Invitations are provided in UTC time zone; 7pm Pacific time is sent as 3am (UTC) the next day
When sending Zoom meeting notice with integrated Google calendar, the meeting invitations subject line and invitation content are communicated in the invitation. For example 7-8:30pm on Thursday 2/16 is sent as an invitation as: Fri Feb 17, 2023 3am - 4:30am (UTC). This is confusing and unacceptable to invitees.
