Does Zoom offer a hotline feature for desk phones?  If someone picks up the handset it should automatically dial a preprogrammed number.

Is there any way to link Office365 contact details in mobile with Zoom app in mobile?Seems like zoom only can acess the contact only in the mobile , not Office 365.Cause sometime I need to arrange the meeting via mobile and need the email address details from Office365 app.

why does users phone calls drop after 15 minutes 

The Poly Rove 40 is listed as a Zoom approved device but it is not listed in the Poly model drop down in Phones & Devices.  Do I need a base station to make this work?  How to I provision this device and assign a number?

Hi, I hope you are doing well. 🙂 Are you able to help me understand the pricing plan for the US & Canada Metered plan ($120/year)? I only need to receive calls from the United States, and I live in the United States.So I assume there are no additional fees to receive calls as long as I am in the United States. But how about when I travel outside US? For example, if I am on vacation in Brazil and a client calls me from the US and I answer my Zoom Phone, is there any additional fee?  Thank you in advance for clarifying this. Cheers, Bobby

I recently started taking online classes and in the last few sessions, everyone else can see the hosts screen when he starts sharing except me, all I see is a black screen but I can actually see his mouse cursor moving around the screen but nothing elseI only have access to using one device which is my android phone and I've torn through every setting, tried reinstalling the app but nothing changes, please help me

I am selling a spare Poly CCX500 to a friend who wants to have a zoom phone. When I remove it from my account in the settings I get a message that "plugging it back in will re-add it to your account" Does that mean when my friend goes to set it up he will get the "this phone is already registered to another user, you must send pictures of the phone in your possession to support"? Is there a way to avoid that safety dance? I haven't been overwhelmed thus far by Zoom support customer service" Thank you, Seth

We have a user account setup in our Zoom system that, for a while, had the direct number show as the outbound caller ID. (This being in phone system management - users & rooms - user - profile tab). We changed the outbound caller ID to one of our auto receptionists numbers about 3 days ago. However when the user calls an external user, the old direct phone number still shows. Is there somewhere else we need to make this change? Thanks.

Good day, we are in the process of setting up our voice network but we have decided to go ahead with using zoom as our main form of voice on our network.  I am wondering how should we configure this.. should I have to configure a port on my firewall or should I just create some sort of policy with a vlan to allow voice traffic?  Also, we are not using physical phones since its a bpm.  Thank you.

I accidentally completely deleted a phone number that was linked to a user. I also deleted the user from the system. Can I retrieve the same phone number somehow?

In the December 18 Release notes for Zoom Phone - dot point 4 notes:Zoom Phone for PWAZoom Phone admins can enable Zoom Phone for PWA on their account to allow their PWA users with a Phone license to make calls and send SMS from their Zoom PWA.I am relatively new to Zoom Phone and the Zoom account owner for my business (which I assume allows full administration ability) and cannot find the option for admins to enable Zoom Phone for PWA on their account. Hi all,I'm after software that would ideally do the following: - Phone user picks up a call (probably via a desk phone)- User is also logged in to Zoom on their PC, software launches with details of the incoming call (time and caller ID info) - Receptionist enters a note/message with the option of sending it to the appropriate user via email or software popup etc. Any ideas on how best to implement something like this in a small office?

Currently, there is no option to turn off the ability to receive SMS messages. We would like to be able to send text messages, but not receive them. There is already a simple option to turn off incoming Voice calls but not one for SMS. 

How do I remove the main company phone line?  I just want it to direct dial the number I have...  All of the support walk through tools keep telling me I have to do it during setup... It's already setup...

Hi,I have two Poly Edge models:E100 and B20.I want to configure them to automatically call a specified number when they go off-hook. I successfully set this up on the E100 using the following insert command in the configuration file through the GUI interface on the phone: https://ip address of the phone/call.autoOffHook.1.enabled="1"call.autoOffHook.1.contact="8800"call.autoOffHook.1.protocol="SIP"```When the phone goes off-hook, it automatically calls 8800 on my line 1 registered.I need help to do the same thing on the Poly Edge B20, but I can't find the configuration file on this model even though I have access to the GUI interface.
