Where in my account settings on Zoom can I see a history of the meetings or presentations I attended, whether I hosted or someone else did? 

I still have 3 of my original recurring meetings but others are missing. I found the link for one in an email and the zoom room appears to exist but I cannot add or edit if the meeting is not in my account list. What is going on and what can I do to re

I'm on Windows 10 with the latest updates and the latest zoom Version: 5.17.11 (34827). I have set a frame update rate of 10 fps. The issue occurs when you are sharing your screen (probably windows also) and you have low bandwidth, rather than drop frames it slows the computer and holds up presumably those programs that are making screen updates.  Zoom is not sending screen updates but has somehow inserted itself into the screen update process itself.  I do not have the same issue in the same circumstances when not sharing the screen. I have seen it slow my powerful Windows computer with huge bandwidth at home as well but my laptop and I are currently on holidays. As I am teaching an Android smartphone course, I use a great open-source program called "ScrCpy" to mirror the screen over USB to my Windows Computer.  I first noticed that what my computer's screen was s

When I'm in a meeting (even if I'm hosting it), if I'm on my ipad and try to turn on mic or video, I get an error message   "UNABLE TO ACCESS MICROPHONE: Allow zoom to access your microphone from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - MICROPHONE. or "UNABLE TO ACCESS CAMERA: Allow zoom to access your camera from device menu: SETTINGS - PRIVACY - CAMERA.   On this ipad, when I go to settings, there is no PRIVACY section, only "PRIVACY AND SECURITY." When I click on that, clicking on either MICROPHONE or CAMERA shows one option APP CLIPS: "Applications that have requested access to the camera/microphone will appear here" but the list is empty. Thoughts? Ive deleted and re-downloaded Zoom and it's stayed the same!

I have always been able to record meetings on Zoom on my chrome book but when I click on record now it opens the recording window and I can't record.  I used to press record and it would record straight away. It only stopped working this week when I did an update for Zoom Workplace.  

I am trying to setup a recurring meeting with registration limits. The recurring meeting has 6 session scheduled. If I set the registration limit to 20, will this limit 20 registrants per meeting or 20 registrants total? How can I place a registration limit per meeting?My goal is to have 6 meetings with a maximum of 20 registrants per session (120 registrants total for all sessions). Thank you!

Two problems with the upcoming meetings in the zoom client. First, non zoom meetings - I usually have a screen of all day PTO invites that I have to scroll through to get even to my first meeting of the day. Second - upcoming includes already finished calls from earlier in the day. Other discussions here indicate that this used to work as the name implies. These make the list in the zoom client useless to those with a large number of daily invites.

After I updated to the latest version of Zoom, the floating control bar for webinars disappeared. I've tried enabling it using shortcut keys, but when I share my screen, it appears in a separate window, making it impractical to keep maximizing the window every time I'm sharing to check if there are Q&A questions or when I want to use the controls. I want to know how to enable the floating controls again when sharing my screen. Also, after the upgrade, the chat no longer auto-scrolls to the latest message. How can I enable it so that the latest message always appears

I would like to go back to a previous meeting and find the list of who I assigned to the breakout rooms.  I have checked reports and cannot find anything there.  Would love some help please. 

I have turned off the blur in my video filters and have signed out and back in, but my background is always blurred. Is this caused by some other setting?

I changed a setting on my account so that my lips would have color to them. Now, I can't figure out how to remove that feature. Please give me instructions on how to remove the color from my lips! It has become very distracting at times! Thank you! 

Hello there!I had a conversation with someone on support last month and they told me if I had a basic account, I could administer my companies main Zoom and access recordings, etc.When I set this up originally and logged in to my new Basic Account it would show underneath my main information the Account that I managed / administered and let me access it. It's no longer showing up and I've been asked to share recordings. I had no trouble doing this before now. Has this disappeared for anyone else? How do we access the accounts we admin now?

I just attempted to schedule a 45 minute meeting and I am unable to select from the Minutes - drop down menu doesn't appear. Hours works just fine. Please fix it. I often schedule meetings for less than an hour and for more than hour. Or, is this one of Zoom's 'improvements" like no longer showing the number of recurring meetings remaining. I'm still mad about that. You tech people don't take into consideration the people behind the scenes booking these meetings.Another problem: when trying to submit this post I typed Scheduling Duration of Meeting under Topics, but apparently I have to choose from predetermined topics. I selected a topic and got the error message: The following topics are not available here: Scheduling duration of meeting. I removed that wording and selected a topic but it insists my non-topic is still in the Topics field. Zoom is having too many issues lately 😞

1. I would like to assemble separate files of a shared screen file and a speaker view file together. Can I do this?2. I record 3-hours meeting, but the recording files are separate into 2 files. I would like to connect these 2 files together. Can I do this?

Hello! I was wondering if you have any ideas why the mouse control in the screen share option is not working on my participant's end. I already gave remote control access to the participant. Although I can see the mouse moving on his/her end, it doesn't perform the function to "CLICK" or select whatever you want to do with the accessed screen.  In short, the mouse control access given to the participant only lets him/her move the mouse and nothing else. Please help.

I have Zoom Pro. When I try to programming a meeting I can't choose 30 hours but only 24. And we need 47 hours without interruption. Could you give as a solution please?

Hiis there an option to avoid receiving chat´s during a meeting or an event? The idea is to be not disturbed during the meeting so I can focus on important things.Cheers!

i can not login to my account in my phone. i deleted the app and installed it again. changed my password, tried the Gmail and password and the fast by Gmail option, nothing works. i can not join any zoom links with my phone, and i have no problem with my account on the pc, before and after i changed the password. i have to fix it soon. there are no updates available to do 

本日からzoomのミーティングに誰かが参加しようとすると、パスコードが求められてしまうようになりました。パスコードを解除する設定を変更しようとしても、【管理者によりロック済み】となってしまっていて、解除のコマンドが動かせません。ユーザー管理のロール画面でも管理者設定にできず、アカウント設定でも特に鍵はかかっておりません。どなたかパスコードを要求されない方法を教えていただきたいです。

I have created a webinar and included a practice session option in it. The host started the webinar for 5 mins and then after the actual webinar, participants joined the webinar. After using the Get Participants list of webinar API I am getting both the time of the host i.e. the practice session time and the real webinar time in just one object, can someone please help me segregate them?

Hi, I am trying to delete some of my recording from cloud but there is only one option to download it. All setting are on and should allow it but there is no option anywhere to do so. Can anyone suggest a solution? 

I have a team in a certain region that is unable to see other's screen sharing when connected to their local office network. All they would see is 'XXX has started screen sharing'. However, they are able to see other's screen sharing while on their home network. Does anyone know what could cause this issue? If it's network, what should I be looking for? I would appreciate any help you can provide.

When sharing a screen on a webinar there was always a floating screen with meetings controls (start/stop audio, start/stop camera, etc...) but since the last update, the controls now stays on a screen with the shared content, how do i enable the floating controls again? i cant keep opening the webinar window to see of there is any Q&A or to perform other actions, and the controls i could move around so it is kind of necessary.And also, how do i make the chat window to auto-scroll? after the update it keeps appearing how many new messages there is and i have to keep scrolling down myself, but i want it to act like it was before, when it just scrolled down automatically.
