Cannot Update from 5.12.9

Hi,

I just tried to update from 5.12.9 to the latest version on a Win11 PC.  The message is " can only update 5.13.5 or higher.

I have tried uninstalling but still get the same message.  I have found no way to make it reinstall

    Uninstall using CleanZoom.exe 

     

     

    Run CleanZoom to remove Zoom completely

    To remove Zoom completely, including any configuration files, run CleanZoom on your device.

    1. Download and run CleanZoom (updated November 30, 2023).
      Note: Use of the clean uninstaller will completely remove the Zoom desktop client, as well as the Zoom plugin for Outlook. The Outlook add-in, Chrome/Firefox extensions, and Google Workspace add-on are unaffected.
    2. Once completed, download Zoom from our download center and reinstall.

      CleanZoom will not open on MBP?   Error code 10661.  No available application.

      Hello,

      Clean Zoom is for windows only.

       

      The Zoom version for Mac has an uninstaller built in.

       

      How to uninstall Zoom

      1. From your desktop, click Go then Applications.
      2. Right-click on zoom.us then click Show package contents.
      3. Open the Contents folder then Frameworks.
      4. Double-click on ZoomUninstaller and wait for the uninstallation to complete.

      Once uninstalled you can download zoom again and it should be the latest version.
