Zoom, mostly the issue is answering from the mobile app. It may not answer an incoming call or send an outgoing call. This is also an issue from desk phones too. Common issue are as follows: Delays when connecting inbound and outbound callsIncorrect caller ID displays when multiple calls come in , and multiple team members answerInconsistent tracking of who actually answers the call (e.g., if I answer, it sometimes shows a different team member)Voicemails being left indicate a verbal time 12:47 a.m. and the call log indicates 2:47 a.m. (Reporting appears to be in a different Time Zone than what Site is set too.MultiSite application with site to site calling. We have rebooted Carrier Router, Switches and made some adjust to DNS alias. Dear Zoom Support Team,I am encountering an issue with my Zoom OAuth integration. I am using an admin-managed account, but I cannot find the required scope for calendar access. When I switch to a user-managed account, I receive the following error:{    code: 4711,    message: invalid access token, does not contain scopes: user read user admin, user read user}If I do not specify any scope, the token API (https://zoom.us/oauth/token) provides me with a token. However, when I use this token to call the calendar API, it gives me the following error:Access Token Missing Required Scope: calendar read list calendar listPlease provide support to resolve this issue. 

When calls are made through the Zoom Phone/Hubspot integration and if their number is not associated with a contact, the call will not show in the Hubspot call log (activities).This behaves differently from Hubspots own phone system (where they show up as 'unknown') and would skew any inbound call volume statistic reports in hubspot. 

I have been working through the process and documentation to upgrade our Zoom for Salesforce plugin to the newer Zoom for Lightning plugin. Hi everyone, Is SMS to short codes not supported by Zoom Phone? We have rolled Zoom Phone for about 5 months now and I've observed that our users can receive SMS from short codes just fine but they can not reply. If anyone attempts to reply or send a new SMS to short code they get an error. 10DLC works just fine both in and out for SMS and our users love it but for some reason we can not SEND SMS to short codes; just receive? For example, Samsung 74863 or any other 5-digit long legit U.S. short code. ThanksBoyan 

Hi folks, I use the Zoom phone SMS text feature, and recently it has been adding "For help, reply HELP. To opt out, reply STOP." to texts after I send them - even when I'm responding to someone who texted me first. Can we turn this feature off? Thank you!

Has anyone had any luck figuring out how to automatically download Zoom Phone call recordings? A lot of companies that work with sensitive data have to keep local recordings and Zoom has failed to implement an SFTP automation. I know Zoom has an API, but I'm not a developer.

Good day,I've been able to find through zoom support channels that a user can have up to 3 devices but i have not been able to find any info on how this effects licences. What i need to know is, Am i able to have 3 devices (Physical Phones and 3 seperate locations with the same extension on each of the under 1 license? Regards,Donn

The audio works perfectly fine during Zoom Meetings (both headphones and speakers), but it does not work at all during Zoom Phone calls. We have a dedicated after hours phone number with 3 people accepting calls from that number.  What do I need to set that up in Zoom?  We previously had it set up in Vonage but now we've transitioned to Zoom Phone and I can't figure that feature out.  I've assigned a number to our After Hours "user" and assigned a phone license to it.  Now I need to figure out how to route any calls from that number to the 3 people who are monitoring it.  Did I even have to create a user for this task?  I can't find a how-to anywhere for this.  Thank you.

Guys i am having issues purchasing on zoom workplus pro, all my informations are correct

We have a team in the Philippines and Australia, but the team in the Philippines is unable to send text messages from their Australian phone numbers. Why is this? How do we fix this? They're able to receive calls on the Aussie number but can't send text messages. 

Is there a way to turn the auto-recording off for only one or two members of the team? Or is it an on for one, on for all situation? Thank you 

When on a conference call the other parties are able to hear me from the first word to the last, but once it shifts to them to talk, there is a significant delay before I can hear what they are saying... so much so that I have to ask them to repeat themselves, which if we are talking and they aren't quit for too long, we are fine.  But once I have talked for a bit, I hear a beep, then when I ask them to respond, it takes a bit of time for Zoom to recognize that they are speaking.  They get the green boarder and the mouth is moving, but the audio is delayed, and I pick them up halfway thru a sentence.  How do I fix?  Also, when there have been three parties, the other two don't have the delay on their side, it's only on my side. 

Hello everyone,I'm having trouble setting up my phone number in the Zoom Phone system. When someone calls the number, they hear the message: "Please press 0 to speak to the operator." However, when "0" is pressed, the caller hears: "There’s nobody at that extension."I’ve tried configuring this in my Zoom account settings but haven’t been able to figure out where or how to fix this. I’m looking for help with the following:How to correctly set up the "Press 0 for operator" functionality so it routes to the correct person or extension.Where in the Zoom admin settings I can configure this behavior.Any specific settings I need to review or adjust to make this work as intended.I would appreciate detailed guidance or any steps I can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.Thank you in advance for your help!

I am working on configuring the Salesforce and Zoom For Lightning App(App exchange package) and cant seem to get it to work. Dialing in works fine when i call the zoom number. However, when a user logs into Zoom and tries dialing out theyll get stuck at the "dialing screen" where the number pops up and it says "calling" but doesnt ring. Does anybody have any help/tips to reccomend trying? 

Have Zoom Phone for about 162 users.  Our users use a combination of Zoom app and Polycom VVX310 desk phones.  Most use both (have a desk phone and use the app when remote). Our front desk uses a Polycom desk phone but mostly uses the Zoom app with the PowerPak add on.   I am getting more and more reports of when a call is transferred one person cannot hear the other.  It can vary on if its one of my users who cannot hear, or the remote side, but once that party calls back, the second call - audio is fine. This is happening on WARM transfers. Microphone and audio settings are not in play here as its random and occurs with the app and desk phones both, but again completely random. I am not sure even where to start with this troubleshooting.  Logs show everything is good.   Call logs do not show any errors of course as the calls are completed

Is it possible to put a custom background on a desktop phone using the web portal?

In our system we've got a lot of overflow call queues setup, and they currently show up in the phone directory on the Zoom app and on desk phones.  Is there a way to hide these from the directory so they don't show up when people are searching? Primarily it's needed for call queues but it would also be useful to be cable to exclude auto receptionists too.  We use Yealink T44W desk phones if that is useful information for this.  Thanks!

Hi, my Salesforce org has conversation insight licenses, but zoom phone isn't supported out of the box.  There is however documentation for connecting with Zoom Phone via the API.  Has anyone done this?  I can't find any specifics on how to integration Zoom Phone with Salesforce Conversation Insights, just API documentation.  

HiWe face a one-way audio issue with Yealink T-31P IP Phones and Ribbon SBC 1000. The same phone works perfectly with the Ribbon SBC Swe Edge. What I suspect is the Opus codec priority since there is no option of adding the OPUS code in SBC 1000 but is available in SBC SWE Edge. The strange thing is that this issue is never seen in inbound calls from PSTN to Zoom, but it happens every time a Zoom user calls a PSTN number. We don't face any such issue when the Zoom app (Windows, Mobile) is used for inbound and outbound calls. We have tried to make changes to the provisioning template for IP phones, but it doesn't affect anything and nothing changes. Has anyone faced any such issue? We are migrating off of a Cisco CUCM phone system going to Zoom Phone. Currently users on Cisco phones are able to dial "0" to get to the front desk operator. Is this possible with Zoom? I see that extensions have to be from 3 to 6 digits in length. Thank you!

I am using zoom phone call and assigned us/ca metered plan I bought the number but the and follow all the step.  when I can call out to anywhere I need. However, I get the following message when trying to make outgoing calls on my zoom phone: "Sorry, we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling to this destination"
