Hi! Hoping someone can help. I work for a small business and made a pro account. When I send a meeting link, I want it to read -"Business Company" is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting. Topic: "Business Company's" Personal Meeting Room But when I join through that same account, I want it to have my name as the display name, not the business account. Is there a way to have these be different? Or do I just have to manually change my display name in the zoom each time?  Thanks!

I am having an issue with Zoom’s way of grabbing recurrent meeting links and making it something other than what I intended it to be.  The background: I have a habit of creating a few recurrent Zoom meeting ID that has a “Meet Anytime” attribute that I use for multiple meetings that have the same theme. For example, consider a case of someone working in academia: when I am consulting clients of a particular service, I have one Zoom link that I use all the time for that particular purpose. When I am teaching a workshop, I have one other Zoom link dedicated to all the workshops I teach. Then when I am mentoring students for project “X”, it will be another Zoom link. So, in my example above, there will be three Zoom meeting IDs that I want to maintain.  The problem happens because I linked my Zoom calendar with my primary calendar, which happens to be Microsoft Office 365. Hello I am a FREE USER I haven't paid any subscription everI have blocked and deleted wrong contact from my Zoom Messager I am trying to get that contact back, but it is not working  Asked on google where Zoom has blocked users list Google gave me this:Manage Blocked NumbersLog in to the Zoom web portal.In the left navigation menu, select Phone.Click the Settings tab.Scroll down to the Others setting section and locate Blocked List.Select Manage Blocked List.I don't have anything past ''others''Nothing at all On another search it says ''phone management'' I got nothing here Just button ''BUY A PLAN'' I need to find my BLOCKED USERS list so I can unblock that user and re-add him on the zoom messager Do I have to buy a plan to do that? Thank you 

I need a good solution for chronic latecomers to my ZOOM online classes. I want to manage attendance by closing the meeting at a certain time. I've tried using the Waiting Room, but my students don't always have robust Internet connection and have had trouble entering. I'm not familiar with the Lock Meeting function. Any suggestions? 

I am using Zoom Workspace and unlike Cisco Webex, two online sessions cannot be joined simultaneously. Can anyone confirm this?

When someone goes to upload an image and save it, your translation for the Spanish version of Zoom is incorrect. It says "Ahorrar" which is save, but as in saving money. The save that you want is Guardar.

Having gone through the Zoom Community postings and not finding an appropriate solution to the problems my system is having, I offer the following: I have a Windows 11 HP PC, Version 24H2, 64 bit operating system, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER A/V card. When using a Logitech BCC950 for Zoom conferences, the audio for the microphone quickly cuts out and a flickering develops in the video display.  The Zoom App Versions is 6.3.0.0.  All other drivers, as best I can assess, are up to date and there are no other system operation problems.  The Logitech conference cam is a plug & play item that works well in a Windows 10 environment. I’ve gone through many of the checklist possibilities of potential solutions on the Zoom Community postings too.  Are there driver updates or other solutions available for the Windows 11 system environment to resolve these issues? Thank you -

On a PC that only runs Zoom, a message saying "The system is operating at low performance" is displayed, and you cannot hold a meeting with Zoom. Is there any solution?

Tell me how to make a recording in the session rooms?1. if the organizer moves into the session room to allow recording, but the participant and co-organizer do not have a recording button.2. If you assign an organizer in the main hall, then there is still no record button when you go to the session hall.Maybe you need to specify something in the settings so that you can record a session room for a participant or co-organizer?

Any time i  enter a meeting my speakers go to max volume.  I can pull open my sound mixer and without fail the volume always goes to 100%.  I have reinstalled my sound card driver and its still happening.  Any thoughts?

I am researching, planning and preparing online English lessons to deliver on Zoom to a group of young and adults blind students. I would like to know what capabilities Zoom might have for the blind participants. I would like to know if there are any apps or tools that I can consider and use. I would also like to know how I can use the existing Zoom tools creatively to help the blind participants. It is also great to see if Zoom has any plans to create any tools to facilitate and help the blind users. Any practical suggestions, tools, apps and ideas will be great and help me to facilitate my blind students learning process. I look forward to receiving your ideas. Many thanks. 

 I installed Zoom For Lightning package in Salesforce.After create an event with start time = 2025/01/28 12:00 and Schedule a Zoom Meeting is checked, zoom meeting url is issued.When i try to change start time to 2025/02/09, "Cannot change the start date before today" error appeared.Today is 2025/01/28, so why did that error occur? 

Hi there, We have Zoom Pro and can only have 100 per meeting. We have a seminar scheduled and we asked for people to register. We are now at 101. What if everyone ends up attending the meeting, will the last person to join the meeting be unable to attend? What will happen on their end? What are my options before the meeting to make sure we can accommodate everyone who ends up registering for the meeting? Thanks for the help.

When I try to open Zoom and I press the Launch Meeting button + Allow,  a small screen pops up with the Settings Icon - Installation Failed - An error occurred during installation.  - I have tried going into Applications and deleting the current Zoom Icon but it won't allow me to.- I went into Finder, and under applications, Zoom is not showing there.   I thought I was downloaded something one night when I was tired (an upgrade?) but it has effected my zoom ever since.  I can open zoom via the website but not through the icon? Can someone please help?    

During a recent webinar, the Spanish language interpretation audio channels stopped working. The audio recording also does not contain the interprepation.  

I need to upgrade from free/Basic to Pro in order to do a one-on-one presentation that needs to last one hour and involves sharing of Excel and Word documents from my desktop. I will not be using Docs, whiteboard, team chat, scheduler, AI, etc., only Share and Recordings. Am familiar with the free Workplace Basic. What interface differences will I encounter with the Pro version using only those limited features? TIA

Hi, I have an M1 MacStudio with an Apple Thunderbolt Display which has a built in webcam (known as FaceTimeHD Camera). When running MacOS Monterey, the video feed from this camera worked. Since 'upgrading' to MacOS Sonoma 14.1.1 the Zoom preferences recognises the camera it is connected to, the computer displays the icon in the menu bar that the camera is in use, but no video preview appears in the Zoom preferences - the window is black. I checked to see if this was just a bug with the preview in preferences, by starting a meeting. No video displayed, although I did get a message from the Zoom app that said 'Virtual Background is still loading. Start video anyway?' (The buttons offered the option of 'Don't use video' and 'Use video'. No video displayed after clicking 'Use video' and waiting several minutes. I then disabled virtual background in the preferences and tried again, but still had no video displayed in system prefere

I have a meeting and am creating 15 different polls. I have started to create these polls and now realize they are not in the correct order needed for the actual meeting. You used to be able to reorder/move the polls prior to the meeting. This functionality seems to have disappeared. Does anyone know if polls can still be reordered? Thanks
