Salesforce Lightning app setup
I keep reading through the setup documents but am not finding the exact answer I am looking for.
All I am trying to do is setup so zoom meetings show as events in salesforce. I have installed the Salesforce Lightning App. In the Zoom User Config tab in Salesforce I see where I can Authorize access to permitted Zoom APIs to sync Zoom Meeting information to Salesforce.
- Should this be a SF Admin? A Zoom Admin? Someone who is a SF Admin and Zoom Admin?
- When I use my login (SF Admin) I see my meetings but will others in the company meetings sync? I noticed that is a only time link for only one person
- Do all users need to connect to zoom in Saleforce? If so, where do they do that?
