I'm facing a bit of an issue that's affecting my workflow, and I was hoping someone here might be able to help.A colleague created a meeting where I'm listed as a co-host, but I can't seem to find the meeting on my calendar in the Zoom app, nor on the web version. I also didn't receive an email notification about it. Has anyone experienced something similar or know why this might be happening? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you so much in advance! 🙏

Anyone knows how to turn on annotation tool (green pencil icon at the left bottom corner of the screen)? Currently, I cannot find the annotation tool. I already checked the annotation tool in the meeting setting, but it does not work.

Good morning, I am having issues with my microphone on my Lenovo Flex 7. The microphone is going in and out, and users have said that they can hear me great and then my voice gets very quiet. I have tried numerous strategies from updating my computer, turning audio enhancements off, etc. and nothing has fixed the problem.Any help would be much appreciated! 

 I recorded a meeting using the Zoom app on my phone, but I can't find the recording, even when searching by the Meeting ID. I am not the hostIs there anything I can do?

Hi - I preset a meeting to record in the cloud.  The meeting presenters did a test run and it recorded. However, when the time came later for the presentation, it did not record.  Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do?

The new Apple Intelligence "feature" is creating a persistent barrage of notifications that deleting Zoom and reinstalling, GitHub work around, and turning off Apple intelligence does not resolve. Sure, it may be an Apple issue, but I think it's in Zoom's best interest to figure out how this high annoying, repeated hammering of notifications when a Zoom caller speaks is resolved quickly. People are resorting to use the Website version, which is not ideal. Might as well move over to Google Meet for that. I tried everything that has been said in multiple forums. It's not working.

Here is the situation: When I'm sharing the video on a ipad, the connected zoom users can hear the audio from the video. But I can't hear the audio of the video. How to fix this? Where as the same thing works on iPhone.

When I sharing my powerpoint presentation during Zoom meeting, I discover there are 2 or 3 black bars blocking the powerpoint which the participants cannot see all the ppt contents.  In this connection, I was told to change the video setting on the "share screen" - "Advance" - "Screen capture mode" from "auto" to "capture with window filtering", however it doesn't work (black bars still there).  So I changed to "secure share with window filtering" that all black bars disappeared but with such "secure share with window filtering", participants cannot see what I have written down on the whiteboard as well as powerpoint presentation under "annotate" - "text" function.  Please help and tell me how to solve this problem.  Thanks, Edmen

Hi, I've just updated to Windows 11 and now the USB connection between my R16 and laptop keeps connecting and reconnecting. I've turned off USB power management etc, but still no luck. It will eventually connect after 5 mins, but also won't work as a mackie controller in cubase. Any help would be greatly recieved. ThanksPete

Hello everyone, I get zoom meetings automatically created from a form in my website.How to get those meetings to automatically appear in my google calendar?All I have found works the other way, you create the meeting in your calendar and it appears in zoom, but I need it to work in the other direction.Thanks

lately when a phone call comes in on my cell phone, my zoom session screen is minimized.  This is annoying.  How can I keep the zoom meeting screen on-screen?

Hi there! Not sure if I'm in the right spot, but I'm trying to solve an issue. After installing the latest version of Zoom, the OBS virtual cam isn't listed under the camera-options in the Zoom-settings. Prior to the update, it was.Info:MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 Apple M1 chipZoom-version 5.15.6 (21146)OBS-version 29.1.3 Troubleshooting done:- Uninstalled Zoom, reinstalled Zoom- Uninstalled OBS, reinstalled OBS- Restarted computer after succesful install- Start up OBS, start virtual camera- Start up Zoom, go to settings, go to video, go to camera: virtual cam is not listed- Closed Zoom, start up Teams, checked settings in Teams: virtual cam is listed Does anyone know the solution? I hosted a meeting today (Dec 17, 2024) at 1pm. I set the meeting to automatically record to my local computer. However, when we began the meeting I realized it didn't notify me of the automatic recording like it usually does. So I clicked the record button manually, and then the feedback I got was "Smart Recording With AI Enabled". I still didn't get any notification like it usually gives. So I clicked it again severally and still no notification of recording. So I thought then it must be recording. After the meeting ended, I realized that I have no recording. I have search my computer, the cloud storage and everywhere else I can't find it. Has anyone faced this issue and what can I do to find the recording.

Hi, the Outlook Plug-In version 6.3.5.1078 can't be installed on multiple Windows 10 machines. I get a Transform Table Error (MSI Error 1624) if the OS language is set to any other than English. If I switch my OS language from German to English, the installation starts fine. The previous version 6.2.5 installs without any problems. Here is a log from a command line installation MSI Log  Hope this can be fixed. I can't just switch the OS language on all machines just to update the Outlook Plug-In. Regards,Jan 

Hello, community. Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you. HW

Hi all,I'm not sure if this is available or feasible, but I'd like a way to indicate that I am open for people to drop in and join a meeting with me. We have a fully remote office, and it would be nice if we could signal that we are open to spontaneous visits. This would be similar to having an ongoing meeting and sharing the link for anyone who wants to join, but it would be helpful if that functionality were integrated in some way.

I had a recurring zoom meeting showing in my zoom calendar after someone invited me through outlook. We both have zoom/outlook calendar integration. We do not need those weekly calls anymore, so the organizer deleted the meeting in outlook. However the recurring meeting still shows in my zoom app, both desktop and mobile. Those weekly calls do not offer the option to delete the meeting. How do I get rid of those recurring zoom meetings in my calendar that should not be there anymore??? Thanks.

I am using MacBookAir MacOS 14.7.2 and Zoom 6.3.5. I would like to share power point presentation so that I will be seen in front of the slides. However, the advanced option slides as background is not possible. When I choose Share / advanced the option slides as background is not available. There is a small yellow triangle with exclamation mark inside. What to do? If you reply to my problem, please keep your language simple as English is my thurd language - meaning not very strong.

La sélection  "diapositive en fond virtuel" est grisée, et  c'est la seule de toute la section "partage"qui l'est. J'ai redémarré zoom, qui est à jour, j'ai redémarré l'ordinateur, j'ai relancé powerpoint... rien à faire. Avez-vous une solution à me proposer ? The title says it all. I wantThe presenter hosts the PowerPoint slideshow using his iPad.He can see the Presenter View on the iPad.He uses Share Screen to share the slideshow with the audience, but the audience can only see the slides (i.e. without the presenter view, without the presentation note). Right now I can only share the entire screen on the iPad. Everyone sees everything on my iPad.

Sometimes, I do not have internet service.  For instance, if I am on an airplane without wi-fi.  However, the Zoom pop up "unable to establish secure connection" constantly appears, interfering with whatever I am doing on the computer.  How can I disable this pop up when I have no internet service? 

Hi everyone,I'm Darshan Hiranandani, experiencing an issue where, when I join a Zoom meeting, I can't see any participants (including myself). All participants, including myself, appear as black boxes, even though my video is turned on. This problem occurs from the moment I join the meeting.I’ve gone through all the settings on my end and made sure everything is up to date, but the issue persists. Interestingly, when I host a meeting, I don’t face this issue.I’ve read that this might be related to screen sharing, but I can’t even see the screen share or the participants during the meeting, which happens regardless of screen sharing being on.Has anyone else faced this issue?
