Hi. The automated captions/live transcription does not work on my work Zoom account. The 'closed captions' function works fine but the live transcription  doesn't show despite having turned it on in account settings. I thought perhaps it was user error/I was enabling the function incorrectly so tried it on my free Zoom personal account and it works fine on that. Whatever I do though, I cant get it to work on my work account. I am on the latest version of Zoom so I don't think its that. Any ideas?

Why is it that when I enter an attendees email into a meeting that they don't actually receive an email?   I've tried scheduling a meeting as a test with myself as with other people and they never actually receive an invite.   Is this a Zoom problem or is their a setting that I've got wrong that's preventing the email invite from being sent?  I'm using Zoom One Pro if that helps.

I use an expensive tablet which is Sumsung tab s8 ultra whith all updates. (Android 14, ui 6.) Zoom is not starting. When I put a button lunch Zoom nothing happens.

Hello, During the meeting, the host just assigned me to be the host when she had to be away shortly and also asked me to record the meeting. I chose to recoding the meeting on cloud. However,  after the meeting end, I have just realized that I haven't signed in using my zoom account. Is there any solution where to find the recording of this meeting at all?? Thank you

HiI have installed Zoom Workplace 6.1.1. My previous Zoom had camera and audio icons in the bottom of the window, enabling me to turn them on and off during a meeting. My new version does not have a camera icon at all, and the audio icon is only a link to settings. Can I install camera ind audio on/off icons?John

My corporate email address is associated with my Zoom account. However, meeting acceptance notifications are being sent to my Gmail account. How do I change that?

If Zoom is the base profile and Teams is also available, is it possible for there to be a functionality issue with Teams that does not show up in Zoom as well? Example - if the mics in a Teams meeting are not picking up signal, is there any reason they would work in Zoom instead, or is the functionality of Teams dependent on Zoom's ability to do all of its functions properly? Trying to figure out if I need to keep testing Teams meetings as well when I'm testing a room, or if I can just test Zoom, and if there was any issue, it would show up in Zoom. Thanks in advance,Matt

Hello, I use Momence as a way to share online classes. Recordings of classes are supposed to be emailed automatically. It has stopped working and Momence says everything is fine on their end and it must be an issue with zoom. Can't talk to support and have found no helpful links.

I am the owner and only IT Admin but the option to change disclaimer suddenly excludes me--greyed out, saying only IT Admin can access

My Alternative Host feature just randomly stopped working.  Licensed users at my job, who I was able to add as alternative hosts before, are no longer recognized.  When I attempt to save them, Zoom say that they "could not be found".  Is anyone else having this problem? 

It would be great if we were able to set ourselves away in a meeting. Either if we join a bit earlier and have some other things to do or step out for a second so everyone knows you had to step away.Ideally, it would show a banner on your profile photo that says "away" or a message of your choice so the team knows you had to step away for a second.Can we implement this?

Trying to find an auto answer Zoom solution for Alzheimer patients, would like an appliance or device that would be passive to the end, user. We have multiple Amazon show 15s, we use with the drop-in feature , due to lack of Zoom app for this device, Show is limited to one person and connection is always an issue since you have to rely on contacts that may not work . there’s no way to dial a device directly.

I have an important zoom recording that I recorded to my mac. It didn't convert properly, and I tried to convert it with any app that would open... I forgot it was a video (I meant to just record audio), and opened it in the music app to see if that would work. Of course it didn't, and now it say it's a "music document" and opens the music app every time I click on it, but nothing plays.I tried going online to converitio, but got an error that the input file couldn't be recognized.Did I just completely blow any chance of listening/viewing it? Is there any way of converting it? The extension still says .zoom

I will be running a zoom meeting with five attendees including myself. What happens if multiple attendees start speaking over each other? How can I control that? Will they hear me if I try to intervene if multiple attendees are already talking so simultaneously?

This is just a request for Zoom to move the Move 'play sounds when someone joins or leaves' from the 'participants' section and 'participants can chat with' from the 'chat' section to the 'host tools' section on the host end of things. It is super annoying I have to first open the 'participants' and 'chat' sections respectively to then do that. There's no logical reason for that either. They're both tools the host need, so they should be under host tool.

I have multiple problems with screen sharing on Zoom which started yesterday.  1. When I try to share a window, it shows Zoom call participants and Zoom buttons as black boxes for the other person in the call. Moreover, if I temporarily open another window that I'm not sharing (e.g. to check my notes), my entire screen will turn black on the screen share.  2. I run writing workshops via Zoom, which participants book and pay for through Eventbrite. In the past I had no trouble with participants accessing the Zoom meeting through the link they were sent once they had purchased their tickets on Eventbrite. A couple of weeks ago, I paused my Zoom subscription for a few weeks, and since I have started it up again, participants cannot access the Zoom meetings with the links that they receive in Eventbrite. It asks them for a password. The only way they can access a meeting is if I send them the meeting info link from within an already active meeting. As you can imagine, this causes complete chaos for me, with multiple emails to and fro whilst I am trying to host the space. Any ideas would be SO welcome! 

I started a recording last evening and forgot to stop it. Logging out, then logging in, the Cloud recording page states Processing Recording... When I click on the name the following appears:Recording is in progressThe recording files will be shown here once the recording is done and ready to review. How do I stop it?

how can Add registration option to a recurrent meeting link?

My institution downgraded my account to Basic. I previously scheduled multiple 1-3 hour meetings with many attendees and sent out a Zoom link for the meetings. They are still listed in my account with the correct time length (I cannot schedule any additional future meetings that are longer than 40 minutes). Will the existing meeting links for these future meetings work for the correct length, or time out at 40 minutes?  If the answer is that they will time out at 40 minutes, can I make a user with a Pro account a co-host once the meeting begins, and circumvent this time limit? 

I'm trying to figure out if I can host an hour-long appointment with one other person, and according to the plan sales page online, I should be able to because when you hover over Meeting Duration on the plan page, the pop-up window says, "The maximum duration allowed per group meeting (3 or more participants)." But in my personal experience, and that of other users, all meetings cut off at forty minutes, even if I'm in there alone. Up to two people should be able to stay in there well past an hour. Zoom is misrepresenting its services. Companies have been sued for such false advertising. I'd upload a picture for proof, but the forum doesn't allow me, but all anyone has to do is go to the Plans & Pricing page and over over Meeting Duration info icon to see what I'm talking about. https://zoom.us/pricing So, either change the product page to reflect what the service actually

I have regular zooms with friends as well as using zoom for large meetings. This means I have a number of "anytime" meetings, which normally appear on my zoom window. They used to appear in a list on the left hand side of the window, then the anytime meetings were moved to a dropdown at the bottom of the window - and now they've vanished entirely. i had to log onto the website to find my meetings, which are all still there. As I deal with a lot of elderly people who are alarmed by AI I disabled the AI companion, which has just returned and switched itself on. What's going on? How do I restore my links to regular meetings on my zoom window to avoid having to log onto the website every time i have a meeting?

Staring Saturday October 1st, my account Home page changed to Zoom offers, options and offerings instead of my Meeting start page. I couldn't find how to start my personal meeting on time. What happened?
