Hello,  I cannot join any Zoom meetings. The app always shows “Unable to join this meeting – This meeting ID is not valid.”  I have tried:  – Restarting my computer  – Reinstalling Zoom  – Changing Wi-Fi networks and using mobile hotspot  – Using different devices   However, the issue persists. Zoom video flips vertically when I use Insta 360 link camera. All other apps work well. 

Is there any way possible to disable the flashing green rectangle that indicates the active speaker? I have a visual impairment that makes it hard to focus my eyes on flashing lights. I have tried gallery and speaker view, pinning the speaker, etc., but I can't find anyway around minimizing flashing light on the screen. I've been opening four browser windows to arrange over the edges of a pinned person's video to cover the flashing rectangle, but it is very hard to stay engaged on calls when I can't see everyone, and I have to continuously cover the zoom window with the four browser windows each time I need to mute/unmute or click something else on the zoom window.  I know accessibility for all disabilities is not always possible, but this should be a simple setting to turn off. I bought my original Bud Pro 3 from Bestbuy website. I paired it with my Samsung Galaxy 24+ (software updated to current version, I have automatic update turned on). The bud is good except that when I use it for Zoom meeting (on my phone), the mic doesn't work. Meaning, no one could hear what I say. When I change to my old JBL headset, everything works fine - both mic and speaker are functioning. I can participate in the zoom meeting as usual. Moreover, I've been using Zoom on my phone for many years without any problems (using other headsets) I've tested the Bud Pro 3 mic with the voice recorder that comes with the phone. It works fine too so there is no hardware issues with the bud. I also have no problems using it in normal phone call (voice network) and whatsapp call (mobile data) Last but not least, I've reset the ear bud several times and the issue remains.  

Has anyone else had this issue or know of a workaround? Developers?

Hi! Can anyone help me by guiding me on how to scan QR codes for onsite live event zoom meeting as a moderator with no zoom account. For example I have a licence in zoom and create a live event, but the people moderating the event don’t have the license and they are going to do the scanning of the attendees onsite. How do I tell them what to do? If they don’t have an account how can they access the scan section? thanks 

I frequently get meeting sign-up spam for both GoToWebinar and Zoom. The spam comes in saying that I've signed up for a meeting I've never heard of and have never signed up for. GoToWebinar has a link in their messages that says "Report Spam" which allows me to tell them the message is spam that I never signed up for. There is no such option in a Zoom message. It strikes me that Zoom should have a similar message in order to, if nothing else, track how the service is being (mis)used. My only choice is to either simply delete the message or cancel my registration for the meeting if I care to click through that link and suffer through another Zoom message saying the registration has been canceled. Please add a Report Spam option to your registration notices so, if nothing else, you can get an idea how your system is being misused. Thank you. 

During a meeting , is there a way for the assistant to recognize and distinguish between the voices of participants who are in the same place and using the same computer? In other words, can it distinguish between the voices of participants?

I can't get the audio to connect to my earbuds using Zoom, all other apps the sound comes out of the earbuds.  In Zoom mobile there seems to be no way to select the output device (that I can find) like there is on the desktop app. I always have to use the phone's speaker, how can I select the bluetooth ear buds?  In the upper left corner I see the little speaker icon, but I can only select mute or speaker.  I've seen screen shots of a bluetooth icon there, but I don't get that choice on my phone. What am I missing??Iphone's bluetooth settings show that my earbuds are connected, and as I mentioned they work using Music app for example. 

I know how to set up interpretation and people can select it through the app, but if someone dials in how do they access it? 

The meeting link is not active in my email.  I have checked with others who received the link and it is active for them.  Help please.

Hi!  I recorded a Zoom meeting to my computer the day that the iCloud recording weren't working due to the AWS outage.  I did not receive an mp4 recording.  I received the audio and a .conf file.  How do I get the video?  Thanks so much!

I am using screenshare with "as-background" - so basically sharing a screen and putting myself from my webcam feed in front of it. I have recorder over a hundred videos with this without issues. Now since 3 days suddenly my webcam feed always gets lost during conversion and I am left with only the shared screen and the voice. I have not changed any settings. "Record video during screen sharing" is obviously enabled in the settings. Newest version of zoom. This is super frustrating. Sometimes it still works fine but only 1 out of 5 times.

I am using an M4 macbook pro running Tahoe (also happens on previous versions). I am in a meeting that primarily has a speaker at a podium (where the mic is), but we also have instruments. Everything sound fine at the podium, but when music is happening, even though the microphone picks it up perfectly (microphone is directly recorded, and recorded on the mac itself to verify), zoom intermittently (more often than not) suppresses the music as well.  This goes against what the settings suggest, which is that audio suppression should be 100% disabled. I have tried every option.  Windows zoom has more options and can completely disable the noise suppression, but the mac version doesn't seem to have this option. This is a huge problem, please make the app do what it says it does and is supposed to do when using this mode. We are wanting to move to GPO to manage the update/config of Zoom Meeting going forward and right now we use SCCM and Patch My PC. After loading the latest ADMX files and configuring the GPO everything seems to work as expected except that when the auto update fires it prompts for admin rights which our users do not have. Cancelling the update allows you to access the client and the rest of the changes work as expected. Our clients are Windows 10 and 11 and the Zoom build is 3.6.5X. Our goal is to have the clients auto-update without the need for admin rights. Do we need to use a different build, do we have some sort of registry problem/conflict, is this a bug, or did I miss something entirely?

I'm having trouble getting data via webhook. I'm trying to get a meeting recording from the cloud. The problem is that I'm not receiving data for the recording.completed event. The chatbot prompts me to select a permission in the app: meeting.recording.completed Where can I find this permission?

So super weird issue that only has zoom as the common thread. Issue: After being in a Zoom meeting for 20-30 minutes, the user's keyboard stops working. This is while in the zoom call and after leaving it. This is an ongoing issue and the user has updated zoom 3 times since the issue occurred and it's still present. User is completely up to date with all OS, app, and driver updates. What I've tried:• Restarting the computer• Updating Windows 10• Upgrading to Windows 11• Updating all available drivers• Updating Zoom• Uninstalling/Reinstalling Zoom• Removing and re-adding keyboard drivers• Complete wipe of Windows and all personal information• Assigning a brand new laptop• Using an external keyboard Whenever it does go away, regardless of what I do, it comes back once the user joins a Zoom meeting. No idea where to go next.

Hello allWe are running a series of meetings that are being recorded TO THE CLOUD. We want these recordings to have the speaker and their slides/share screen but also have the Auslan interpreters visible at all times. To do this, we 1. Spotlighted the speaker & Auslan interpreter2. Hit record to the cloud (so it uploads to Vimeo automatically The recording has the Auslan interpreter viewable at all times EXCEPT when we screen share. During these times there is only the speaker in a small corner box. Ideally there are TWO "speakers" viewable, the actual speaker making noise, and the interpreter who is not. Again, both are spotlighted. I'm not sure if it's a simple solution of changing my "speaker view when sharing" to have more than one person viewable, or if we need to record to the computer to allow more recording options. I've been using Zoom consistently a few days per week for classes for the past 3 years. I used an iPhone 15 pro Max that's up to date but then switched to an android Z Fold 7 a month ago. The screen is completely rearranged with only a mic button in the center of the screen. No chat. No other buttons at all. I've done every check I can think if but I can not use any functions for classes bc there is nothing on the screen as far as controls. I switched back to the 15 pro Max to see if it was the phone, and yes, the iPhones Zoom screen is normal looking but every time I press the chat button on it, it completely cuts off the zoom and recycles logging back in. Everytime I press chat. So I'm hindered from using it also. This is super weird. I truly want someone to explain how to fix this issue. With both phones but particularly with the Z Fold 7 bc that's my main phone used for classes. Everything for zoom works fine on my MacB

Anyone  know how can I turn off this popup. It shows in the foreground and could not find a  way to make it go away. I used zoom for 4 years, it just started showing up and did not make any changes on my Mac.  Many thanks.
