Can anyone please assist with how I can view the answers to the custom question I have required in the registration for my Zoom meetings? Thank you

When trying to update zoom I attempted to uninstall, that shows the location doesnt have the files it needs, I tried downloading and installing a new version that failed for same reason the tool keeps looking for the installation location which doesn't exist. I tried the cleanzoomtool also same results, maybe I should remove via registry?

This has happened the last two meetings I have recorded. It records the shared screen as normal, but then about halfway through the meeting, I stop screen sharing and continue the meeting live with my clients. However, the recording continues to show the screen share, frozen at the moment I stop the share, for the rest of the recordings. This is highly strange and interfering with my ability to work properly and share content with my clients. Any ideas why this is happening? Thanks,Joey

I have a Pro Account, through my company, but when I log in, it shows Basic, and I am limited to 40-minute meetings, and the number of participants I can invite. I was able to use my Pro access, until about a week ago, but no matter what I do, I can't revert back to Pro from Basic. I tried contacting Zoom Support, but that was no help.

I am running Ubuntu 22.04 with version 6.1.0 (198).   I can no longer resize or move one of the windows, and the minimize and maximize buttons do not respond.  This window is the issue.    My other window, which has the Timer, View, and other buttons, works fine:  Please advise   

Hi!  I recorded a meeting a year ago and saved it locally on my computer.  However, my computer broke down and I'm not able to turn it on to retrieve my files.  Is there any way I could retrieve my recording from another computer? It was very special to me and I hope I didn't lose it! Please help me get it back!!

I am hoping for assistance. When I schedule an event on my google calendar, the "add video conferencing" option is available. However, when I try to create appointment slots, the option is not there. I tried several browsers, even uninstalling and reinstalling zoom. Has anyone had this problem? 

Hi,  I have bought licenses and added team members as admins with their own email addresses, when they log in to Zoom using those email addresses they are not able to start meetings that are scheduled while being signed into my email in my Zoom Account.  Can someone help me? 

When someone signs up for a Zom meeting through the signup form, they do not get a confirmation.After signing up there is a "send again" link, and that doesn't work either. I have checked spam folders, tried other mail servers etc.I do get the confirmation for the host within seconds and the test confirmation mail and they look fine.What is happening here?

Hi,Thanks in advance for Help.I want to share my cloud zoom recording on multiple emails through zoom cloud recording sharing option.But when i paste multiple emails with comma and space separating multiple emails it does not work Instead we have to copy and paste each single email one by one then it allows me to add multiple emails.Is there anyway so i can simply copy paste lot of email address in zoom cloud recording sharing option once? 

We are having an issue with some of our meetings, participants are being asked to register even though they have an approved registration and link.  Its not everyone, just some people and not every meeting.

I've been teaching voice over Zoom. I use an iMac, sometimes with the internal microphone sometimes with my Yeti stereo microphone. My students can hear me up and down the scale when I demonstrate and sing above C5. I cannot hear them generally above C5 and the sound cuts out. They have done all the suggested remedies for music on Zoom and mic adjustments on their side. Does anyone have any suggestions?

When I'm doing a Zoom call with someone else and I'm using my Blue Yeti microphone the other person can hear me, but I cannot hear them. What do I do to fix it?Thanks!

Good day All, Zoom Freezing -  I, like almost everyone, have been using Zoom without any problems since COVID began.  I normally use my laptop as Screen 1 - with screens 2 and 3 to the left and right.   Since last Friday, whenever I open or join a meeting, Zoom will open on my laptop, and any attempt to modify the size of the Zoom app window It freezes.  The same thing happens when I attempt to drag the zoom window to any of my other monitors.  This happens no matter if I select full screen, minimize or set it to take up just 1/2 of my monitor.  AND, If I go into a room with others and attempt to modify my screen size, the same thing happens, except that we all freeze and get stretched slightly vertically oblong.  Can someone please help, 🆘, without zoom, I cannot work.   Steps I've Taken So F

Not only that but they are not auto-recording - I have all the settings correct too - and the support here is trash - only BOTS. Zero support - anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, everyoneI'm used to recording classes on zoom cloud. Recently, I can't have access to my recording files, the platform starts to load and never stops. I paid for extra space on zoom cloud, and now I can't use it. I hate that there isn't a human support on chat to answer that, and the option at the bot are awful. Zoom platform should improve and having a human support like it was years ago. 

Hello, I have an issue about surveys redirect after a meeting.I have enable everywhere in my account a global survey which should fire next to a meeting. When I schedule the meeting from the Zoom account, they are redirected after the meeting, however when I schedule from my Google Agenda (Google Workspace) users aren't redirected after a meeting. I use the PMI if that can help. Anyone can help me to understand why?

I logged into a court hearing via zoom and the court officials never allowed me into the meeting, and are now saying that i missed the court date. Is there any way to prove that i was in the meeting, such as a log showing who was in the session or trying to get into the session? When i logged in, i ketlpt getting the message "invalid meeting ID. Please check and try again"

my zoom is sharing the computer audio automatically ,, even when i am not sharing the audio in the meeting,, can anyone help with the fix

We have a reoccurring meeting every other Wednesday and the title is the same - 'Bite Sized learning Session' but then each will have an individual title and an individual branding image but this doesn't seem to be possible without changing them all to have the exact same image and title, does anyone know a way around it?  Thanks,

Hi, I was signed in to my Zoom Pro account while recording a meeting to my laptop yesterday. The meeting recording prompt was visible throughout the session, so I am confident that the meeting was recorded. However, I am unable to locate the recording. Could anyone please assist me in finding it? Thanks

I want to live stream to my FB group. I have set it all up according to the new way since april 22nd, but when going live via "Custom streaming" and on FB via Streaming software, it doesnt remember the streaming code and URL's. It should be a one-time setup, but at always asks for the detalis again...what Im I missing? Thanks🙏

I use Zoom on my Chromebook on a pretty regular basis.  About 10 days ago, I logged in to find it had automatically updated to "Zoom Workplace" and suddenly I'm getting inundated with "low bandwidth" messages and very choppy audio quality when the other people are speaking. Is there a way around this that does not involve me getting a new computer?  This is already my second Chromebook, and upgrading Zoom was the reason I had to stop using the first one.

At random times, when I turn on my screen, three rows of icons appear in an overlay on the screen. How can I stop this from happening? It is usually not the first time I turn on video, but if I stop the video and come back the icons are there?

Instead, it goes to a past "My Meetings" meeting.  Can you reassign the link that was shared to the correct future date and time (tomorrow at 7pm)? Thanks.
