Can anyone help? I have my pronouns set to show at all times but when I record on Zoom the pronouns vanish.I can't find any information about this and would really appreciate any suggestions.

How can I add a zoom in and zoom out effect to my videos in Clipchamp? I am trying to enhance my video editing skills and want to incorporate dynamic zoom effects to make my content more engaging. Has anyone had issues with being on a zoom mtg where you can hear and see the others and they can see you fine, but you can't navigate any of the features? They are all frozen. This has happened a couple of time now. I can't reduce or enlarge the screen to full size and I can't do anything else, ie unmute or chat. I couldn't even close zoom today. The only way is to restart my laptop. I use Mac Airbook. Everything else on my computer responds, it's only zoom that does this. Any suggestions?Thanks, T

I use 4 different recurring meetings and one of them has disappeared. How can I recover it?  It is no longer listed when I log into my zoom account on the web and go to zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming

Is anyone else having a problem with the "raised hands" blending into people's backgrounds, so it is hard to call on them because you don't "see" the hand?  I would like to suggest that instead of "flesh colored" Zoom takes a page from Microsoft pointers and instead use "day glow" or "highlighter" colored hands - so the hands are readily viewable.Am I making an elephant?

My zoom gives periodic error notifications several times (see screenshot), even though I'm not attending a zoom meeting. Any idea how to fix it

hi, I'm in Asia, and I cannot for the life of me find the record button or enable it on my zoom pcI try everything, everyone else can record without any plans with limited time, but I cannotI try turning on local recordings, but it is replaced with Record to computer files, I have enabled it and disabled it a lot of times and nothing has shownI try using the Zoom app on PC and Android, but still nothingI try to enable my permits to show records, but the roles in account management, but it is shown as filling information for billingplease help me, I'm, battling a lot of work and nothing is making the situation better or easier to use

I am trying to sign in to Zoom and have 2FA enabled - it is supposed to send a code to my phone. But it has stopped doing this - no code is being sent. The phone number is correct, the phone has received text message codes before, it is a paid subscription, I have uninstalled and installed Zoom on both my laptop and phone, and still no success to get access to my Zoom account. I dont know what to do anymore.  I can't get into my account to turn the 2FA off. I have tried signing in with Google. The 2FA is the block. Any suggestions.

When I schedule a meeting my clients are not being alerted.  Please advise as to how to correct this.

The Calendar on my Zoom Workplace - "Home" screen is a privacy problem because it exposes schedule items for anyone who glances at my screen.  How can I remove it?  

For the past 4-6 weeks I have had audio problems on Zoom - in my own Zoom room as well as any other Zoom room I've entered. Everyone can hear me fine, but I can barely hear the other participants. I have been through every single menu and troubleshooting link that I have been able to find without being able to solve this problem. I teach via Zoom so it's really driving me crazy. Because it's a recent phenomenon I assume that it's tied to an update, but for the life of me I can't figure it out. Every other use of sound works just fine, the problem is confined to Zoom. I'm using a laptop running Windows 11. I would be so grateful for any help!

I want to look at my past meetings that I have hosted on Zoom.I get as far as  the previous meetings tab, then I try and put the past dates in, I put the first part in but it wont let me put the end  date and time in I tried it another way and it told me that I don't have any meeting for that date which I know that I have  Ant

Or l'appli ne s'ouvre pas, il ya le cercle qui tourne et montre que "ça charge" mais rien ne se passe, même quand j'actualise. Comment faire ? Good day-I am wondering if anyone knows if Zoom has removed (recently) the ability for a meeting participant to join a Zoom meeting from a smartphone using the web browser on the phone.  I beleive there used to be a link in the phone browser with this option.  I no longer see that option on the browser of a smartphone.  I only see the option to download/install the phone app or join the meeting by phone-only.  I believe the link to join from a web browser is there when I go to the equivaent browser page on a desktop PC. I have a use cases where we want people to join a meeting from their phone but they may or may not know how to download/install the app from an app store.  BTW, the meeting is a Zoom for Government meeting, if that matters.Thanks,Rick

The Zoom client was uninstalled on my computer and all of my locally saved recordings were deleted as part of that process. The deleted folder and all of its contents were not moved to the Trash on my local computer. Is this the expected result when uninstalling the client or a known bug? I was under the impression that uninstalling the client had no impact on the folder or contents where recordings were saved. At this point I think I have lost the files as I don't see a way to retrieve them but any help is greatly appreciated. Curious if this has happened to anyone else. 

Specifically not a Zoom customer but was in a meeting via a court.  I have asked for the recordings for the two meetings from the court but they have taken a meeting that lasted almost 30 min via phone during covid and changed the recording being provided to me a 28 second recording of the baliff saying the named party did not appear.  Can I get the recording from Zoom with a subpeona, if need be?  Ho long would they retain the recording?              

I schedule a meeting, copy and paste the meeting link to slack and text. I start the meeting inside zoom app, guests are having a hard time joining the meeting. Often, I have to restart the meeting to enable everyone to join. I get emails saying guests have joined and are in the waiting room, but they don’t show up in the meeting.Not sure what I’m doing wrong here! Please help! Thank you.

I accidentally deleted an important Zoom recording that was saved locally and that I now need again very quickly. Does anyone know how I can restore them? It didn't work with recovery software for my computer. So now I'm hoping that I can somehow restore it with Zoom. Is there a contact service that can restore something like this?

Since they updated to the new version, Zoom has been difficult. It consumes so many resources on the computer that it constantly crashes and you can't have any other window or application open. I hope they can fix this at some point.

We recently had two seeming unrelated events. The first event (Zoom version unknown) during the set up for the presentation, the Logitech Spotlight would change slides, but the remote viewers on Zoom only saw the original slide. The slides only changed on the local system. The presenter, on a MacBook, shared his desktop. To fix we moved to the room workstation and all was well. I marked this as a network issue. However yesterday, we had another meeting. I hosted it on the workstation that I have been using for all meetings for the last year with the Logitech Presentation Pointer (sharing the Desktop). The pointer worked fine until about halfway through the 1 hour presentation. Then it stopped working. The laser pointer would work, just the forward and back no longer worked. I switched to a different Presentation pointer and it changed slides without issue for the remainder of the meeting. After the meeting ended, I stopped zoom remotely and then

Hi,I offten use zoom for jurying things and the yes or no button press is (in reaction menu) complicated, also to clear that votes in a day for 300 times is also a challenge. Read the community and long awaited feature is that.Also would use in streamdeck.
