hi everyone! I'm begging for help since zoom doesn't even offer a support chat with a human. I've been sharing date visa personal hotspot for a week and nobody can either hear or see me on zoom. the same problem from my side- I don't hear or see anyone. we have to take our lessons to another platform. I don't understand why this is happening because I used to not have a wifi connection and it would still work just as well. also, with a couple of meetings it was limited to 40 mins (I have a pro version!) I am really powerless and hopeless. I don't known what to do, I simply can't use zoom

I cannot join a particular meeting. I put the ID & password in but takes me to a meeting by myself. I also went to their website and tried to join there with their link but it still takes me to a meeting by myself. I was able to get in before but all of a sudden I can't. I can join other meetings just not this particular one.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom but I am having the same issue. I have Windows 11 OS and I am on a computer. Please help.

I set up a new Logicool WEBCAM C270n for my desktop PC with Windows 10.I have a trouble with my web camera.I start a Zoom meeting and click the video icon and click the web camera, no image appears on my screen.No error code appears.  I updated Zoom App. I receive support from Logicool  in vain.Regarding the privacy set up of My PC, the camera is on.  .  

Is ther anyway that Zoom can colaborate with the likes of Teams and google meet so I can use only one platform and do meetings with other platforms.  Now I have to have four different platforms on my computer to meet with people from different platforms.  It would be perfect if there was a way that they could work together.

Playing a video (Media player) and sharing the audio with the share audio option on a zoom call means that the other meeting participants hear the sound but as host I do not. This feels like some overly clever feedback reduction technique (my mic is unmuted and would presumably pick up the audio from the video). Is there a way to fix this as silent videos can feel very strange?

Does anyone know if I am able to link my Facebook Pixel to a Zoom Meeting registration? I can see that I can for webinars but I don't have the webinar addon

After recording a session, I have imported the video into Camtasia and at first it is clear but then it turns fuzzy.  When I import it directly into Canvas, it is fuzzy.  I found an article with Camtasia that said to check the "Optimize the recording for 3rd party video editor" box but this did not help.   Anyone know a way around this? Thanks in advance.

I uploaded a MP4 of a Zoom meeting recording. I'd like to trim it but I don't see the scissors icon.

Not sure when this occured, but as hosts we are able to share a powerpoint and provide "Slide Control" to a presenter so they can advance their own slides.  Recently we've noticed that the presenter who has slide control cannot advance or go back slides using their keyboard LEFT and RIGHT keys. They have to physically press the left or right icons in the Zoom app.  Has there been an update to this? We've tried it on a mac and windows to no avail. Why would this funtionality disappear. Some of our presenters rely on their notes when presenting and would like to just advance the slide without having to click into zoom. This was previously working, and now it's not. I hope its something simple or something that I may be overlooking. 

When the Zoom Room is the host/cohost of a meeting, the expectation is that when someone raises their hand, there will be both a visual and audible indicator for the Zoom Room host. Testing this extensively has shown that the visual indicator (hand raised icon) appears on the screen, but the audible alert does not happen. We are using Neat Bars and Neat Bar Pros. Has anyone experienced this as well? Is there anything I can do to ensure the audible sound chimes with a raised hand? Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi all, In the past couple of weeks participants complained that my audio was fading in and out with Zoom. I bought new headphones, troubleshooted with Apple and have concluded the issue is exclusively with Zoom. In mentioning it to a client he and a colleague have also had this issue with Zoom in the past couple of weeks. My current workaround in dialing in for audio which has no issues. I'm working off a strong fiber wifi.  Anyone else experiencing this or have tips on how to remediate?  Thanks!

I have satellite internet and have restrictive data usage.  I have recently been doing exercise programs on zoom and find that the data usage is off the charts.  Is there a way to see if zoom is set for regular, HD or superHD? Carolejo

In the past, I have used a virtual background.  Recently i changed my ZOOM password.  Now Virtual Background does not work.  I go to Virtual Background, "Manage Backgrounds", I see the background I want, but I cannot select it.  It does nothing.  But under the background, it states, "Uploaded by Admin."  What does that mean?  How can I can change it, so i can use a Virtual Background?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but I am supposed to check... About a month ago we had an employee leave the company.  The account was deactivated.  Now today someone is looking for a recorded meeting from that account.  When I went to look the account is totally gone, like it was deleted (which I didn't do).   I imagine that recording is gone, since I don't see it anywhere in our account.  And...do deactivated accounts get deleted eventually?  Or do I need to figure out if someone else deleted the account? Thanks!

Hello, im having online guitar lessons and when i use zoom from my mobile phone it works fine, but when i try from my laptop my guitar is muted. After some research i found out what the correct audio settings are, but it still doesnt work. I have unclicked the "auto adjust mic volume" button and clicked the "enable original sound for musicians" button. Then when in a meeting i click original sound for musicians on, on the top of the screen. Still my guitar is muted. Can anyone help me? Even the teacher doesnt have a clue. How do i fix this?

I followed the directions to sync my zoom calendar to google ( Then under (1) “Profile” tab, go to the (2) “Calendar and Contacts Integration” section and click (3)”Configure Calendar and Contacts Service” button, Then select the option for “Google” and select “Next”., The next screen will display what permissions you are allowing Zoom to have over your Gmail account. For our purposes we want to leave both options selected and click the “Next Button”., I confirmed the zoom account + google calendar were the same, gave permissions)  I also made sure on my zoom app that it has calendar syncing with the same Gmail address.   A zoom meeting I'm invited to it on my personal calendar but NOT my zoom meeting list. In the past, when i would login to the same zoom meeting with 1 account multiple times, each subsequent connection would be warned that polling would not be available or something to that effect. Recently, i'm not sure when it changed, this warning no longer appears. Also the polling window now shows up for all sign-ins where previously didn't. The interesting thing is that it lets all sign-ins vote in the poll but which ever sign-in is the first to submit gets the vote. The second and subsequent sign-ins do not get tallied.  I know it's not common, but in my environment where people share their webinar links and account information, the warning was at least a reminder to people that they needed to use their own account in order to make sure their votes got tallied.  Also i'd like to take this moment to suggest that there should be control over who can receive or disable polls. 

Last month, I set up around 50 meetings spanning Jan-Dec 2025. This week, I am trying to schedule additional meetings for 2025, but I can't add anything past 9/24/2025. I'm following the same process as last month with similar meeting details. Is there something I need to be doing differently?

I took the most recent update - i don't recognize this product any more.  I have it linked to my fathom account and now I am having the most difficult time logging in to meetings i have been invited to.  My account doesn't permit live chat - wtf??!!!  this is not service - now if i don't use the right tags here it blocks me as well.  this is beyond frustrating.  PS have been a zoom user for about 8 years

While having a meeting Zoom push me out of the meeting. Sometime 4 or 5 times in a 60 minutes meeting. Automatic assign a host while reload and open again.
