Hello!I have been using my Zoom phone to send SMS since October 2021. Starting on 2/28, I have not been able to send texts. I am not receiving any error messages, but when I text my personal phone, a friend, etc, the texts are not being received. I can still receive texts to the Zoom number and make calls. I can also text other Zoom numbers in the company and those do go through. Any advice on how to fix this? Thanks!

I have a user who I have added the SMS feature on their profile. We add the SMS feature by user and I have added their number to an existing campaign. I am able to send the user an SMS message without it being rejected. The tab is still not appearing on Zoom phone. The user has checked for updates and signed in/out of Zoom and still nothing. I added another user recently following the same process and did not experience any issues. Any ideas on where else to check?  Does it make a difference if the user has a basic license vs being fully licensed?

I'm trying to find info on permissions to dial a certain extension. I don't seem to find any info on the knowledge base.  We've created an InformaCast device under Phone System Management to access InformaCast's DialCast feature that allows to send an All Call to all (or certain) speakers.  We only want school office admins to be able to dial that particular phone extension.  I can't seem to find info on how to create those permissions. 

I am logged into my Zoom account on my phone. I have notifications turned on and my phone volume was turned on. My zoom sound started going off as if a call was coming in but there was no call coming in on the app, the phone, or anything like that. I've checked on my computer and there was no missed calls either. I even checked my activity log and there was nothing there. What is going on - why is my Zoom haunted?!

I'm setting up my Auto Receptionist, and I want the Auto Receptionist to gather the caller's phone number and send an SMS message with a direct link to the scheduling page on my website. Something like this: Press 1 if you want us to text you a direct link to the scheduling page on our website. Is this possible? If it is, how do I gather the phone number? 

Hello- I recently switched to Zoom phone but im having issues sending SMS (text messages). I am using the desktop app and the SMS tab is saying that im unable to send texts because a direct phone number has not been assigned. The SMS feature has been enabled in my settings; however this feature is still not available. Thank you Ruben 

After our plan was activated we still cant make any calls. Error says "Sorry the requested service is not available in your calling plan". Regardless our plan is Zoom Phone US/Canada Unlimited Calling we still can't call to any US/CA numbers.

I am needing to call a customer in Nicaragua but I can't and their country code does not show in the list.  How do I get it added?  The country code is +505.

Our software includes an AI voice agent, text-to-speech capabilities, voice recognition, and transcription services. If we integrate with Zoom Phone, can we set up the system so that it allows our human staff to answer incoming customer calls? Additionally, if the call rings twice without being answered by our staff, can we configure it to have our AI agent automatically take over the call?

Hi, I've been trying to access the Phone System Management option for the last 2 hours, and it just shows the loading icon next to the menu option and nothing happens. I have tried it from two different accounts and different browsers as well, but still nothing. The Chatbot was unable to be of any help. There is an urgent setup that needs to be done, but it's being delayed due to not being able to access the menu. Would appreciate if this is rectified.

I have tried calling sales.....says office is closed it's the weekend. Yet it's only Friday. I tried contacting technical support and the message said I don't have that with my current plan Zoom One Pro. What are the steps to getting some technical support I purchased the plan and phone but have not been assigned a phone number? They are saying none available for the entire Province of BC, Canada. Help please.

Our office has been using the Zoom Phone App since last summer.  A few weeks ago, one of my colleagues realized her text messaging with external stakeholders stopped working.  We checked and found that only two in the office are experiencing this.  We put in a ticket and have done all of the troubleshooting the Zoom Technical Support team rep has suggested.  Unfortunately, our communications have been via email for two weeks and is getting us nowhere.  Does anyone have any suggestions?  I want to escalate this up the ladder. 

Recently, we had someone mention that our dial-by-name wasn’t working. Upon testing it (we use ‘Press 8’), I would press 8 and then the 3 numbers corresponding to the user I wanted to call, but it would immediately tell me it was an invalid entry. While digging in, I found that after pressing 8, I would have to wait 2-3 seconds before the next prompt played telling me what to do to reach a user. Here’s my question; is there a way to remove that delay and make it instant? It does it on all our IVR options, it’s just more noticeable on the dial-by-name option because the caller has to input more information.

I have read the news that Zoom got license to operate in India, Is there any timeline does Zoom have to port India DID numbers BYOC towards cloud and again does it means it can run without any SBC? Can someone shed some insights on this?

I am having issues factory resetting a couple of Polycom Soundsation IP 6000When trying to reset with the IP address: it states "Page not found" One that we did factory reset keeps looping & restarting.  Does anyone have any input?  Thanks, nla

Both using VOIP phones and cellular phones for the "Call Me" functionality zoom cloud meetings audio are very poor quality and cutting out in audio. When using computer audio or calling into the meeting however all audio is working fine.

Is it possible to avoid waiting room only for a specific and given contact?

I'm trying to set up the VoIP phone, but it requires you to verify the business address: Our business does not have an address we work remote and their are only two people; me (admin) and my boss. Does anyone know how to get around this step? I have clients to call and I can not do my job without this phone... 

The current Salesforce Zoom Phone Widget's contact/lead search bar lacks the ability to display Account Name. This creates challenges when identifying the correct contact or lead due to potential duplicate records assigned to separate accounts.

To have Account Name in contact/lead search bar in Salesforce Zoom Phone Widget will be helpful when there are duplicate records assigned to different accounts.  

Sorry if this should be in a different category, it's a phone device and a meeting question all-in-one. We've got the Yealink VP59 and the MP56 (Zoom Device Managed). The user will be able to sign in to the device and use it as their phone and host / join meetings directly from it (Zoom to Zoom).  When it's not signed in as a user / common area, it defaults to acting like a Zoom Room. I say this because if you try to join or start a meeting, as the option on screen, it says it's an Unlicensed Room. Before we look at Zoom Room licensing for this device, I'd like to know if, like the dedicate Zoom Room Appliances, such as the Yealink A30, would enabling the Zoom Room License on a Phone Appliance, enable the option to join a Teams Meeting via ID? I guess a wider ranging question I have for this subject, is there any likelihood that the normal Zoom client (just just room appliance) will be enabled for joining Teams meetings i

Hi. I would like calls via zoom to be received only through the mobile app, calls are currently coming through to both my phone and laptop. I have my package set up and call queues created, this is the last step before the system can go live. Does anybody know how to do this?

I am running Version: 5.17.2 (29988) of the Zoom desktop client and cannot for the life of me, figure out what happened to the  "notify me when available" function. I used to just right click on someone's name and would have the option to get a notification when they got off the phone. Please tell me this feature was not removed! It was so helpful and probably one of my most used functions!I also noticed we are no longer able to "check for updates." How will we know we are running the latest version and how can we troubleshoot when we have issues? We used to check for updates whenever we had problems in our office and installing the latest updates would almost always resolve the problem. Now we cannot do that either. Not liking these new updates, Zoom!
