I have a Pro account and scheduled a weekly meeting. Today was the first meeting. I sent the link that has the passcode embedded, but people were sent to the waiting room. Afterwards, I edited all meetings to check if I might have changed it, but it was still showing, as you can see in the image I sent. But then, I went to Zoom.us and as you can see, the Security Setting is grayed out and has overridden the meeting setting and required it be secured, and defaulted to the waiting room. Why won't it let me change this? It's my personal Pro account. Thanks!   

How do you make the participants to be admitted automatically in the meeting without letting the host to admit each participant at their entering?

The recent update to the Timer app added a series of orchestral/band sounds to indicate that the timer has run out. Now that selectable sounds are a feature within the app, I'd like to ask for at least a few sounds that are more simple/less "busy": I use the app for online group meditations and the default BEEP is decent but not ideal, and the selectable sounds which have just been added are not at all a value-add. Please consider adding at least one of the following:A single chime or singing bowlA soft gongSome other direct, simple, softer sound that isn't the default beeping

if Im on a zoom call on my phone and answer an incoming phone call while putting zoom on hold, is there a possible way that Im heard by the other zoom participants while talking to the incoming caller?

I was co-host and recorded a session to the cloud. My host has checked their recording list and can’t find the record there. Can someone direct to where we are to find the video? I know it was recording because my job is to check that, and I was watching that it was still going throughout the record. I also distinctly remember when I stopped it. There should be a 2-ish hour long video, but the only one the host sees is a short 47-sec video that she turned on at the beginning before switching to me co-hosting and hitting record. And no, it was not recorded locally. Again, I know this because I recorded the first session locally but the second to the cloud because of an unstable connection.

Hello, I tried many times to join a meeting today for an interview. However, each link that the interviewer sent me was invalid. They said that all of the links are working perfectly on their end and tested it.  I'm sad that I wasn't able to do the interview. I tested my audio and video and everything's working great. Can someone help? Thank you

So, we have quite a few PC's that have auto updated to 6.1.1 of Workspace and when they try and run Zoom it wont load.We have to remove 6.1.1 and re-install 6.0.0Anyone else had this issue ?Doesnt affect everyone 

Recently we have noticed an increasing number of user who are seeing that their Google Calendar integration to Zoom is broken. When scheduling a new meeting from a Google calendar using the workspace add on, users are seeing that the Topic says "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)" this meeting then appears in the previous meetings on their Zoom web portal as being in 1980. There are also a lot of live and past meeting in the dashboard which are listed as "Google Calendar Meeting (not synced)".Is anyone aware of anything with Google changing the integration again?Individually, users can sign out of the workspace add on and back in which seems to fix this on a per user basis.

The format of timer app seems to change. I used to have buttons for pausing, resetting etc. Also there was history of time used before and some options (1 min. 3 min. 5 min.). Now display is a digital timer (00:00:00) and a START bar.  Also noticed the number 1 next to apps icon (showing number of apps loaded) no longer there. Fred

Hallo,ich habe folgendes Problem.Wir haben In der Firma oft Meetings über Zoom mit Externen.Wir lassen unsere Kameras  über das Black Magic Atem Mini extreme ISO laufen. Hierüber blenden wir durch einen Laptop PowerPoint Folien ein. Hier liegt mein Problem. Auf meinem Display sind sie scharf und in Zoom sind sie total unscharf sodass Kunden und Geschäftspartner sie kaum lesen können. Ich finde auch keine Einstellung dazu. Kann mir hier jemand weiterhelfen? LG

Has anybody been able to disable auto-record?It is disabled in my settings but Zoom starts recording automatically anyway.

I need to turn off auto recording, but there is no toggle for it, per the instructions to fix it.The chatbot is useless and keeps sending completely unrelated articles.I apparently need to pay to speak to a human.The support article is just plain wrong.Please help! This is driving me crazy.

Hi there. after new update I can't find and create meeting using my personal link, it's only visible in browser. Where is it located in workspace? All meetings I may start using personal ID only and to use personal link I have to copy-paste if from web browser.

クラウドレコーディングした時、カメラオフの参加者が記録されていませんでした。カメラオフでも名前だけのまま録画したいのですが。方法を教えていただけますでしょうか。

I have a paid service and I play a video with audio which I want to share screen with other participants. I have done this for over a year or more without any issues. Last evening and today I found the video played fine on the shared screen computer but on participants computers the video played fine but the audio kept dropping out numerious times whilst the video played. It was so bad that I had to disbandon the meeting. I tried it again today with other videos I have played in the past without a hitch but I have the same problem now happening on these payed videos. Has zoom changed something that is impacting on our playing videos. We have a weekly zoom meeting and I am rather bothered about this. Can you give me some support please

We are hosting a meeting for our board where we need to allow them to 1) vote via the poll function ajnd 2) unmute themselves (after we do) to ask a question.  But we don't want to see all the video off boxes in the Gallery OR Speaker view.  I have attended other board meetings when this has happened but can't seem to enable it in Meeting mode.  I know Focus disabled video to each participant but the black boxes are still visiblewith participant names.  Any ideas?

Hey, I mostly use the Q8 for music captures but sometimes I use it for addtitional security for the house when I am at work or something. Today I recorded it for 4 hours while I was out and it shows this full 4 hours on the camera's file display. But when I load it up on the computer, it only shows about 56 minutes. Furthermore, I changed the name of the file to make it easier to find on the laptop and now it only shows the 56 minute version on the computer and not at all on the Q8. In fact, files on there with any other name other than the 'Zoom insert number' they were given automatically are not coming up on the Q8 either (only on the computer).  Additionally, different issue but at some point OBS (which I use for streaming with the Q8) stopped detecting the video and only displays the audio now. Anyone help with any of these issues? Thanks.

What are the instructions if you’re using an iPhone? The zoom recording was done using my phone and the file is on my phone. My laptop crashed so I can’t use that method. 

I am trying to determine the length of a previous meeting and am unable to find that information.  Does anyone know how to look that up?

I need to get access to my Zoom meeting logs to see when I had attended meetings this past week.  Unfortunately, I'm not a paid member so I don't have direct access to my logs.  Is there any other way around this? Can I get my logs without a paid subscription? 

how many people can open their cameras in 1000 people meeting session ? Can all of them open their cameras or is there a limit ?

I know I can download the individual responses to a poll I conducted on Zoom Meetings, however is there a way to view the combined responses? When you launch the poll during the meeting you're able to see the results nicely displayed and share those with participants. I was hoping I could view them in this format after the meeting but have not found a way to do that. Would appreciate any suggestions. 

When the meeting was set up in zoom we chose to record to the cloud. When we went to retrieve the recording, there was only 5seconds of video. Not sure what happened but it appears to have happened again today with another meeting. Any way to retrieve the recording? Any ideas why the recording was incomplete? We are not near our storage limit.

It seems  Zoom allows one (1) camera per user/profile.  If one would like to use multiple wired cameras (2 or more) on one Zoom host computer will the Zoom  system allow it. What I'm asking running a Blended meeting  without using multiple computers or cell phones signed in as users/profiles so they can be used as cameras?   Currently I run a Blended Zoom meeting with multiple views but with no zooming capabilities.The audio is no problem, I use multiple microphones and speakers though a sound board.
