Joining without admitting

How do you make the participants to be admitted automatically in the meeting without letting the host to admit each participant at their entering?

@Khaled112236 - If you turn off 'Waiting Room' in the Settings -> Meeting -> Security section of your settings, users will bypass having to go to the waiting room and will join your meeting directly.

It's already disabled. However, I was asked to admit each participant when I joined!

Hey, @Khaled112236.

The recommendation from @colegs to change Settings will help future scheduled meetings, but not meetings already scheduled, nor meetings held in your PMI.

For meetings already scheduled, you need to edit the individual meetings and change their setup to include disabling Waiting Room and if necessary, adding/enabling Passcode.

For your PMI, on the Web Portal (zoom.us) go to Personal -> Meetings and click the Personal Room tab. Scroll down to click the Edit button, then make sure Passcode is enabled and then disable Waiting Room.

Normally I don’t recommend this for the PMI, especially if you give the Join link out to lots of people, put it on a web site, or use it for scheduled meetings. Consider using Generated Meeting IDs for all scheduled meetings.
