Can anyone advise why we might not have received an email with the recording information for a meeting we held last week?  I've looked in "Recordings", I've looked on my computer and don't see a recording. BUT, I also didn't get a notification with a passcode.  The person who set the meeting up wasn't the one who pressed record. So that seemed odd. I sure hope we just didn't actually record it! Thanks!

Is there a way to disable videos for participants before a meeting starts? I as the host, will not attend these meetings and I don't want to give participants the ability to turn on their video. I am looking to do this before a meeting starts instead of during. I also do not want to delegate a participant as a host to make changes. Is this even possible?

"record" button is not available on any of my zoom meetings, also, when i go into the record tab into the settings web page for zoom, it does not show any options to enable or disable local of cloud recordings. 

In our custom application, we call the Zoom Meeting API to add each registration for a meeting and webinar on a rolling basis as we receive registrations for our events.Is there a limit on how many API calls can be processed at one time for creating these registrations for a user?Is there an associated 429 error limit when creating registrations for a user's Zoom account within a 24-hour period?Any insights or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. When I am in somebody else's meeting (I am not the host), there is an individual whose video window I do not wish to see (in Gallery or any other views).  She is constantly gesturing in appropriate ways whenever she doesn't like what someone (including me) in the meeting says.  Since it isn't my meeting, I can't turn off her video.  I just don't want to see her on my system.  I guess I'm looking for sort of a reverse pin.  Is there any way to do this, short of me confronting her about her behavior and how it shows in her video window?

Hi, I bought an S9 Ultra tablet from Samsung, and it seems i cant use the normal screen sharing from desktop client while having a meeting with workers. That normal share iPhone/iPad works only with iOS devices. Since i have android device and all my devices such a phone, watch are android based, i bought an android tablet, which seemed right to do of-course.But as i said, it seems there is no option to mirror android screen like iOS using wireless connection through wifi. To fix the problem, what i did is, i logged in with the same account to the zoom app inside the new tablet, opened the meeting that is already running in my zoom desktop client. It was terrible, to say the least! Since its not mirroring, all i see is this big green rectangle that seems to not turn off while sharing the screen of the tablet as shown inside the zoom meeting of the zoom desktop client.I don't

There is an existing issue with audio in teams/zoom calls, no audio heard on far end, issue exists with all the version at 6.0.0 or higher,If it is rolled back to 5.17.9, the issue resolves, but we were unable to resolve some of the rooms back to 5.17.9Any thoughts??

Hello community,i reinstalled my Lenovo B50-70 with Windows 10. I installed the latest Zoom Version 6.0.11. But the Video is off. There is no picture, only a black screen but the white led close to the camera is on. When i open the camera app in Windows, there is a picture. I checked:- the Lenovo Vantage issue with the camera private mode - all looks good- the Windows 10 permission for the camera - it is turned on for other apps.  Zoom is listed with the latest access- camera driver update - Windows updates Can anybody help?

When I have a meeting participant pinned and someone does a share screen, the share screen comes up large and makes the Pin video small.  In the upper right corner I can click View and select "Swap video and shared screen" and now the Pin video is large again and the share screen video becomes small and goes into the strip of videos above the Pin.  How do I set this as a default?  How do I make it so every time someone does a share screen, my Pinned video remains large?

Attempted to install zoom (by simply clicking on a zoom meeting link), it's stuck at 95%. I have the extension for adding Zoom meeting links to my outlook calendar (browser-based, not app), I'm logged into Zoom everywhere, latest updates done. But I'm still stuck in a bizarre login window loop when trying to add a zoom link to my calendar events. It will pop up with a login window, close when I enter the info, and ask to pop up ANOTHER login window. Over and over. I'm using Safari, could I need to use another browser for this? TIA.

I learned that my institution has ended the Zoom subscription, like today. However we are not informed and I need to reach previously recorded meetings and at least download them. How can I do that?

Hello!I have a been a zoom user for many years but am having a few issues that I have never run into before:1.  When I select "share", to show a presentation, I can no longer see the participants and the menu bar that normally pops up at the top of the screen is not appearing (see below).2.  Also, if I try to share a pdf document, zoom automatically mutes me when I am sharing another document. I recently purchased a new HP laptop and learned that it is operating in "S" mode.  Is this the reason why I am experiencing these issues?  Any feedback anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!AJ

Can anyone help me recover my lost recording? During the Zoom call it was automatically recorded and I hit stop at the end. Now there is nothing under my recordings. My software is updated on my laptop as well as the Zoom workplace app. Any suggestions? Definitely not worth $160 if I can’t recover my recording. Please help!!! 

I have noticed that the quality of a recorded session is much worse than in the live session. I have sent the link to the recording several times now and I get a lot of feedback that the quality is not good. Is there any way to improve the quality, perhaps via an upgrade or something similar? I own Zoom Pro. Many thanks for your help

Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to adopt my own meeting ID for a Zoom meeting. I know that my personal room will always be the same but I accidentally put the wrong Zoom ID on a flyer and I wanted to see if I can change the meeting settings to reflect the Zoom ID on the flyer.

Hello! There's such an issue. If I work from an app, those participants who work from the browser don't see my breakout rooms invitation. Is it possible and how to fix this issue?

Hi All,Kindly request your help on a matter. We had recently hosted a Zoom meeting which was scheduled for a duration of 1 hour.- We had opened the meeting from the Host account.- Few minutes into the meeting, we had transferred the host rights to a non-licensed user and the original host had left the meeting Now as far as I've read about it, transferring the host of a meeting from a LICENSED user to a NON-LICENSED USER will not have any impact on the meeting as the original host is LICENSED and there is not 40 min max duration cap being imposed. Now, after we transferred the host to the non-licensed user and left the meeting, at precisely the 1 hour mark the meeting got ended. Would anyone kindly let me know why the meeting got ended at the 1 hour mark with no manual intervention?Ideally the meeting should have kept going till further action or is there a lim

I have been waiting around one hour for the host to start meeting. no answer

When I call the 888... support number I am asked for my host and meeting IDs. When I give it , I am told by the system that it is not recognized. I have a valid password and id so I know why my information is not recognized. Anyone out there have a suggestion.

I'm trying to set a zoom contact as Alternative Host.  After adding the person to my (zoom) contacts and they accept, why cant I add them as an Alternative Host when scheduling a meeting?  This person is not on my zoom account but has a free zoom account.
