If I unassociate with working live and resubscripe directly through zoom, will I retain the same meeting ID number?

I would recommend reviewing the following support articles: 

If those do not assist, you can reach out to Zoom support to see if the PMI you are wanting is still available and Zoom Support can request to change your PMI (if it is not in use by another account).
