address book, but when I go back to my Zoom text messages, the contacts I added directly into my address book don't reflect for each respected message. I hope this makes sense. 

Hello, I am using the new Focus mode on the newest MacOS operating system and noticed Zoom Phone still rings even though I have blocked all app notifications when I have Do Not Disturb turned on. Any suggestions or ideas of why Zoom Phone is still ringing with this turned on? Thank you,Brandon

I need to set up my system with a message for the incoming caller (insurance disclaimer, in my case). In the event I don't answer, this is to be followed by instructions to leave a message.Have tried Auto Receptionist and Call Queues setups, but this is still not working.Can anyone help out?

We recently began using the "New Teams" on Windows 11. Since updating to the New Teams, if we are on an internal call using Teams, and a we receive a call on Zoom Phone, the Teams call immediately hangs up and the Zoom call is automatically answered. This didn't happen on using the prior version of Teams. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there some integration issue with Zoom and the New Teams? We are all on Zoom version 5.16.22807.

There's a phone outage and there's been no communication

Our entire company's phone system has gone down after the update they just sent out. There is no phone support no technical support at all beyond an AI chat bot that is beyond useless. We are looking for a new company. Having no technical support is absolutely crazy. What do you do when your phone just stops working? I've restarted the computer, uninstalled the app, restarted again, reinstalled... still no phone. We pay the bill but aren't getting the service and with no technical support I have to assume they're not interested in fixing it. 

Using Poly Voyager 2 headset with USB dongle, unable to get call control (answer/hangup using center button) to work. Incoming call, headset announces incoming call, press center button but call is not answered.  Tried using Poly Lens to set "Target Softphone" to Zoom, but no change. Tried going into zoom, phone, call control but it says No supported devices.  Call control on the headset does work with other softphone programs, how can I get it to work with Zoom?

So I have two phone lines assigned to my Yealink T54W phone, which works fine. Normally, the icon and button next to the line show as green. However, after hanging up the phone, it stays red. I can still push on the red line button and get a dialtone and place another call. So it seems the line is disconnecting, but the phone does not recignize it.  The only way I have fixed it is by resetting the phone. Any way to fix it? 

How do I mute the audio for the SMS notification on my PC. Whenever I am in a Zoom meeting on my PC and I get an SMS notificatoin, the audio notification for it is very loud. I want to turn off audio notifications for SMS on my PC. Thank you. 

When someone calls my voicemail, it is playing the message twice before allowing them to leave a message. It's causing most people to hang up, assuming it's just a loop message and they can't actually leave a message. It's been frustrating for our main line operators, as they are then getting all my calls from frustrated callers. Help? 

Our company switched carriers from a larger phone provider to Zoom Phone about 1 year ago.  Spam call detection and blocking was a future feature that played into the decision to switch, but it's still not available. Hi all - I'm a little stumped, and I am not an IT person, but I know how to follow instructions and use a mouse.  So I thought I would try posting here. I've just hired my first employee into my professional services (consulting) firm.  He is remote from my main location.  For 4 months now, calls have been coming to me since I was the only employee.  I have bought a second Zoom phone license for him so he can make his own calls out for assignments.  What I would like to do is avoid having to be the phone receptionist.  Is there a way for an autoattendant to receive calls and allow an extension to be dialed? My workaround is either I will be the receptionist and transfer calls over, or the new hire gets that job.  I'd rather a robot do that for me.  I just couldn't figure out how to do it. Thanks -Joe 

I started following this article:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0062984#h_01F7BQVDSWQ2FYS1JEMKD4150D I've searched for several days and have seen just about every resolution but none has worked yet..  I have a vp59, I upgraded the firmware to 91.30.0.25.  After rebooting, I get a screen that shows the Zoom logo and "Please install License.  IP: 192.168.100.109" but that IP does not load in my browser.  I'm on the same network, same IP subnet.  I can ping the IP but the page is not loading.  I ran a port scan and find only ports 80, 5060 and 5061 responding.  Port 80 returns the 404 error shown below.  Any idea how to get to the web interface? If I try 

I was following the instructions to convert my Yealink VP59 to a Zoom appliance and got to a point where the phone rebooted and is now locked up.  The phone boots up, tells me the firmware that I was told to install is already on the phone, and then presents me with a screen that says "Please import the license" and I cannot do anything with the phone now.  Does anyone know how to import the license that can help me?

Hello using an IPhone SE, how do you block incoming phone calls from interrupting a meeting?

We can change the ring tone for an extension.  Our main number rings to a user's extension, by design.  How can one change the ring tone on the main number so that when it rings to the designated user's extension, it has a distinctive ring tone?
