After I signed in my Zoom account via Apple ID which already subscript Annual Plan of Zoom Workplace Pro, but it is not working at all. 

It doesn't matter whether I'm sent a link to attend a meeting or launching from my own account.In Chrome I get a popup that asked permission to open the link, however the link only says "Open URL: zoommtg.In Firefox, I get a popup "Allow this site to open Zoommeeting link with zoommtg. When I click Open link, I get another popup telling me that the file doesn't have an app associate with it. Screenshots attached.I used to be able to click the link and launch Zoom.Now I have to launch my desktop Zoom app,  go back to the invite, look up the meeting ID, go back to the app, enter the ID and password. HUGE waste of time. What has changed and what do I need to change back to be able to launch and attend Zoom meetings with relative ease?

I have auto-save enabled in my meeting settings and the windows folder of <documents>/zoom/<meeting folder> pops up when the meeting is over. I would like to disable this popping up of the folder. Can someone help?   Thanks

When I try to make notes in my Outlook Calendar Notes section, Zoom defaults to an invitation that doesn't save my notes.  A while ago I was able to make and save notes, but I think a Zoom update about 3-5 months ago disabled my ability to save notes in my Outlook Calendar.  Anyone have fixes for this?

Hi I am planning a Zoom meeting with some participants being from outside the USA -- primarily Europe.   Will these participants be able to join the meeting using the same invitation browser link?   Thank you 

We are pulling meeting analytics, specifically an attendee report for a session. We download the report that contains the "unique" attendees. That count is 201. This includes everyone. When we actually dig deeper into the report, the actual amount of unique attendees are 189.  To confirm the data, I downloaded the raw total users files and on my own in excel deleted duplicates. My own manual version count came out to 189 as well.  Why is the report reporting 201 and where are those additional attendees? We rely heavily on this data and now im not sure how long it's been inaccurate. Anyone have an idea whats going on? 

On my Zoom client for Windows, When I go to launch a new meeting, the option to launch with PMI is greyed out and unclickable. I have already been to Profile->Settings->"Use this ID for Personal Meetings". But this does not change anything. am I missing something about how to turn this on?

HI during my meetings lately my audio will disconnect on its own and when i go to select the microphone and speakers to be used, my zoom app will crash and freeze and i will have to join the meeting again eventually.please help meI have deleted and re - installed zoom many times but it continues 

Hello All, When I click on "meetings" to see all future meetings scheduled, I unfortunately have by default a "Start time" and "end time" which does not allow me to view all future events in a single page. This seems to be locked for 1 month and pretty painful if I need to view all events scheduled for the year. How do I remove these default dates so that I can view all meetings scheduled without specifying a timeframe? We have several accounts and only one seems to be locked like that. On the other ones, there is no specified time frame on the box, simply "Start time" and "end time" and i can see all future events. Thanks a lot for your help.

Starting Tuesday last week, some meeting attendees, after they click on the meeting URL, they are notified that they need to register with Zoom and login.This never happened before and, as far as I understand, should never happen.I opened a case request with Zoom Support, but I'm not having any response from the support team.Has anyone encountered this problem? Why is this happening?

I don't know what you want anymore. I have been repeatedly deactivated from my account, even though I purchased zoom through an authorized reseller in Vietnam, with clear invoices, but recently my account has been continuously deactivated. The dealer announced that zoom's AI system scanned for no reason. This has a very serious impact on my partner. Zoom has been used by many people in Vietnam since the covid epidemic. But until now, I see that errors are constantly occurring. I have contacted to find a new supplier but have not received a response.&nbsp

Hi I am a recruiter and I use zoom for my video interviews I currently don’t use a waiting room and anyone with the link can access the meeting. However the meeting participants report has been really useful to me recently and the report is better if I invite everyone by email instead of sharing the link but it’s important I do not share contact details of candidates and clients for GDPR and other reasons too. I am the host but I don’t want to take part in the interviews they are between candidates and employers. Is there a way I can invite the individuals to the meeting by adding their email to the invite without letting the other participants know each others email address?

How to set a default virtual background?

Hi all,Today when I started a fitness class and joined computer audio the music became distorted. I had the singer's voice but none of the actual music. If I left computer audio it was fine. I checked starting a different class, I tried all of the optional settings in the audio options, I checked my computer settings. I also updated devices, Zoom, my computer, I uninstalled Zoom twice, and rebooted my computer a couple of times. I used different speakers and different audio cables. I don't know what else to do. I'm not certain when this happened because I was out all last week. I need the hive mind to work for me, please!

Hello MY windows 10 Home had v5.16 (or close to it --- you can view my one and only other post on this). I have avoided updating ZOOM because the last time it caused a great deal of problems. So, today I was going to use it for a work meeting and it forced me to update to the latest (6.16 I believe). Aft4er the download it fails to launch. I launce zoom through a chrome browser. I have a shortcut with the correct link (have been using it for a year+). After this update I can't get it to launch. There is no ZOOM windows opening. Nothing at all happens. It isn't a firewall or antivirus issue because I've been using the same thing for 3+ years with no issue. I have tried uninstalling (and using the cleaner app) and reinstalling previous version, which worked the last time this happened. Is there any ideas, help, suggestions, magic, wishing upon the stars, to get this program to open as it should? Please? Thank you

My account is Professional and yet my meetings are being limited to 40 minutes.I need this adjusted, please!

Pink dots appear on the screen when the other person enters my meeting. I tried to rebut the laptop, uninstall zoom, run a virus scan. The camera works perfectly with Facebook. It used to work fine with zoom up to recently. Laptop is Asus Windows 8.1 . Has anyone ever experienced this? 

I keep having to go into my settings and turn off live streaming for each meeting, but each meeting still streams live. I don't want live streaming. Why won't the setting save (though it initially appears to, but then does not)? How do I just permanently disable this feature?

My use of Zoom is as a group meeting with occasional individual meetings with attendees. The number of attendees is less than 10. The meetings are set up as recurring meetings. I do not need to use the break out rooms at each meeting, or with each person. Can the breakout rooms be used one at a time? I have set up break out rooms for each person for all meetings, but don't know if I can meet individually, one at a time. Is this possible? Thanks.

I am trying to remote in to my office and I am unable to answer incoming calls with the zoom assistant. I have tried several ways of adding it and the only way it lets me answer is by minimizing my work session and going to my home computer currently.
