Is there any way where we can share a window (in samsung Dex mode) while another app is also open so that the Powerpoint (in slideshow) can be seen while the other app is open for monitoring of messages (like messenger or whatsapp)?

I used to be a Zoom Pro User but I have changed to be a Basic User as I'm not using Zoom as much as I used to. I have some recordings on the Cloud and I would like to delete them but I can't get access to the page of Recordings. It says "You have not enabled the Cloud Recorder. (200)".  I tried terminating my account also but I wasn't able to do it. Can someone help here? Thanks!

Hey everyone,I am trying to find find a recording in the Cloud I did during a meeting.As I was invited to the meeting, I jonied via the link provided and so I didn't log into my account. I pressed record on my end after asking permission and it said it would be saved to the cloud. I have tried to find the recording but cant find it on my page at the Web. I have a for free user subscription and have looked everywhere and read the help articles but they haven't helped. Does anyone know how I might find the recording?Thank you in advance.

I scheduled a LinkedIn Live event and followed these and these (part 1, part 2) instructions to a T.  An hour before my scheduled Live, I logged in and did a preview test - audio and video all came through perfectly! When it was time to go Live, I hit "Go Live" in LinkedIn and followed the instructions on Zoom's side. Cannot access my paiid zoom account due to a free account blocking access

I recently installed the Zoom Mobile app on a new Samsung Tablet S7 FE running Android 13. It opens fine, though when I select Start a Meeting the app just hangs and a popup appears that says "Zoom is not responding" with the options to "Close app", "Wait", or "Send feedback." Selecting wait only gives the same popup eventually. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, permissions for the mic and camera are turned on, and I've cleared the cache and data.  Any suggestions?

Hi I did a zoom meting on June 25th. It had simultaneos interpretation.We didn´t record the language interpretation properly, and now he had only the original meeting audio. The record was local, and the option of recording in the cloud was disabled because we dind´t have enough space to recod there. I have to acceed to the original meeting and try to record it again, with the translation.Anyone knows if Zoom has a server were they save the meetings, and if you didn´t record one, you can watch it again, and record it if it where neccesary? Thanks  

Hi!  I created a zoom meeting but no requests notifications were sent out.  What could be going wrong?

When scheduling an event through the Zoom Desktop Application, selecting the Export option to any option will change the meeting to be set on the primary calendar, and you cannot change it back to the original calendar you had originally selected. You have to delete the entire event and recreate it. If you create the event in the Zoom Desktop Application and save it in the alternate calendar without selecting the Export option, you can then open the saved email and select the export option after it's been saved, and the event stays in the proper calendar. This is a new bug that has just started happening with the most recent update to the Zoom Desktop Client. I regularly join an interest group where the moderator shares a screen that shows a guest's artwork. The system worked just fine on my older iMac today.  But on my new M2 2024 mac mini using a n ew Apple display monitor, I can only see the guest's face, and not the slideshow (which is operated by the moderator). What could be wrong?  What could be different between the two computers, both running the same zoom presentation on the same day? PS:  I only turned on the 2nd computer to see if they both had the same problem, but no, they don't. Thanks.

Recurring meetings created in Acuity/Squarespace don't show up in "Upcoming Meetings". They are listed on my Google Calendar, so not sure why they are not showing up like other meetings do. Suggestions welcome!

Hello to all, when we use the interpretation option, the sound of the original voice (not translated) is very low. Is there a way to have it at normal level ?So far, the only solution is to mute and unmute the translator when is talking and not talking. In so doing, the original sound stay loud. But it is not user friendly. Anyone has a better idea ?Thank you very much

Hello - I am a yoga studio owner and I am using the zoom app built into the Amazon Omni Fire Tv to run zoom classes with virtual teachers. 1ST - I have an innex panoramic camera and also installed a sound bar compatible with the Omni Fire TV.  We are muted in the yoga room during class, but there is an echo with the teachers voices.  I have instructed the teachers to use airpods.  The problem is not volume, but quality of sound.  Instructions are running together to the point they are unintelligible.  2ND - The zoom app will not allow me to send the sound to my overhead speakers.  I can send sound to overhead speakers with other apps like youtube.  I love this platform, but the audio quality is bad.  PLEASE HELP!  .

I'm using Zoom 6.1.0.198, installed from the .deb package and it keeps crashing on Ubuntu 24.04. Nothing works, I open the app and whichever place I click the application just crashes. Every time I need to open the Zoom app, after several minutes my display starts to blur which causes my entire laptop to blur even after closing the app, I usually have to restart my computer for this to stop, but it happens every time that someone shares their screen on Zoom. It has never happened with another program. I don't know if this is a problem caused by my device or by Zoom's software, and if so, how can I fix it? 

I've been using Zoom for a long time on a Samsung galaxy Tab S6 model SM-T860 . and just within the past day Zoom workplace app will not launch.  It never said Workplace before? It leaves me stuck on the screen that says Zoom will start or click the button.  nothing happens when I click the button.  I have uninstalled, cleared data & cache on this tablet twice. any suggestions please? thank you.  Is there possibly a link to an older version that I can install 

It seems like there's a bot named Arthur joining Zoom meetings I'm invited to. The host can remove the bot from the meeting, but I'm puzzled about how or why it's joining. I've changed my password just in case my account has been compromised. Has anyone else experienced this?

When I make a Google Slides presentation in Zoom, I like to have the notes in one macOS Space and the presentation in full Screen in another Space.  However, what I found was guests are not able to see the presentation until I switch to that space.  This presents a problem because I am not able to move my presentation notes to the presentation space without reducing the size of the presentation.  Is there a way to make this work?

Windows 10 PC - Lenovo 20W1S0VM00Windows 10 Version: 22H2Zoom Version: 6.0.4 (38135) I've been seeing an issue with Zoom meetings when launched it shows 1/4 of the image and then white the rest of where the participants should be. This is specific to Zoom, not any other meeting application. Steps taken: 1) Removed Zoom2) Ran CleanZoom software3) Reinstalled MSI from Zoom download Center4) Changed scaling from 150 % to 100 % within Windows - this seems to fix for most people but this is a bandaid not a fix.  Has anyone seen this with a permanent fix? 

Recently I have found that the video preview panel disappears when I start screen sharing and Optimise for Video clip and select an Entire Screen. I use a low-res display of 960x720 for dual-screen PowerPoint presentations. I have to choose Show Video Panel from the … menu. There have never been any performance issues when sharing. This is very inconvenient, as I have to repeat this manually whenever stopping and re-starting screen sharing. It didn't used to do this.
