SMS tab missing from Zoom phone
I have a user who I have added the SMS feature on their profile. We add the SMS feature by user and I have added their number to an existing campaign. I am able to send the user an SMS message without it being rejected. The tab is still not appearing on Zoom phone. The user has checked for updates and signed in/out of Zoom and still nothing. I added another user recently following the same process and did not experience any issues. Any ideas on where else to check? Does it make a difference if the user has a basic license vs being fully licensed?
