I simply do not understand why it is so hard to change the voice message on my zoom phone.  EVERY time I go on vacation, it seems to take forever to find out where you do it, but it never takes.  I have gone into the web portal, typed in text, it plays.  It seems to take the changes, but when I call in, it's the old message.  How long is it supposed to take to update?

Ok I've followed the written directions and just can NOT figure out how to fix this.  Not having live support really makes me considering going to another phone product.  Hoping someone here can help because I just can't make it right no matter how I try.  I've done everything as outlined in the directions and still can't fix it. Upstream CNP declined sharing request for campaign CXIJ5JS. Zoom Workplace has some keyboard shortcuts for phone functions, like handling calls that are incoming or in progress.  The shortcuts for making calls are few and awkward.  I found that on my macOS machine, I could use command-F to search for the name of a contact, but once it was found, the keyboard access to select a phone number and dial it is very, very awkward.  Awkward as in very easy to accidentally choose the wrong number.I wonder whether people in this community have any suggestions for better ways to access phone features via the keyboard.  Maybe there are some other shortcuts I should use.  If not, I think I'll need to send some feature requests to Zoom support.

I've a call flow that has several inbound numbers. I'm looking to treat one of the inbounds slightly differently. In previous systems I've used I've been able to do a conditional check ie 'If dialled number equals x then do this' I thought I could do something with the condition node but don't see an obvious way to do it. I know I can split that one dialled number out and do it's own flow, but would like to avoid that if possible, also need to do it without user interaction so any sort of collect digits type thing is out as well   The other option I though about was populating a temp variable with the dialled number but don't see a way to do that either.   Thanks   Mike

I learned from support that there is no way to change the ringtone for an SMS, only for phone or meetings. Has anyone else found a workaround. According to Chap GPT, there should be a way but was not specific.  Also, looking for the suggestions site to add this to! 

We would like our auto receptionist to play a message and then disconnect the call. We do not want out second auto receptionist to receive voicemail. How can we disable the voice mailbox for an auto receptionist?

Setting up call monitoring, being noted as "assign[ing] up to 100 monitors and 100 phone users being monitored to each call monitoring group" and having a need for a higher limit than what is noted.  Let's see what we can do to help.This is indeed noted in our resource as a current limitation.  However, we have a process for Premier(+) customers to use to submit these types of requests for our team to review for future consideration.

Does anyone know the maximum number of BYOC numbers that can be added to a Zoom Phone Auto Receptionist?

When my iPhone is locked, my Zoom Workplace iOS client appears offline in the Zoom for Lightning Softphone. When I unlock my iPhone, refresh my browser, the softphone then sees my iPhone again.  When I click to call in Salesforce, I'm expecting to start the call on my iPhone, but I cannot because it sees my iPhone client as offline. Troubleshooting Steps Taken:1. Confirmed latest versions installed2. Confirmed user is not in a call queue3. Hi,  Previously, I was using 8x8 as our VoIP provider and used the AudioCodes MP-114 ATA's to connect to our IP based overhead paging system. The ATA is connected to the station port on a UTI(Universal Telephone Interface) and the UTI is connected to the microphone module connected to our paging equipment. We are using Rauland TelecenterU. When I call to the extension that is programmed for port 1 on the ATA, I get a "The user you are trying to reach is unavailable right now", but when I call from the ATA using an analog phone, it works. A Zoom representative told me I don't have to change any of the settings within the web interface of the ATA from the Zoom provided CPM file. Any help is appreciated at this point! Thanks!

I incorporated the system message that says, "If you know your party's extension, dial it now," as part of a custom prompt using a script. However, I was not able to make further adjustments, such as locating and disabling the one that the system comes with, so it ended up playing twice. I think giving the ability to modify this feature would be a great improvement

We started getting this issue today and I cant find any information if this is known by Zoom or if there is a larger issue here. When we take inbound calls to Zoom whether a BYOC across our enterprise SIP trunks from our own SBCs that feed to Zoom or Zoom dedicated DIDs so the routing is cell phone > PSTN > Zoom we are seeing that we get back to back missed calls showing up for a single inbound call to Zoom and then eventually the 3rd call rings through to the client. The other related issue is similar where we get a missed call showing then getting 2 simultaneous calls inbound at the same time for the single call that was sent from the cell phone. Not sure what is going on but we have narrowed the issue down to Zoom via cell phone to a Zoom DID test.

Hi,  I am recently getting unfiltered Zoom phone calls from unknown random numbers. I would expect these calls should be answered by someone before it comes to me. How can the settings be changed so that its answered firstly by 1st line support before coming through to me. Note I still need to receive phone calls from other team members.  

We have had several users comment that when they select simultaneous to ring to all devices it doesn't happen.  It will only ring one device instead of all at the same time.  This has only happened recently.  Is there is fix or is this a broken feature since the last update?

Hi! I am having problems with a provisioning template for my Poly phones. I am trying to use a provisioning template to assign a vlan to the phone, but have the PC Ethernet port assign a different Vlan for the PC I connect to it. Here is the template thus far: vlan device.set="1"device.net.vlanId.set="1"device.net.vlanId="10"device.net.lan.vlanId.set="1"device.net.lan.vlanId="20" In this example, the phone would be assigned VLAN 10, but the port should tag traffic from the PC port to 20. Thanks!  

We have quite a few phones that have a utilitary function, so when people are searching the directory these locations will come up.  Is there a way to prevent a number, especially a common area, from not returning an extension in the directory search?

I successfully registered my 10DLC information but now am forced to have an opt out on outgoing messages.Is there any way to remove this message?  We do not send promotional messages via zoom.

Zoom is not allowing calls to be connected for one of our users. Each time a call tries to go through to her extension, it comes back with a message of a poor connection and the call drops. Funny thing is she can make calls with video and they connect just fine?  

I just went to a meeting where about 6 or 7 people stated they sent me their information for leads. Unfortunately not a single text is vissible. So I entered my phone number into my cell phone and sent a text to myself and it never came through. So I tried sending a text a text from computer via Zoom and I got the message that my phone had not been setup for 10DLC. I am sadly mistaken because I set that all up a long time ago. My account shows my Campaign was added and is active and that 2 of my numbers (out 0f 3) have been verified and enabled. So why can I not send or receive texts to numbers outside of my partners phone (one of the verified enabled numbers) and her to me. I need clients able to do this.Regards - Greg

My campaign is constantly turned down despite being VERY CLEAR that we do not sell or share information. There is no "central number" and each external-facing staff has their own Zoom Phone number. It's like texting your friend. There's no campaigns or any routing messages or notices going on. Even on Calendly, you only get messages if you schedule a meeting and give us the number in the space where it asks you to put your number to get reminders. Even we know that's not the same as giving blanket permissions. More frustrating is that we are being hung to dry because we do collaborate with other professionals on the client

Hi,Whenever I try to submit a new SMS campaign I receive the following error message:Fail to register SMS campaign due to 400 Bad Request: "[{"code":501,"description":"Length must be between 20 and 320","fields":["helpMessage"]}]". Please contact our support team.Any help would be greatly appreciated, 

Enabled Dial by Name, added it as an IVR option, and uploaded a new greeting to reflect the added option. Everything is working as anticipated except that the Dial by Name option auto presents after the greeting.  Is there a way to turn this off to prevent the behavior?Thanks. 

Hello there! I am new to zoom phone and I will be using it to take incoming calls from my clients. I have set it up on my desktop and mobile phone. I did try to test it out with one of my clients but whenever he calls me, the call notification does not pop up on my screen on either desktop or my phone. I will only found out that someone called because it showed up on the history. According to the person who called me, it say's that I am not available. I have ensured that my status is available and ringtone has been set as well. Need your help on this, please!

Hello Zoom Community Members!    I wanted to inform you about the 10DLC enforcement starting July 10, 2024.   All US and Canada toll and virtual service phone numbers used for SMS/MMS within both the Zoom Phone and Zoom Contact Center services must adhere to industry standards and legal requirements by being included in an approved 10DLC campaign to continue sending SMS/MMS. Getting error message 100056000 and 10156000.  It is trying to conenct to the network but unable to connect. Thanks in advance
