Hi all,I have a licensed account and have always been able to create, launch, etc. polls within meetings / virtual training however I've gone in today to set up for training this coming week and there is no ability to do this. Have searched through the support info and it keeps referring to the tab for the poll but it's not there...anywhere. Screen grab is attached as reference.Please can someone provide some guideance here? I'm not sure of next steps but I need this for Tuesday (Australian time).Thanks so much.Rachel

When I use my credentials on the zoom website everything is fine. If I use the same credentials on zoom client (6.0.11 35001) installed on my mac, I get a login page on zoom workplace zoomgov.com and a login error (incorrect email or password). Could someone please help me with this?

Hello All, When I start the Live stream a window pops up: "This meeting is being livestreamed". Is there an option with the Android SDK to disable this popup window or handle it with some event? (Like Host Ask Unmute popup) Thanks,Istvan

I run a non-profit organization that provides internet connections for children's homes in Kenya, allowing them to receive free weekly yoga classes via Zoom, conducted by a team of volunteers. Currently, we use donated iPad devices, which, while small, have been quite impactful. I am now exploring long-term solutions to improve this setup. Here are some options I've considered:Google Chromecast: The issue here is the lack of a native app.Android TV Box: Similar issue with no native app.Raspberry Pi: Concerns about the quality and increasing costs.Cheaper Tablet: Plugging it into a larger screen could work, but the camera quality is poor, so we would need to purchase an additional webcam. Also worried how long will zoom work on a cheap tablet for?Logitech Rally Bar: Excellent quality but far too expensive.

 I would like to create a recording where only I can be seen and not my participants. To do this, I clicked on fix my video. But unfortunately I see all participants in the gallery on the recording. I have uninstall Zoom from my PC. I had a free version first and then a paid account. Even even when I quit zoom and signed into the paid account, the free account came up, instead of the paid account. So I uninstalled Zoom. Now I can't figure out how to reinstall it without opening a new account. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I am using the Zoom web client and when I go to my video settings, I don't have a virtual background option. All I have are the masked backgrounds and an option to mirror my video. According to this link and this link the system requirement for virtual backgrounds is 4 real cores or 2 cores with 4 threads. My processor (i5-1135G7) has 4 cores and 8 threads. I have tried in Chrome and tried on the PWA. I have tried signing out and back in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It. Is.

Hi!First time posting -I have forever always sent the Zoom invite I created via Outlook.  I just went to send an invite and clicked on ALWAYS send the invite via the NEW Outlook.  I do not want to do this, it was clicked in error.  How do I undo this?Thank you!

I keep getting an error message when trying to host a meeting or join a meeting that I need to update my Zoom account. I have a paid Pro account and it is suddenly giving me problems. I do not know how to "update" the Zoom app. It keeps telling me to contact my "Admin" ... but I have no Admin but myself. I cannot reach any kind of help via an agent and am ready to can cel my account. Help!

I have been successfully sharing my iphone6 screen for years. I just got an iphone 13 and now, when I'm on Zoom on my PC (Thinkpad), and I click share (sharing is enabled), there is no iphone/ipad option. The only option is the laptop. I tried rebooting the laptop. Any ideas?

I had recently a downgrade in may account. Is it possible to review my last records ?

Even after unticking, we come back the next day and it is ticked again. I have tried recreating the person room code etc, however periodically it just enables the waiting room again without notice. Can anyone advise? Thanks

Hi.Does someone know isn't Facebook allowing us to connect a Zoom meeting to a Facebook group?You see, usually we were able to simply create and star a meeting and Zoom had the option to connect that meeting with the group, but now it only allows us to do it in a Facebook page for example. Does anyone know the reason of this and if there is a way to actually connect the Zoom meeting with a specific Facebook group?

Hi,I usually have the waiting room enabled and then disable it after class starts so I don't have to monitor and let people in while I'm talking or while a student is talking. For my last two calls, that option is grayed out. How do I disable waiting room? The articles the chat bot gave me didn't reference this. Thanks

Hello! I recently managed a hybrid meeting on Zoom that was interpreted and locally recorded. Throughout the session, I switched between language channels to check for technical errors and assess the interpreters' performance. I just exported the recording but there's only one video file which switches between the language channels as I did, with no pure English, Spanish, and Main Audio files. As a record of the meeting, I need a pure Main Audio recording. I know that this is provided when recording on the cloud. How can I access this from a local recording? Any help is welcome!

70th class reunion. Held at 9 different locations with 1 to 10 people at each location. Up to 10 computers at each location some may have 2. Does it make any sense to try and do this?If so, what suggestions do you have? Costs, it will take more than the free option. Suggestions here.

Hi, I have just bought a new laptop (chromebook). Video has always worked fine on my hp laptop and my phone. However, using the chromebook the video brightness adjusts to being a white screen. I have searched the internet for a solution. One solution was to switch of auto adjust via the Zoom settings. When I have looked at the zoom video settings I the only two settings I have is to mirror screen and to change which camera I use, I have no other video settings either on the app or via desktop.

Hi team,  I have employees under me who are now taking my zoom sessions with my clients. I have paid the extra to add another user, added them in all settings as user/cohost using their account email both on the app and the site, but they still have zero access to anything I have organised. I really need my set meeting links to be accessible by them, at their end, so I don't have to attend the zooms with all the controls etc.

I have deleted all my cloud recordings from my Zoom recording area.  When I look at it now, it says there are 15 results.  I have also received messages and emails in the past when I only had a couple recordings there that I was exceeding my storage limit.  What are these other results referring to?
