以前はパソコンで使えましたが、久しぶりに利用しようと思ったらZoom Workplaceがアップデートされました。アプリのアイコンをクリックしても何の反応もなく起動しなくなりました。その後Clean Zoomを使って削除した後、再度インストールを試したところ、インストールを完了してもデスクトップにアイコンは表示されません。ちなみに、プログラムの一覧の中にはZoom Workplaceがあります。ここを起動しようと初期化...の画面が表示された後、バーがいっぱいになって落ちて何もなく、Zoom Workplaceは起動されません。

Hopefully someone can help me.  Someone hacked my account.  At first glance, the region said United States but if you go in to choose a different region, the only one available is Russia.  Similarly, on the audio page, where you can choose dial in phone numbers, the only country available is Russia and two numbers I didn't recognize that were checked were from Russia.  If I uncheck them, I get an error message that says I need to check at least one number so I can't get rid of them unless I choose only the internet audio (no phone) which will affect all my meeting participants.  In another place, they had checked something that would allow only people from Russia and China to dial in. So, armed with screen shots, I submitted a ticket.  All I got back was  a question of whether this was affecting my meeting.  Because I don't have a corporate account, I was not allowed to talk to anyone on the phone. After 3 years with a professional account, my experience with Zoom has become unpleasant. In addition to log in problems, some meetings that I schedule on my cell phone no longer appear when I log in to my computer. I don't know what the exclusion criteria are, since all meetings are scheduled on my cell phone and held on the computer. It used to work perfectly. Any ideas on what to do?

Do you know what settings I have to create in order so that if I am late as a host, my attendees are not in the waiting room and are allowed to discuss before I can come in.  also, how do I do these settings for all my already scheduled meetings coming up and also for the meetings moving forward. 

For the past 2 weeks whenever I enter a zoom meeting I can hear the other person but they cannot hear me. I tested my audio in settings and nothing is working. I have microphone enabled for zoom in my settings. I don't know why it is all of a sudden not working. HELP!

I held a Zoom meeting on August 7, 2024 and made a local recording.  The meeting is no longer listed in my meetings history and I can not find the recoding on my computer where all previous recording are located.  I did receive the message that the conversion was complete.  Has anyone had experience restoring a deleted meeting?  All the details are still listed in my Outlook calendar. 

Hi Team, We have a scenario like while automating our product application, we have to login into zoom(https://zoom.us/signin)  and back to our application again and continue to perform some actions. But when I tried to login into Zoom using automation script, I got the 401 error. Here I used Java, Selenium WebDriver to automate this process.I would like to know, can we automate zoom login process?I have a valid credentials, manually I was able to login but by using automation unable to login. It's been a year since I hosted a large meeting, so I'm re-familiarizing myself with the updated Ux.  The meeting I'm managing for a client will have required registration. However, I'm unable to find the three checkbox options to ask Zoom to email reminders to all Registrants a week prior, 24 hours prior, and one hour prior.  Where has that Ux gone?

When sending Zoom meeting notice with integrated Google calendar, the meeting invitations subject line and invitation content are communicated in the invitation. For example 7-8:30pm on Thursday 2/16 is sent as an invitation as:   Fri Feb 17, 2023 3am - 4:30am (UTC). This is confusing and unacceptable to invitees.

  The Title says it all. And this problem only occurs when im launching meetings on the browser.

Can you easily setup a recurring weekly meeting with a different meeting Id each week?

We have Zoom Workplace Pro. We are able to schedule the longer meetings, as expected with this plan, however, we  are unable to schedule a meeting to begin on the quarter hour. We can only schedule on the hour, or half hour. Is this a bug, or is there a setting, or a special trick to be able to schedule at 6:15 pm or 6:45 pm?

Hi, I teach via zoom and need to use a drum or rattle, when I do participants can not hear the drum clearly, it either cuts out some of drumming or the sound is dreadful. I have checked zoom settings and use the muscian on for sound but this does not make any difference. So if this is not sorted I will have to use some other platform.any ideas to help make my drum zoom work ?

Dear allI am hosting a webinar for therapists. One of us wants to do a demo-session: so I will have to get all participants to view three persons at once that are all online and not at the same place - Virtually it would mean that three screens are viewed at once by the group. Is that possible and if so, how do I do this. I searched the internet but could not find it? Is there a tutorial on this? Hopefully someone can help me out! ThanksAnneke 

I'm working with a client, and we are trying to record the screensharing of 7-10 participants per session. However, when we check the recordings, it only shows one recording, which captures the screen of the active speaker. I'm unsure how to resolve this and have been trying to figure it out in the settings but can't find a solution.

Hi.  Thanks for taking my question. As the host during a webinar and while a panelist is screen sharing with video, I view the presentation in Side-by-Side.  Is it possible for the cloud recording to recoding this view? Is there a complication if I also have transcription turned on? Thanks for your help. Peter 

HiI give many lectures and I want to record myself lecturing and do a simulive with the recorded file.The thing is I can't find the way to share the screen with my speaker window side by side - so I can record it.My question is how I share my screen and have my speaker view side-by-side?Thanks for the helpLiat

I teach online full-time.  On Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm, there was a failure to connect.  Zoom buffered indefinitely.  My internet connection was fine because I was able to do searches in Google and on Edge.   I had to cancel the class.  I had been working on the laptop (hp intel core i7) all day.  I had even had a Zoom training that morning.  There is nothing wrong with the computer.  I had a Zoom training meeting this morning.I would like to know if anyone else experienced an outage or glitch or whatever you want to call it, on Monday, 9/10 at around 6 pm.  What should I do to troubleshoot in the future?  How should I handle it?  Cancelling is really not a good way handle the situation.Thank you for your help.NicolePS:  I work for an agency, so we have a business account.Error Code: It just said, "waiting for host", I think.  I don't remember an error code.Troubleshoot

We use zoom meetings for our company most of the day. We have to mute the host every so often, but when we unmute recently (within the past month) the audio of the host stops. We have to manually disconnect the audio and rejoin. The app is up to date on all devices, our devices are up to date, we have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Using version 6.1.11 Issue:  a client, who can log in to other zoom invites,  can not log into our invite without being asked to 'log back on'.  how can we disable this.   

Hi, please fix that stupid  bug. I've read already that a lot of people have that problem. I was forced to update my Zoom Version last night to 5.16.6., since then it doesn't start anymore. I am using a Windows 11 Desktop Computer. I already tried downgrading the version to 5.16.0, but still doesn't start. FIX THAT! I 

I had a zoom meeting today for a test and the host told me that my connection was bad and then they shared their screen showing that my connectivity was low and they said my video was cutting off. From my end the connection was fine I can see her and hear her perfectly, I also had a zoom call with colleague to test my connection and he had no issues with me. How is this possible?  How can the host see my connection strength but I can't see their connection?

I have had video filters on for a long time and all the sudden this week, it isn't available. I logged into my account, advanced meeting settings and I can see where I turn on my virtual background - which is on. But the Video Filter setting to turn on is not there. Where did it go?
