My parents just got an Alexa Echo and the Zoom app on it suffers from some serious problems. How do we report them?

(1) If I add another person to a Zoom Pro personal account, do they sign in using my email address or their own? (2) Will our meetings be shown on each other's account?(3) Is the time limit 40 minutes or 30 hours?

I would like to use my current Zoom account to record a audio/video podcast for download to Spotify etc and Youtube. I have researched and get very different recommendations for settings (audio and recording). Also, it is recommended to do separate audio tracks, but not sure how I can then post to Youtube. Any guidance appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I keep reading through the setup documents but am not finding the exact answer I am looking for.  All I am trying to do is setup so zoom meetings show as events in salesforce.  I have installed the Salesforce Lightning App.   In the Zoom User Config tab in Salesforce I see where I can Authorize access to permitted Zoom APIs to sync Zoom Meeting information to Salesforce.  Should this be a SF Admin?   A Zoom Admin?   Someone who is a SF Admin and Zoom Admin?When I use my login (SF Admin) I see my meetings but will others in the company meetings sync?  I noticed that is a only time link for only one person Do all users need to connect to zoom in Saleforce?  If so, where do they do that? 

Is there a deadline for participants to register for the webinar....for example, if the meeting starts at 1:00pm- do they have until 12:59pm (one minute before), 12:00pm (1 hour before), etc before not being after to join the meeting in progress....?

I am doing a movie screening for 50 viewers.  When I share my screen the participants are able to see and hear the movie; however, I can barely hear the sound on my end. I checked my Ipad volume and it’s at the highest volume.   Also, is it possible to control their audio capabilities (mute everyone) before the start of the meeting?  And finally, is there a way to see only the movie I’m screen sharing?  In otherwords, can all of the participant boxes be hidden during the movie?   Thank you for your help. Renay

Zoomで音声共有や、動画共有をしたとき、毎回ではないのですが、音割れのトラブルがあります。Zoomを起動せずに動画や音声を流したときにそのようなトラブルはないのですが、Zoomで音声共有や動画共有をすると、mp3やwmvの音声や動画の音声が途切れ途切れになることがあり、とても困っています。動画自体はスムーズに流れているのですが、音声のみが途切れ途切れになります。対処法を教えていただけますとありがたいです。Zoomはアップデート済みで最新版です。

When watching a recording provided by my uni via a link, I am not given to option to enable captions, however the lecturer who uploaded the recording tells me that the CC button is visible for her when she clicks the same link from the same page as I would access.  All captioning settings look to be active - is there something missing that needs to be enabled? Thanks

I'm trying to change the meeting invitation email language to French. When I asked to be sent a sample email it works, but when I generate a new meeting it reverts automatically to English. Anyone else has this issue or have an idea how to solve it? Thanks

Just this week, a green rectangle is now on my top tool bar and every time I join a zoom, the green rectangle has a pop-up that says my Reactions are turned off. I have to "x out" the pop-up box multiple times to make it go away. How do I turn this off completely?

Why is there no functionality for creating Breakout Rooms on an Android tablet (Samsung S8 Ultra)? It's ludicrous – I can do just about everything else on my tablet, but I have to lug a laptop around just to enable Breakout Rooms.

My microphone keeps automatically adjusting despite that option being turned off.  Each time I am in a meeting, I am able to go to the auto settings and watch it lower the mic input volume and people are unable to hear me.  This only started recently and despite the latest updates it keeps occuring.  Ive attemted with the internal mic, a USB mic, and a camera mic with the same issue.  How do I get 

Ever since the latest automatic update (November 7th, 22) Zoom freezes whenever I try to do a screen share, and there is a notice that zoom unexpectedly closed

I am surprised no one is talking about this because I see it everywhere. Several YouTube channels that use Zoom are having it. Zoom seems to be applying a sort of vignette effect around my face, darkening everything except my face. But when I raise my hands it sees my hands and brightens those as well. It causes these "blobs" of brightness throughout the image, and it's constantly moving. If I shift in my seat, half of my shirt will turn bright, while the other half will stay dark, and it will flutter and move constantly. It's especially infuriating because I go to great lengths to use professional cameras and lighting to get it right. I've tried every setting I can find, and see no way to turn this off. (It's not the "low light" setting) Has anyone found a fix for this? Is no one else bothered by it? It seems so unprofessional and janky. It's like a bad green-screen effect. Zoom, please give us the ability to turn this off!!

So - I have a group of friends - we like to get online to do some games and have Zoom running (so it looks/feels more like in-person).I have a Pro account.Next week, I won't be able to be at the meetup; but I'd still like them to be able to use my meeting. I'm gleaning that because I'm an individual account, I cannot assign anyone as alternative host. I can set the meeting to start without being manually started and to allow people to join without a waiting room. And, for the most part, that will enable the meeting to go on .... but, if by chance, someone gets in that shouldn't be there (unlikely, but it's happened before) - does *no one* have the ability to boot the interloper? Is there no workaround to this? You cannot take someone slated to attend the meeting and grant them hosting power before the meeting begins?

I am trying to shrink my screen to cut out the background edges, but I can’t see how to do this. Is anyone able to advise? I don’t want to blur my background, but iI don’t want my office to be seen. Thanks

How do I recover the previously scheduled recurring meetings that used to be under the Meetings tab?

I have a reoccurring meeting that requires users to enter 6 questions in to register. Had the meeting - went well, with no issues. But where do I find the data on the 6 questions the attendee had to fill out? 4 of the questions are required to register. Ive spent a couple hours looking at reports and reports under account management with no luck. Thanks! 

We changed the profile name of our account, yet the Chat Box has a title area that continues to show the old name.  The zoom meeting does not include this old name either.  We want to change it or delete it.  How do we do that?

After the recent update, Zoom now makes using external and Bluetooth keyboards harder for iPad users. Now, pressing the “enter” or “return” key on your keyboard doesn’t send your message in Chat. It only opens up new lines to type on. Before the update, pressing “enter” sent the message and you could also add additional lines to it by holding down “shift” and pushing “enter.” Before the update, an external keyboard with iPadOS Zoom worked just like it does with the MacOS Zoom app, in terms of chat usability.  This needs to be fixed! 

Hello: On a 2021 14" M1 Macbook Pro running a fully patched instance of macOS 12.1, I have an issue where the background is blurry and if there is more than one person on camera, Zoom will randomly try to  focus on  that person in the background. I have verified and/or tried the following already: 1.  Virtual background is turned off (and therefore, the blurred effect is disabled).  2.  Playing around with various video settings including "HD, "Touch up my appearance", and "Adjust for low light".  Also tried the disabling the de-noise and hardware acceleration under advanced video settings. 3.  Lighting  in room is confirmed as good.4,  Zoom is updated to 5.9.1 (and apparently automatically updated to ensure compatibility with the M1 chip version).5.  Basic Mac troubleshooting included macOS updates, restarting, Disk Utility.   (A

Hi,I just tried to update from 5.12.9 to the latest version on a Win11 PC.  The message is " can only update 5.13.5 or higher.I have tried uninstalling but still get the same message.  I have found no way to make it reinstall

(Windows 11 PC.  New Airpods Pro 2nd Gen).  Airpods paired and connected with PC and work fine with system except when in Zoom.  When I test speaker and mic for airpods I get silence.  If I exit Zoom, airpods work fine when connected to PC.  Zoom audio and mic work fine if I use PC audio/speaker instead of airpods so Zoom audio function is working except when I use airpods.  I have tried various setting options within Zoom but no cigar.  Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
