Hello!  When I record my Zoom meetings, the only person I see on camera is the active speaker.  I would like to see both people in the room whether they are talking or not.  I am in Gallery View when I start the recording.  Any tips on what I may be doing wrong? Thanks!

Why is Zoom breaking all the rules of usability and continually changing the navigation on the Zoom app? First of all they stopped me from adding a recurring meeting with no fixed time on the app. I have to log into the website to do this.  Now in July 24 they removed my list of Recurring meetings from the Meetings tap! Why?I found it randomly in the calendar (with a very small drop down under my calendar entry. Why would I look for my meetings links in the calendar??? OMG Zoom has really gone rubbish on the usability. Please sort this out and do some user testing on any navigation changes and stop behaving like a pack of teenagers with a software platform.

I'm having an issue with Zoom which I have integrated into my CRM. I'm able to have meetings booked successfully but it's not generating meeting links anywhere so neither I nor the client is actually able to hop on the call - we only see that a call is booked in our calendars. The CRM I'm using is called Clixlo - it's identical to Go High Level. Any ideas? Thank you

Hi, I have a problem with the live Zoom stream on Youtube. Although we have 'Pro' subscription.I can't start a live stream, even though I set it up in my Zoom account. There is no live stream icon in Zoom during the conversation. Thanks in advance for your help🙂Gabriel

Yesterday, when I was in my account settings, on Zoom.us, reviewing my AI Companion settings, there was an "Upcoming update" banner stating:  "Beginning on July 25, 2024, Zoom will automatically enable AI Companion features for your account.  To keep the current feature settings, you can select "Do not auto-enable" prior to July 21, 2024."    I have shared this with colleagues, and it does not appear on their account.   How can we find it or where can they select "Do not auto-enable"? 

Since zoom offered to sell me a scheduler, which I have not taken up, my current scheduler which has aways worked fine on Outlook keeps reminding me that meetings that have already taken place are overdue.  This has been going on for a the last week and I have had to resort to deleting the meetings once they have taken place.  I dismiss the reminder and it comes back again. help!

Our internet source is Comcast CableWe us a Apple laptop to record and stream regular worship service where there is only on speaker at a time.  The stream freezes, skips, stops, and sometimes totally drops during recording.  We also implement Zoom during Sunday School, Bible Study and meetings where both the facilitator and students speak.  Does anyone know of a reason this may be happening?  I am suggesting moving from cable internet source to fiber optics; however, I believe there may be zoom settings that may help short term.  Are there any other suggestions for zoom settings.  There is usually 25 to 35 Sunday School students.

Hello ZOOMERS,We are having this issue and no idea how to go about it. Few colleagues have complained that when they add participants of a meeting to a break out room, the participants cannot hear each other but when they are back in the main room, then they do hear each other... I have never encountered this type of issue before... any help will be appreciated.Steps I have adviced colleagues so far: 1. s to tell participants to make sure they are using the latest version of the app.2. I use a single account to create scheduled meetings for all users. My other users are generic Room 01, Room 02, etc.  When I click the dropdown for "Schedule For" the sorting of the "users" is all out of order, even though the users  were created and added in order.  What I see is - MyselfRoom 05Room 02Room 03Room 04Room 01 While currently this does not cause an issue, I can see where it will become an issue in the future. Is there a method to sort these appropriately?

I have been using Zoom for over 3 years now with my Zoom Pro Plan. I run a weekly Support Group meeting. At these meetings I routinely Share my screen to show YouTube videos or display webpages and or PDF files. Today, before my meeting, I was prompted by the Zoom app in Windows 10 to install the latest update. I did so. During my Zoom support group meeting today, anytime I tried to share my screen (Webpage in Chrome browser, Picture Viewer and Acrobat Reader), all of the participants so a large gray box. I rebooted my PC, still doesn't work. I rebooted my router and cable modem, still didn't work. I unstalled Zoom, downloaded the Zoom app from Zoom, rebooted, installed Zoom. It worked for one shared screen. When I tried to do it again, it didn't work. I've gone to Settings > Share screen > Advanced. I tried checking the Use TCP connection box, still didn't work. I tried turning off hardware accelaration, still didn't work. How do we let the Devlopers know that their latest up

I frequently watch recorded meetings while driving (I mostly listen to them). I imagine that many people do this, as this lets me utilize the driving time for working.Zoom's support for this is very very bad:1. when a meeting is shared with me, it includes a password in the email. I can't copy this password while driving. It would be great if the link in the email could already include the password, so i don't have to do another action other than pressing the link.2. playback speed control is too granular. x1 is too slow, while x1.25 is too fast (not to mention the other options- x1.5 and x2.0 - who can understand anything at those speeds?). speed control should support x1.1 and x1.2.3. the video is opened in a browser. which severely limits the functionality of the playback:4. the play button is extremely small. I've hosted several webinars but I cannot find the attendee list. Is there anyway to find it? I've searched on webs and followed the track reports->usage reports; but there is no way to click on the number of attendees. this is the screenshot of the page  How could I change the webinar settings to make sure I have the list in the following meetings?  I've attached pictures below.  Thanks! 

Hi all, I am wondering if there is any way to sharpen text that is embedded in images that are pasted in a PowerPoint shown on Zoom.  The images are very sharp in the actual PowerPoint (I know how to correct for sharpness), but after the recording is processed by Zoom, the text is very blurry so participants can't read it.  These images are screenshots of written handouts and charts. I am hoping to be able to correct a couple of recordings POST processing. . .  Thanks in advance! 

I just hosted a 2 hour doctoral class on Zoom where 20 students gave live presentations. The recording was to the Cloud. I'm on the latest update. In the new version, I did not get the dialog that showed it was converting / saving. When I go to my Cloud Recordings page, it says "Processing Recording" but it has been that way for over an hour with no indication of progress.  Does this mean the recording has failed?? I've never had this happen before and there will be many angry students if their presentations are lost. 

How can I send Zoom meeting invitations with the accept/decline feature? We use the Calendar program that is provided by Apple within the company.  Do I need to set up a Google calendar in order to use that feature?   Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I use zoom to host meetings with a bunch of people in the meeting at once. I can't find out how to get my invites to show the "accept-decline-tentative" buttons on the other person's end. Another person in my office can send zoom invites, and it will show up for his invites, but not mine. The only way I can get it to work is to invite people through the calendar app but I need to invite a couple hundred people at once, so there's no way I'm typing all those emails out. Is there not a way to just send the zoom invite through email and have those buttons pop up?

As such we have participants, who can get triggered or deeply distressed by certain topics, which are sometimes very specific to them and as such unforseeable, thus unavoidable for the group. The idea was to handle it through a spesific emoji reaction. So someone could react with a red X, so we know, this is a difficult subject and to either change the topic or arrange to signal, when the topic is over, so they could mute the group. But I got some feedback, that it can be hard to impossible to use it, because a participant is afraid to expose themself as having this topic as trigger and also is afraid to disturb the group.I'm searching for a possibility for a participant to signal, that a topic change is beeing wished for, withouth them having to expose, which participant they are. I have a meeting that was scheduled. The meetings have been canceled however I have no way to remove them from my schedule.

I am having a problem setting up zoom on my new iMac. Specifically, I have been unable to be able to get my microphone to register my guitar so that others can hear it. The input meter hears my voice, just fine, with the green input meter showing that I am speaking. The other zoom participants can hear my voice, but they cannot hear anything when I play my guitar. In the audio settings, I have tried virtually everything I could think of, and nothing seems to work. I have it set for musicians, which is the recommendation I get from what I am reading on the zoom website, but that doesn't work, either. I am at a loss and then wondering whether anyone else has encountered this problem and whether there is a fix for it. It seems that it should be simple. I have never had a problem with this using zoom on a windows laptop, or on my old iMac but possibly there is something about my new iMac..
