Hi. I am currently trialing the Zoom Phone solution.I have many little stores with 3-12 phones. Today, most have some kinds of very old PBX.Our phone vendor setup logic on these PBX's that a user could open a line and dial *72.This *72 dial would prompt the user for a phone number to call forward too. Users could dial *73 to take the call forward off the line. In Zoom, I have set business hours and I setup an external contact to our after-hours service. If a store closes at 5, the system automatically starts sending calls to the after hours service at 5:01. My "users" are not computer people. We use a PC with a green screen emulator to access our AS/400 database. We don't want to rely on training a user to access zoom via a web browser and and setting up call forwarding. We need the ability to call forward manually for a viarity of reasons. Think of a snow storm. If we close early, we would want to forward

Up until a few minutes ago, I was able to paste an email in to Zoom SMS and a drop down with the phone number came up. It is no longer doing that, and I really need it to. Any advice?

I am trying to assign a cost center to a user. I followed the instructions in the article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0059652), but I don't seem to have any cost centers in my workspace. How can I create a cost center?

My client had a very old PBX system when they can dial *72 followed by the number that is being forwarded. How can I set this up when I can enable call forwarding with one phone for all lines. We are using t54w yealink phones and I see it has the call forwarding feature. When enabling it, it only forwards from that phone and not all phones. Do I need to create a shared group line then this will enable all call forwarding out? I read on a forum that when enabling calling forward the yealink is by default set to all lines. We need to allow my client to set it when ready due to the inconsistent business hours. I cant just set a set time for them. Anybody have dealt with this setup before?

I want to change my display name that will appear on receiver's device. For example, If my name is John Doe my designation is HR and when I call, the display name on the receiver's device should be "Company HR". Is it possible and how to do it?Thank you!!

Individual affected has correct licensing (Person A). Was texting the phone number in question (person B) throughout the day, then suddenly messages stopped going through.  When Person A messages other numbers, they work. When other users in our org text Person B, it works. It's only SMS messaging between (to/from) Persons A & B that are not working. This happened suddenly and with no change in the system, licensing, etc.  Person B checked to make sure they didn't block A's number & vice versa - they haven't. Has anyone dealt with this?

Does anyone have onboarding checklist once we install enterprise system ? 

I’m experiencing an issue with the Zoom app on Android where my calls keep switching between the phone's speakers and Bluetooth. This makes it difficult to hear the other person. I have to manually switch to speaker mode, which is quite frustrating, especially when I'm driving and need to use hands-free. Zoom keeps switching the audio source during calls. Is there a way to fix it? 

When we transfer a call within the company, when it goes from an extension (eg. 101 to 102), the recording prompt is played again when the transfer has been completed. Is there a way to stop this prompted to only happen when the call starts and not when it is transferred? We have found that clients do not like this disrupting their conversations when they have been transferred, as they are already aware that the call is being recorded. 

We have multiple holiday patterns, and we can't use the site's default settings, so we set up holiday lists one by one for users and shared line groups.It would be helpful if a template could be created and applied.

My company has now started to use zoom workplace as its main system for receiving outside calls and moving calls around our offices to other staff. One issue we have though is the volume can be troublesome when there is so many steps to simply transferring a call. I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to use the keyboard shortcut for transferring a call in combination with any possible settings to simply defaulting it to just blind transfer it to the designated number when the shortcuts used rather then bringing up the three transfer types.

I want to schedule a call with people from the United Arab Emirates but am unsure what number they will use to dial in. On the Zoom International number page, Zoom International Dial-in Numbers - Zoom, there are no numbers listed, and there is an X in the International Number column.  What number should I use to call Toll-Free to the United Arab Emirates?

I've got automatic recording setup for my call queues and users. However, I need to make sure internal calls between employees aren't recorded.  I know that enabling auto recording on the call queues will cover inbound calls, but I need to make sure outbound ones are auto recorded too. How can I enable this without it triggering for internal calls?

Hello, I need to know does Zoom provide any API to access to Zoom Phone Calls Recording and Minutes of Call? I am developing a system where Client's requirement is, when we open a list of Calls, there should be a Button to play Recording of Phone call and also display the minutes of Recording. My Client is ready to buy the Subscription of Phone call recordings and also if any other paid API is require to achieve this. Please provide you valuable feedback on this.

How do I dial into a zoom meeting from the United Arab Emirates?

I have searched the community and see that the common issue here is business hours (which I have set to 24/7) for the auto receptionist and user and to make sure Greeting Prompt is disabled & Route to User (which I have done). Call handling is set up for Zoom Phone, Mobile, & Desktop for myself. I get the notification on my phone and desktop about the inbound call but it goes to voicemail within 1 ring. I also made sure I do not have any call queues set up.I only have 1 phone number, one user (myself). I can make outbound calls without issue. I was receiving inbound fine when the phone number was set up. The only other community thread I could find on this was someone who said Zoom flushed the user cache and that fixed it for them??I uninstalled and reinstalled the mobile & Desktop apps but the problem remains.

Hi Everyone!Whenever I add an SLG target, the target is added to every Role Member. I then have to go into every member and remove that target. I'm reaching 50 targets and this is very time consuming. Is there a way that the default is zero members and I can add members manually? In most cases I only want 1 or 2 members assigned.Thank you!

Hello! We have Meraki stacks at all of our locations. We also use Zoom phone at those locations. We want to set up VoIP Health and Insights in the Meraki dashboard so we can measure the health of Zoom's VoIP servers. VoIP Health allows us to generate metrics on MOS, Loss, Latency, and Jitter at each one of our stores so we can have more visibility into issues at our locations, if any.  Does anyone know the specific URLs that the Zoom phone system hits for SIP and RTP? Zoom's firewall rules point to *.zoom.us which isn't specific. Thank you!

Для микса использую rode Streamer X,Используя оригинальные кабели от rode для подключенияZoom установлен на планшет galaxy tab7+. И выяснилось что идет только мой голос , а музыка нет. Функция демонстрация экрана мне не подойдёт, т.к. мне нужна мобильностьт во время прямого эфира и я активно передвигаюсь в кадре и нужно регулировать громкость микса с помощью аудиоинтерфейса.При этом бьесплатные приложения WhatsApp, инстаграм и т.д. справляются с этой задачей!Zoom как раз приобретался , что-бы увеличить качество прямого эфира. Может есть какие-то способы это исправить? Так же музыка не идет и с другого аудинтер, другой фирмы. Что делать?

Dear Community: I am writing to express my extreme frustration with the lack of resolution regarding the Poly E-350 desk phone provisioning issue. It has been nearly two weeks since I opened the initial support ticket, and the problem continues to cause significant operational disruptions. The prolonged delay in addressing this critical issue has resulted in not only operational headaches but also a great deal of anxiety. Hi All, I searched the forum and support section but didn't see a post on this particular problem. I have an iPhone and I use Zoom phones desktop and mobile app for work. When I set up the phone system I accidentally synced my call history and contacts from my Zoom Phone with my personal calls and contacts. Is there any way to undo this?  It's not impossible to work with, it's just kind of annoying and redundant. Thanks,Anna

We have a single Admin team call queue that answers our only Auto Receptionist. They each work 2 or 3 days per week and enable/disable answering queue calls among themselves. Sometimes only 1 team member is on the queue, sometimes 2. If they are only logged in on their iPhone app the app doesn't always ring on their device. AR Greeting > Call Queue (sequential)  4 rings > CQ Voice mail. I now tell them to log in to both their laptop Zoom app AND their phones. This doesn't happen when they're logged in on their laptops as well.
