Hello!  I have the basic free version of Zoom. When I record on my PC, there is a voice that comes in saying, "trial". Why? (It hasn't happened on my Mac.) How do I remove it for my PC recordings? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I cannot open Zoom. I get an error message saying that an update is required.  But it won't let me update. It gives me error messages. When I tried to uninstall it, it would not allow telling me that I don't have admin rights (this is a personal PC).  I'm being held hostage by Zoom; I can't update it and I can't remove it. Help please.

I scheduled a meeting and set it to record in the cloud. I've received the recording of the meeting, but there doesn't appear to be a transcript of the audio. According to Zoom's info, the transcription is automatic if the meeting is recorded in the cloud. Where is it? How can I be sure I get a transcript of future meetings?

I am a college instructor and all of my courses are online. A typical lecture is 2.5 hours long. All lectures are via Zoom and my students join live. When the lecture is done and class is dismissed, it takes a considerable amount of time (30 minutes or more) before the Zoom recording is ready for viewing, which is OK. However, I want to be able to name the recording while the recording is still processing. At the moment, I have to go back at a later time when I get the chance, to rename the recording. I would like to name the recording as soon as I stop the Zoom recording and class is done.

Hi all, My desktop client (Win 11 machine) lost my personal contacts and the sync to gmail address book.I have re-created the contacts two days ago, they were visible in 'my contacts', but they have disappeared again.Any pointers as to what's needed in order to keep them in the app?

I belong to a group that has a recurring weekly meeting, of which I have been the moderator for about 3 months. I always start  Zoom, hit Switch Account and login with the Group's credentials. I always see a link  for a Personal Meeting  ( I believe this is associated with our group's first moderator,, along with our Group's recurring meeting link.This Saturday, when I logged in, our recurring meeting was missing. I was perplexed, staring at the screen, when suddenly that link appeared.My question is simply--how can this happen? Does it mean that someone who knows  the  Group's credentials was logged on before me, and when she logged off, that link appeared for me? Or am I just assuming someone else was in there? Is there another explanation? Is my scenario even plausible? I thank you in advance for an answe to what might seem like a really stupid question  to a lot of you. Hi everyone,I've got a question.I've got my main domain for g-suite. My brand name has changed so I've added an email alias and it's set as default in my gmail account. It works perfectly for sending emails. However when I send out an invite via zoom, it still shows my ''old'' domain. I've tried to change it in Zoom settings > Only show default email when sending email invites. So it still doesn't work.Maybe I need to change something with users? I don't know because with users it still shows my old email address. Thanks in advance! 

I am looking to see if I can download past meetings for quality assurance. Is this possible?

It would be nice if the settings page for video camera would allow the user to set the camera zoom-in/zoom-in setting. For example, I may want my camera to be zoomed in more. Also, although the video camera zoom is fine during setup with my green screen, it automatically changes during a meeting and zooms out to maximum width view. This shows background items beyond the left and right borders of my green screen. There appears to be no way to control it to make it zoom in.

We have a user reporting that when entering a meeting with another user via ipad ios Zoom client, when screensharing they are reporting they are not having access to the Annotate and request control button. To specify they see this issue when the person they are meeting with that is. They use a PC, HP specifically. We have a test meeting where they met w/ support to test this out and they provided screenshot of this function not working. Apparently it is by design that when an iPad is joining a Zoom meeting and does a screen share, the Annotation option is not there.  As of now we only have the following workaround for this: User can join via Mac client and then use the Advanced sharing option to share via Airplay —> iPad. This way the annotation option will appear.Users is not satisfied

I am a non licensed User in an account with a Pro license. The Account Owner has a Pro license and the Account Owner has 7 Users in the Account, all non licensed.  Three of these Users (including me) have the Account Owner Host key so that one of us can start our monthly Zoom meeting when the Account Owner can't attend. The account was set up in 2020 by myself. I set up a recurring, no-specific-time meeting which has been used since I set it up in 2020. I don't recall exactly when Zoom rolled out expanded chat options but at the time I set up this Meeting, I enabled the account setting which allowed the chat to be saved to the Host's local computer and the Host would email the chat out to our guild members.  Later, when other chat options rolled out, I enabled those advanced chat settings in the Account Owner Meetings tab and the Account Management Settings- Meeting Tab. All of a sudden nothing happens when I hit 'launch Zoom' button on my Lenovo tablet.  Have cleared cookies and restarted tablet and reinstalled zoom but no improvement.  Any ideas plz?

We have been trying to set up the customized channels for Zoom updates. We have created a few different channels and there is an option to set a channel to "No limitation" settings. What does that mean? We are assuming that it will keep our Zoom apps up to date without ever changing to any specific build but not sure. I haven't been able to find any documentation about it either. Does anyone know what that settings mean? Thank you!

Hi I am hoping you can help me with a problem that has just started. I am a long term zoom user and have not had problems with my camera during zoom meetings until about 3 days ago. Now I find that at varying times during zoom meetings my my zoom video suddenly stops. This is happening when I am not the host but streaming a meeting where someone else is the host. The times when this happen vary. When I try to go back into the camera I was using it isn't there. All that shows up is a virtual camera that refers to my smartphone as the camera. The sound isn't effected that come through a separate usb microphone. I am using a windows 11 HP 64 bite operating system 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-12100 3.30 GHz with 8 GB ram. I have tried two cameras a Razer kiyo and a logitech C270 but had similar problems with both webcams. I am able to go back into video using my smart phone as the camera. I have tried using the camera app when my camera is connected by usb on windows 11 to see if

Since last week, every time I enter in a meeting created by me or somebody else, I cannot listen to anybody, but they listen to me. The audio system is working perfectly and I can use Google Meet very well. It is just when I use Zoom meetings that I cannot listen to the sound.No errors codes.I use a desktop.The newest Zoom version. 

I recently bought a computer and my old computer (On a zoom meeting) would be able to pick up the sound of my guitar and a singing bowl.   The new computer does not.  I have gone into settingsand have chosen the option under audio profile and chosen original sound for musician and "X" high fidelity and I tried also  choosing Stereo audio.  I left echo cancelled unchecked.   Every time I test, I just get my voice and not the musical instrument or chime.   I have also left unchecked  automatically adjust volume.   Any suggestions 

I want to take attendance of participants with video on for atleast 1 hour. I can see that through the 'reports' feature, we can get the details of all who joined but it does not give whether they kept the video on/off and for how much duration. Please help me get this data.Thanks,Bhumika

When the participant videos are not filling the whole frame, they are placed in the center of the window. This can lead to an empty space above and below the video frames. Since the camera is on top of the screen, I would prefer the videos to be as far up as possible. Is there an option to align them with the top?

I have version 6.3.6 installed. How can I use the blurred background. Does this version no longer have it?thanks for your help

I am logged in as part of a company account on my desktop app, but my employment with the company ended and thus I cannot log in through the SSO on the web. Without realizing I was still logged in on my old company account, I recorded a meeting to the cloud today through the desktop app. (I was not the meeting host; I requested permission to record.) The "Open recordings" button on the desktop app shows many old recordings but not the one from today, and I can't log in online to look for it there because of my disabled login. Is there any hope of accessing my recording? 

I integrated zoom with salesforce and every time a sales rep. create an event and add a zoom link to it a second event is created as well. How can I solve this?
