During a PowerPoint presentation it was previously possible to make the speaker window hidden. After a Zoom update this is impossible. The speaker window does not allow the presentation to go full screen. Neither the speaker nor the presentation can be seen WELL. That's no good!

Hello Zoom Community!I host a number of Zoom calls and I'm always a few minutes early in advance of these calls. While waiting for my attendees, I'm usually using other apps and/or browsers on my computer that are on top of the Zoom app, which means that I need to keep switching back to the Zoom app to see if an attendee has entered the waiting room, which can become tedious. It would be great if there was an audio notification that regardless of the app you're using, would alert you that someone's entered the waiting room to get on the Zoom call. If this audio notification is available, please let me know where to find it. If this notification isn't available, it should be.

If a moderator is sharing a window during a zoom meeting the Option "Reactions" is not available for him in the menu bar. It appears again, if the moderator unshares the window again. For participants of the meeting this option is always available.  Is there a possibility to make this Option available for the moderator while he is sharing a screen? 

Does anyone know if there is a way to configure my Zoom account so my clients can automatically choose to record THEIR Zoom sessions with me to THEIR Zoom account cloud or on their computer hard drive---not mine acct? I no longer wish to record my sessions on my Zoom account and be responsible for sending their recording link---ever---and want clients to have immediate permission to click record and have the recording land in their zoom account or hard drive by default. Thank you!

We have a situation in a zoom meeting: the speaker's audio failed but he's not aware of it, continuing his presentation. We cannot hear him and he cannot hear us. Does zoom have a feature that the host can inform the speaker by sending a pop-out window on the shared screen so the speaker can see it?

the problem happens again after the new feature updated. Every time I try to type something from my wireless keyboard, the signal loses so I can't type. Please do something about it soon. I teach on iPad so I need to use both writing and typing. 

When sharing my screen to show some Powerpoint slides the viewers naturally see the slide and me in a small window. My problem is that I want to show a few slides, then revert to them seeing just me speaking and then repeat the process but if I pause the share the last slide stays up and I remain small. The only way I seem able to get myself back as the focus is to stop the presentation but then when I want to show more slides later it is a problem as i need to go through the whole share process again and as a result the presentation is not smooth and professional. Is there a way to minimize the slide window and maximize my live feed and then when I again show a few more slides to minimize myself and show the presentation. Hope that is understandable

I'm using the free version of Zoom, and when I joined the meeting, I asked the host to record it, got permission, and recorded the meeting for 50 minutes. I ended the meeting, but the recording file was not converted to an mp4 file, and there were no files in the recording folder I changed. There are no files in the Zoom folder under the Documents folder either.Last time, I recorded a meeting for 40 minutes and 27 seconds and the recording file was saved normally, but I don't know why it wasn't saved this time. How do I recover recorded files?

Hello, I accidently cut-off / deleted the first part of the recorded meeting (it should be the other way round). Can I somewhere find the deleted part? It is NOT in the Trash bin of the recordings.

Hello. I had a 3h30 meeting and recorded on the cloud. I wanted to delete the last part, but unfortunately I deleted the wrong part of it. Do you know if it is possible to recover the original (complete) recording, again, please?

My HyperX Cloud Flight headset no long plays audio in Zoom.  It used to work fine, but now no audio plays when the headset is selected as the speaker.  It was working during a meeting when my cat walked across my keyboard and audio stopped.  Desktop speaker works for Zoom, but not the headset.  Headset works without issue with other programs such as Discord. 

I was conducting a cloud recording as a Zoom co-host. Due to a connection issue, I got disconnected from Zoom, and when I rejoined, I lost my co-host privileges. Nevertheless, the recording indicator was still on, and since there was no cloud icon, it seems that it was recording locally. I immediately requested and regained the co-host privileges, and the cloud icon appeared again. The recording from the period when I did not have co-host privileges is not visible on my computer or Zoom account. How can I access it?

I am on Mac Mini 2023 with two monitors. On occasion, the video panel with the participants just disappears when I screen share, which is very frustrating. I have "use dual monitors" selected. This happens randomly without obvious reason. For example, today I was in a Zoom session, and everything worked fine - could see the video panel while screensharing. I disconnected and reconnected to the same Zoom session, but when I screen shared, the video panel disappeared. Clicking on "show video panel" button did not do anything. I tried stopping and restarting screen share several times but did not fix it. I tried searching around different desktops but could not find the video panel. The only way I fixed this was to quit and restart Zoom and rejoin the meeting - fortunately this worked. Any ideas how to fix this?

We switched the owner for our zoom account.I was the owner with my email and the license showed up with my email/profile.The person was coming on board as owner had added himself and he was a basic member.I went in and switched him to the owner and the licensed user.It still shows me as an admin for some reason with type: basic.Tonight a meeting I created that was a recurring event, gave a 40 min warning.We have a paid account. How can i fix the meetings to not give the 40 minute warning now? I dont want to have to recreate them because it will change the zoom id. 

I recently got a new iPad Air 13-inch (M2) with iOS version 17.5.1. Ever since getting it, I have not been able to share my screen with participants successfully. Whenever I try to show what I am doing on my browser, they can only see the Home Screen on my iPad and sometimes a page from the website that I am not currently on. If I am sharing a page from the Kindle app, they may see a previous page that I visited but am not currently on. I tried deleting zoom and redownloading to make sure I have the current update, but it hasn’t gotten better. There’s no issue with anyone sharing their screen with me, and I have been able to share the whiteboard with participants. If someone could lead me in the right direction that would be great. I use zoom for teaching. TIA!

I reinstalled the Zoom app on my iPhone 15 max pro again today.  I still get put into the waiting room when I first join the zoom.  The host cannot see me there.  I can hear the podcast but can't see it.  I follow the dial in number and meeting id to join the call;  I don't have a login link.  I can join the call including video when I view it on my computer.  How can i be added to the full podcast and not the waiting room on the phone app?

I want to purchase a new iPad to use primarily for my frequent Zoom meetings. If I am hosting a Zoom meeting and have shared my screen, can I give Remote Control access for the screen? The Zoom help seemed to make it sound that you cannot ask for or accept remote control if you JOIN a meeting with an iPad, but what if you HOST from an iPad? Can anyone confirm that I can indeed use an iPad to host, screen share and assign remote control? Thanks!

This morning for the first time my students cannot use their passcode that they normally use to join my sessions.  They do not even show up in the participant screen at all.  On their end it shows that I am already in a meeting.  I have more kids soon...anyone have some ideas?  Thanks!

We have a regular passcode our students have been using to join meetings. Starting last week, which seemed to coincide this latest Zoom update, our students are struggling with the passcode.They are entering it correctly, but it is not allowing SOME of them into the meeting. They are using the correct case. A few of them WERE able to get it after trying the passcode multiple times, while others missed the meeting entirely because it would not work for them. Any clues about what could be going on here, and how to alleviate this? It's a quite problematic to have students unable to join a regular call. 

On my old laptop (hp, Windows 10), I used to be able to use the filter & avatar option with a pro account. I ended my subscription for about a year and then re-signed up for it recently. Now I'm running it on my Ryzen 5, and I do not have the filter & avatar effects anymore.Customer support keeps saying that it's because of my region (Texas) but the thing is, my husband's account on his computer had it (same region, same internet provider). My work account also has it (same region). It's only my new computer that doesn't have it. It doesn't make sense. 

Does a business account with 2 users allow both users to access, start, and record all meetings? My biz partner and I are booking through a calendar software that will generate the Zoom meeting but we aren't necessarily on all of the calls together so we would both need to access all meetings and sometimes the other partner will be in a different meeting at the same time. Is this possible sharing an account?

I'm trying to assign an alternative host to my personal meeting room. When I try to do so, I get the error message "Unable to assign "***********" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time".  Any idea why? Thanks in advance.

 Issue: When the user attempts to a Zoom Meeting to her Google Calendar invite she gets the follow error: Failed to create conference. However, when she attempts to create meeting invite on her executives Google Calendar, she is able to without error.  OS: Windows 7Steps taken:Removed Zoom Calendar and Contact Integration,Removed Google Workspace from Zoom Marketplace for user,Signed user out of Zoom for G-SuiteRemoved Zoom Third Party permissions from Google Account. We then went through the process of integrating Zoom and Google Workspace.Issue still remains. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a resolution?

Hi - I want to complain about my Zoom experience last week, July 2. I scheduled a meeting but I was having problems getting on my laptop and I have been locked out of my work iPhone. So I logged into my Zoom account via my personal Samsung phone. The problem is that Zoom wanted to send a confirmation email to Lotus Notes which I could not access as I am locked out of my iPhone and I could not get onto my laptop. So I missed an international Zoom meeting scheduled by me as Zoom is not flexible enough to send a confirmation text message to my Samsung phone allowing me access to my Zoom account! This ridgidness by Zoom is enfuriating. I consulted your support personnel and they were unable to grasp what I was trying to do. One help desk person wanted to connect me to Apple but before doing that I had to pay a fee!! This is not what I requested. I requested to access my Zoom account via my Samsung which should've sufficed and/or a text message should've been sent to my Samsung phone gua
