So I was just sitting on my phone with my computer screen idle. I was surprised when my screen suddenly changed with the Zoom app opening and starting a meeting. I was the only person in the meeting, but I didn't have anything planned, and my app has never done this before.  I noticed that an update was available. Could this have triggered the opening of a meeting? This is weird.  Anyone know what's going on or experienced this? 

How do I hide the speaker's thumbnail image from those attending the meeting, while sharing a image or video etc?  This is especially needed when using the share screen alongside the speaker two images side by side) or when the speaker is superimposed onto the shared image. In these share modes there is still a floating thumbnail of the speaker on a mobile device or they appear at the top of the screen along with other participants. It looks silly having two views of the same speaker.How do I hide the thumbnail view, when the other screen share views of the speakers are being used? 1

Im attempting to export all my upcoming schedules meetings to a csv. Information I'd like to have includes Meeting name, date/time, meeting link, password, and host. Doing it through Reports > User Reports >Upcoming Events only provides half of this information.Thank you

Why does the branded image on the registration form not appear on Facebook or LinkedIn?

When I am filling out a meeting registration form to attend a meeting hosted by someone else, registrant name and email address suggestions appear. How do I edit / delete incorrect suggestions?

I am unable to enter a report through the meetings/report a session channel as I keep getting an error message that says 500 Internal Server Error. I have tried several times and I have trying calling but our plan doesn't allow me to talk with someone live. The Live Bot chat was not helpful in understanding my problem. Here is the issueThis individual entered our meeting last night 9/12/2024 shouting profanities, making threats, and brandishing an assault weapon. We do not have screenshots. We have never had this happen before, so we didn't think to take one. It was a black male with shoulder length braids or dreads. We do not know how the person got the link to our meeting as they were not registered. No one else in the meeting knew the person. Our participants were registered through zoom so there is a name and email address, but the email address for this person Dmonique Jones

I just managed to enroll two classes which have some overlap (basic account, I am a student, teachers are hosting, I am just a participant) . I would like to view (maybe record) both classes on separate computers but the same Zoom and email account.Is this kind of dual participation possible and allowed - or should I create another Zoom account for the second computer?

Every time I set up a meeting and add the invitees to zoom no one ever gets them. Do we need to add a DNS record or something in our domains that allows the emails to be sent from Zoom?  It's very frustrating to constantly be told nothing is in junk folder and I never received an email. Using Mac Air M1 latest version of OS and latest version of Zoom. This has been ongoing for 5 years. I feel if I'm going to have to pay for this it should work.

In the profile details I defined the name that I want to be displayed when I am in a conversation, but in the conversation the name is always displayed differently (in a different language, Hebrew)I tried changing several times, deleting and reinstalling the application but I did not find a solution.Version 6.2.0

I would like to record a video using screenshare. When I select the screen and layout, the recording always defaults to a large shared screen with my cam video to the top right outside of the shared screen. I have followed various setting suggestions, but nothing seems to change it. I know there are not a ton of options, but I also used to have recordings with pnp which I would like to get back to.

Hi, I had a meeting via Zoom today, and it also had the language translation during the meeting. As I am trying to download the recorded video, I can only download the one with original language. How can I download the video with translated language?Thank you in advance.

I've read elsewhere that this may just be a thing that happens, and Zoom is terrible, but I thought I'd give it a shot.From 2021 until recently I've used two Elgato capture devices to port data into my iMac Pro. Then, after a recent Zoom update, this started happening: the camera that I use, a Sony, started stopping after about 21 minutes. That is, in Zoom, it no longer shows video; the camera itself is still on and working. I just did a recent Zoom update hoping the problem would go away, it didn't.Everything was working fine; I didn't update anything else except for Zoom. Now there is this problem. Camera works fine with other software, so I've narrowed it down to Zoom.I'm not updating my OS for other reasons, so either I need to roll back Zoom, or have someone tell me what I can change in Zoom to make the camera work again.

Hi, there, I use zoom meetings to teach my students, and during the meeting, it always gets disconnected. like yesterday, it happened 5 times during a 2-hour online class!so basically, I share my screen with my students, and when the disconnection happens, zoom will automatically reconnect it again. I don't know this since I am teaching, but when the disconnection happens, the shared screen is also gone, and the reconnection cannot reconnect shared screen. my students cannot see my shared screen and I am still talking with them not seeing anything.Can anyone help me with this?  This annoys me for a long time. I cannot believe zoom is so unreliable now! 

When booking zoom meetings as a delegate, zoom info disappears.  A delegate for a manager is booking meetings for her.She adds zoom meetings in her manager's  calendar (on her behalf )She noticed that the Zoom info in the Zoom meetings disappears without her or her manager touching it.The issue started a week ago when the manager added her as a delegate. Can this be explained?

Hi. I was in a Zoom meeting this week and was added as a co-host. I recorded my 15-minute presentation and started the conversion process to download to my pc. The conversion was very slow so I stepped away for about 5 minutes. When I came back I saw the generic Zoom screen. I don't believe the file downloaded properly because there was no option to get to the file to name it. Is there a way to retrieve the recording and repeat the download process, please?

Hello maybe someone can help me.  have searched everywhere, but the audio sound during calls sounds so electric. I have been to the apple-shop and they say it is not my Mac that is making the issue as Spotify sounds amazing. But when I am in a meeting the left speaker (only the left) gives off something like a static noise, more like constant fuzz, I cannot really explain ist that well, but it seems like my speakers are vibrating with the sound  Can anyone help me or is this the way zoom should sound? my MacBook is 3 days old.  Thank you so very much for all your help. 

I wanna convert my Meeting video but when I do it it failed : the video recording always stop at 26 %. There is no error message. So there is a problem I can't solve. Please help. I tried to click on "double_click_to_convert_01", "double_click_to_convert_02" and "double_click_to_convert_03" as usual, but it doesn't work at all, it always stop at 26 %. I can tell you one more thing : with others meetings there is no problem at all with the recording. Thanks for helping me, please. It's very important for me.

I can´t remove a virtual background in my laptop, when i'm in a meeting in my phone, the virtual backround doesn´t appear, but in my laptop it does. I tried to uninstall the app, I changed the account i was signin in but nothing helped, I changed to another virtual background but the first one is taken as the "none" option so it didn´t changed anything.I'd really aprreciate the help, also sorry if my english is bad, not my first language

I updated my OS to Sonoma 14.6.1 this week and just checked Zoom for an update. I'm running v6.1.10 and there is an update for v6.6.11, but when I click to install it gets a tenth of the way through and then throws the popup "Unable to install updates Error code: 10002"
