Audio Issues with Multiple Users

Hi, I am the host of 14 guests at our monthly Zoom meetings.  When all of us use video we start to have connectivity issues and the audio becomes distorted.  If we turn our videos off, the audio works perfectly. 

Can someone explain what the issue may be?
