Meetings

Hi,I am unable to schedule recurring meetings with no fixed time. There is no button there anymore (only daily, weekly, monthly). Now, when I am trying to make a new recurring meeting it says that my account does not allow it. I have a pro membership and have not had an issue with this before. Any suggestions? So far, the Zoom help person gave me a generic response (to click "no fixed time") that did not answer the question.

I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S10e) phone, and downloaded the Zoom app a couple years ago when I was away from my laptop. Everything worked great. But lately, I can access meetings just fine, but can only get video - no sound.  The sound is all the way up on my phone, I have checked the Permissions in the app settings,, and camera, microphone and phone are all checked.  The only change I've made recently is that my selected browser is DuckDuckGo.  Any ideas? I have about 16 poll questions set up in my meeting. When conducting the polls, it will randomly stop showing a Launch button to launch the polling question. First time it showed the first 5 with no problem, then starting with question 6, no Launch button. Next time it did all 16 without a problem. Then yesterday, the first 11 showed no problem, but starting with question 12, no Launch button. I tried closing the poll pane and re-opening it and exiting the meeting and rejoining. I'm up to date on the releases. When the launch button doesn't show, I have no way to show it (i.e. doesn't even provide a 'relaunch' option). Suggestions? TIA!

Hi,  I have an existing meeting I just started.  It's working fine,  but I cannot see a 'screen sharing' option during the meeting. Screen sharing is enabled under admin>account management>account settings>in meeting (basic) Host only is checked (enabled)Screen sharing presenter view is checked (enabled)Disable desktop screen sharing for meetings you host is not checked.  (so it's not disabled?)Disable screen sharing when guests are in the meeting is checked.  (disabled).   But there is still no screen sharing option when I'm testing the meeting as the only person (host) in the room.

If I unassociate with working live and resubscripe directly through zoom, will I retain the same meeting ID number?

Team, not sure why but as host of meetings I am no longer receiving notifications when people register.Send an email to host is Ticked.I have a valid email address, what do you suggest I do?

Hello! Zoom meetings sent to me from people external to my company are not appearing on the Zoom app or Zoom web.  Any idea why?How can I make sure those meetings appear in the Zoom app (v 6.2.3 that I access on PC and iphone) and Zoom web? Side note - I did see a post about a meeting appearing on Zoom web with "no fixed time" -- and indeed a meeting I created was set to that and I changed it to a fixed recurring time. But the meetings I'm referencing above were not created by me.

Apologies if this is blindingly obvious, but it is not clear to me whether transferring the host to someone other than the person who originally set up the meeting gives the new host access to the recording of the meeting. From how I read the documentation, it would seem not, i.e. only the original host will have access, but that seems unhelpful. We had a recent case in which the original host was sick, none of the co-hosts have access to the recording, and so the recording was unavailable until the original host returned to work. If she had transferred the host when she started the recording, would that have removed the dependency on her to gain access to the recording? Thanks.

I get an error when uploading this pic to my profile.  How do I troubleshoot?  It can be opened in other apps. I get this error:The file you have attempted to upload may be corrupted or using an unsupported file type. Please try a different file.

I have problems with sharing music, the people can't hear anything. We can talk and hear everybody everything, the problem is that when I share de audio of the music it doesn't work. It says: "Install the zoom audio device. Please, restart your audio sharing application, such as the media player, after install to continue sharing computer sound." and then it ask me to put my password.I did, I wrote the password of the Zoom and it doesn't work.PLEASE!, HELP ME!!!....I TEACH THE BIBLE EVERY MONDAY AND THURSDAY...I NEED HELP!!!

I was an alternative host on a zoom meeting & am trying to pull a usage report to see who attended. Is this possible? I only see my own meetings...

and I do not know how to find the meeting -- all meetings listed under previous only go back 30 days.  HELP

I am using basic Zoom for GSuite. My Zoom meetings should be 40 minutes (and it says so in the upper left-hand corner of the Zoom window. Zoom cuts off at exactly 30 minutes. I've complained of this to Zoom's technical support before, but they never addressed the problem (they kept telling me to get a different account).  I've wondered whether students joining the meeting before the host is counted at part of the 40 minutes. I have turned off "Allow participants to join the meeting before the host arrives" but I'm still getting messages students that students have joined the meeting room. Any ideas about what I can do?

Still learning the new Zoom whiteboard. I teach college and use it during class. I used to be able to draw stuff (ipad, apple pencil) on the whiteboard, and then open a 2nd page of the whiteboard and draw more stuff, and I could switch back and forth and my class would see whatever page was on my screen. Now I can open a 2nd page, but what I draw on page 2 or page 3 is not reflected on their screens. I can switch back and forth on my ipad from page 1 to page 2 to page 3, but on their screens it only shows my first page.Also, I could export all the pages at once as a jpg or png with one click, now it seems that I can only export one page at a time. I could use some help.

My microphone and camera won't work on Zoom Desktop Client. However, it works on other apps, even Zoom on browser.1. I've allowed permission to Zoom Desktop Client.2. This problem applies to other cameras and microphones I have.3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom as well as restarted my laptop, but the problem still persists.Does anyone know how to fix this?  

I just purchased the Translated Captions as an add-on, and I've followed Zoom's standard instructions for enabling these at the account level. However, I haven't been able to use them... when I start a call (I tend to do this from "My Meetings" because I have a set of standard calls I do with clients) the CC button doesn't show any 'carnet' (little up arrow) at all (see below). When I try going over to "...More" and looking for translation captions there, as was mentioned on some of the other posts, there is nothing related to captions or translations there either. I've tried restarting Zoom, and I've tried creating a new meeting (rather than using one of my previous 'set' links). But I can't get this to work!HELP! I really need a solution fast...Thanks in advance!  

Hey all. Can someone guide me on the following issue? When I record via Zoom, the quality of my PowerPoint presentation is very poor. I have optimised recording for third-party video clicked on and also HD. Super frustrated and cannot move forward with my clients until this is resolved. BIG THANKS

I am repeatedly having the video out of sync with the audio, and it lags 1-2 seconds or more behind, which makes a Zoom meeting impossible.This is in live meetings, not recordings. This is on a new pc with fast wi-fi speed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled zoom and run tests on the connection and the last meeting showing no issues

During my meetings in the Zoom client on Windows 10, randomly I hear "pop" sound effects. I checked and confirmed that this only happens during Zoom meetings. My current Zoom version is 6.2.0Any help is appreciated

Hi, I hope someone can help with this. We are a meditation group which opens and closes a session by having the leader ring a bell. The bell reverberates for a while- that is it produces a sustained ringing tone after the leader strikes it. However, this does not come across on the Zoom audio- there is a very brief sound when the bell is struck, but no one can hear the sustained ring.Is this a known phenomenon? Is there any setting I can change?Thank you.

Hi there,SOLVED!SOLVED!In my losing my way in the midst of what became a puzzle, I had forgotten to leave my DAW open.I am delivering keyboard/piano lessons online and am have difficulty with sharing the computer audio to hear the midi of the keyboard.I have tried several potential solutions, though as yet still cannot hear the sound.The midi works when going through Garageband.I've set up the midi for the Zoom input/output in midi settings on Garageband. When in Zoom I click 'share computer audio' and no sound comes out. The small box to tick for option of 'share sound' is greyed out. I have also tried going through my audio interface with the leads from keyboard to interface. Then choosing that as the speaker option. I've tested out the different options of sound including for 'live musicians' and get the message there's a problem turning it on. The sound is set to
